I brought my car in a month back to get the brake pads replaced. I found the staff was incredibly helpful. It was completed in a timely manner and once it was done the mechanic came in to see me and explain the state of the brake pads and a few extra things to keep an eye on and what to do to help maintain my car.

Very satisfied and I intend to return with any further car troubles.

I recently had a complex issue with my vehicle that could not be resolved right away . The service department kept me informed and up to date of all the steps they were taking to resolve my issue. The service manager (Josh Poori) went above and beyond and gave me his direct cell number so he could be in the loop as to the progress of my diagnosis and repair.
I don't know of any other dealerships that would go that far to ensure I was taken care of .
The problem was fixed methodically and efficiently with virtually zero down time.
GEAT JOB!!!!!!!

I had a OEM trailer brake installed. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable, from my first phone call to them handing me my keys. They got me in quickly and were finished before I could get back ... so My truck stayed over night. I was recognized the next day, small thing but it makes you feel special. The tech took time to explain how to use it and how it is integrated into the on-board computers and displays. I will be back for sure.
All areas were clean and staff were wearing all PPE.

I recently purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram Classic from Village Chrysler. I was looking for the past 2 years on new vehicles and worked with Bill Tzagadouris for that time. Bill is a great man and takes the time to build rapport with his customers. This made the car buying experience less stressful and there was no pressure to buy. Bill was patient and took time to go out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. Gillian and Wayne were also there to assist me and both of them were professional and knowledgeable. My father was changing my winter tires when he not...

My father was changing my winter tires when he noticed a leak on my jeeps axle seal on the back right side. I made an appointment with pickering Chrysler. When my Jeep was brought in, they wanted me to pay for a diagnostic test, I declined, only wanting the leak repaired. I was then called later in the day to pick up my Jeep and that they didn t see any leak or issue.

When my dad looked at it when I got home, they didn t clean or wipe the very obvious leak. My dad then phoned village Chrysler, hoping for better luck here. We brought it in, Raj came out and looked at my Jeep, confirming there was indeed a leak. He knew how frustrated we were with the pickering location and we made an appointment for Friday at 9am. I brought the car in, and got a call around 3. They hadn t even started on my Jeep and the guy that was supposed to be working on it was leaving at 4.

I brought it back Sunday night so that way they could start on it Monday first thing. I had a bad experience from the pickering location, I made an appointment only to be left with frustration.

They get one star because my Jeep is now fixed. Wouldn t recommend and I won t be back.

Did not enjoy my last experience. Commented in the notes that I had a free seasonal tire change with a peace of mind service, had a mopar oil change (provided code) which was confirmed in person. At the end of the day I was charged for the seasonal tire change, there was no discount for the oil change (may be embedded in the price?) and coolant was not topped up (below min) which comes with peace of mind service. The alternative billing person who was swamped took care of the over-charges and coolant top up fortunately. It was definately not their best day and unfortunately im left with a distrust where I bought my vehicle from. I dont even know if the rest of my bill is as it should be still... one of the worst feelings a person can feel regarding a $400+ bill.

The customer service that I received from the moment I walked in to the moment I left was excellent. I was greeted by Alexis Blake, Service Advisor with a smile. She was very friendly, patient, understanding and explained things to me in a calm and informative manner. She even went out of her way to personally assist me in syncing my new phone to bluetooth in the vehicle, which actually helped diagnose another problem I was experiencing with my stereo. I was then introduced to the Service Manager, Rob, who was extremely kind and caring towards me and made sure that my needs were met, even beyond my expectations. My vehicle had two issues and was also getting serviced with the maintenance package, but all of that was done quickly and efficiently all within two hours. I also approached another service employee while I was waiting outside who thoroughly explained potential causes for my battery to malfunction.
All in all, I was pleasantly pleased with the service done on my vehicle as well as the customer service I received. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced :)

I just purchased a 2018 Ram 1500 form Qasem Afzali on June 15 2018, Qasem made the whole purchasing process effortless on my end and he did not make me any promises that he could not keep which was very refreshing compared to to other vehicle purchases in the past. He gave a very fair trade in value for my 2014 Grand Caravan making me feel confident in my purchase. Over all I would recommend this dealership and Qasem to friends and family.

Just bought a Wrangler from them and Wayne was a great help to us. He was well informed about the vehicle and if itwasn't for him, the process was easy to go with the Jeep. Wayne would even go an extra mile to help us out when I had my wisdom teeth surgery. He offered to deliver the car to us. Even the owner or manager, Roy I believe was his name was very friendly and had assisted us when Wayne was busy with another customer.

It would've been a 5 star if it wasn't for the finance manager. We had denied the warranty and rust proof protection but yet he still insisted to add it on our contract agreement and had told us we can always remove it once we come to pick up the car. I even made a phone call before hand to make sure if anything was needed on our behalf and he clearly said no. Make the long story short, it cause a confusion on the day of the pickup and we were charged for more. It was handled and fixed by Wayne.

After it was edited, the finance manager, Shawn, had a rude tone towards me and made it seem like it was my fault. This felt like a sneaky attempt and I suggest everyone to make sure you don't let them or any dealerships to add this on the contract. Read through the agreement for any added fees.

Amazing customer service, specifically from Alexis at reception and the mechanic with the longer beard. Both helped resolve an issue with my truck much faster than expected and offered solutions to all my questions, been going here for years and won't be stopping anytime soon

Okay dealership but like any one of them they are out to make money. Ask questions and know your stuff. Their service department is very busy, so beware. If you tell them that you need your car within 3 hours, count on the fact that they will not have it ready. They will give you the standard excuses about being busy, but you will still be frustrated. When you make an appointment, it doesn't mean that your car is being serviced at that time because as I've been told many times, that is just the appointment to drop your vehicle off. Can be quite frustrating so bring your patience when dealing with them.

Purchased a vehicle about a week ago. Our salesman Bill was absolutely AMAZING! He was Patient, knowledgeable, Professional and more important- stays that way even after the sale was completed! I had something else I wanted to add after I fought my vehicle- he promised he will follow up and he delivered just as promised.
A few more people that need to be recognized are: Don, Sean and their wonderful receptionist who is super professional and friendly!
I would recommend this place to all of my friends and relatives as this has been the best experience I've ever had in a car dealership!

I am simply concerned to have digital copies of my driving license around since you are paid for the car, there is no legitimate reason for this and it poses serious privacy and security risk.

The staff in the service department are always extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating even when I show up without an appointment. Given my work schedule I find it difficult to schedule oil changes, tire rotations or summer tires to winter ones, (usually at the last minute). So I really appreciate it when staff at the service desk try to fit me in whenever possible. Kudos to your staff!

Horrible place, I'm very surprised that people have good things to say about this dealership, they all must be employees or friends of employees, not everyone in this place is horrible(Hence the reason for one star)However the Used car sales manager needs to take a course on customer service training, he lacks everything in customer service, and negotiating deals to pull in sales for Chrysler and he is also an arrogant fellow and because of this I will never step foot into that dealership ever again, oh and by the way I had great interest in one of their vehicle but didn't end up purchasing it because of their lack of negotiation/customer service skills

We purchased a 2018 Dodge Ram Black Series last month, Timo was the sales rep looking after us. Our experience was one of ease, relaxation and not once , ever feeling we were being pushed around or pushed upon. Timo, listened to us, provided some helpful suggestions and offered us a few different vehicles, vans, SUV's and trucks to think over.

It sounds cliche, but talking to Timo was kind of like talking to a buddy, I had Toronto Maple Leafs cap on, so naturally talk on the upcoming hockey season came up. :)

Anyway, when the final call came down to which vehicle to go with, Timo and the team at Village did their best to give us a great deal, one where we feel we can live and be happy with. We had some extras put on our truck and Timo and Kerri provides us with those possibilities.

Overall, we would go back to Village without any hesitation. We would also recommend Village to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. As I said above, ease, relaxation are apparent and of course great vehicles.

Never in my life have I felt more pressued in to making a choice on the spot. Told in order to even get an idea on the trade in value of my car I needed to sign something saying Id make a deposit by the end of the day.

After calling three other dodge dealerships this was the only dealership that answered my questions thoroughly and properly. They service tech I spoke to I wish I got his name, but he spoke to me with respect and his knowledge was spot on. I would highly recommend this dealership if they will speak to a competitor like myself with such respect I can only imagine the level of respect the will show the average customer. This dealership will be the one I will deal with in the future for any of my needs, as someone with 8 plus years in the automotive field I was impressed at their level of professionalism and courtesy

Our family's experience purchasing a vehicle at this location was horrible. The sales agent did not know enough about the vehicle..the finance manager did not provide us information about any add ons or warranties. Before picking up the vehicle we called back to request more details and the manager told us he will cancel the deal and we can buy a vehicle somewhere else. Rather than trying to resolve our issue...which was just to have the sales agent provide as more information about the vehicle and any add ons and warranties they manager told us to we could walk away from the deal.
When we went back to get this information and pick up the vehicle, we were handed the keys and sent on our way. They have been ignoring our calls and we have tried contacting the head office as well. Along with the key the sales agent said if u want to cancel the deal we can still do it. Regardless of the amount of explaining we did...they assumed we were trying to get a cheaper deal or get something free. My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles over the course of 10 years...and the treatment we received at village Chrysler was just horrible.

I do appreciate the great support that has been provided by Mohammed Khalil.
I went from Mississauga to Ajax only because of Mohammed and the great feedback that has been received from my friends and relatives about him.
Not only this he was taking care to provide the support even after completing the deal with his company and he was explaining every single thing about the car service and the other related things.
Mohammad .. I can say that my next car will be for sure from anywhere that you will be in even if it s further far from Ajax since I do believe Mohammad s unique behavior will be difficult to find it anywhere.
I m so happy . 1st because I found a real brother & friend like Mohammad and the 2nd thing because of my new car which is NOT important more than the 1st one.
