A friend and I have just been to Bulgaria with Ving, we booked with pick up to / from the airport. Due to a misunderstanding, we managed to lose the bus back to the airport while sitting at the reception of the hotel. We were reasonably stressed when we realized something was wrong and called Ving in despair.
