We arrived at the hotel in Gran Canaria at 8 in the morning on Christmas Eve.
We were tired, hadn't slept on the plane. Come to the closed door. Called Ving service phone on site. Was told that check-in started at 12am. It says in our travel regulations, they said. Possibly it says there, but we had not been told when we booked the trip. Then we would not be traveling at that time.
