I'm still waiting for my son's uniform. I paid for it one month ago, when they told me I will have it between 7 and 10 days. After two weeks, they said I will receive only a part of it at the end of October. Unfortunately, nothing yet. I've been told they will send me a different size for the rest of my order, but they didn't. They don't call, don't send messages, but they took the money! What a shame!
All the staff at ace clothing are so hepful friendly and very accomadating. One of the ladies went out of her way to find out about trousers for me . Thankyou so much for all your help and support.

My daughter and I always have a wonderful experience visiting Ace Clothing. The school uniform is well-made and wash very well and no ironing is required.
The Customer Service is always first class and the staff are extremely helpful and willing to go that extra mile whether it is outrageously busy or pleasantly quiet out of term time. This is a place I been first time this is my son school uniform shop being nice clean the place and not sure it's good customer service I don't like long time they will sort it out very fast

Chaotic and unorganised tiny shop. You queue for ages and then they take your order when you get to the till. It would probably make more sense to allow some selection/admin to be done whilst in the queue.
Then when I finally choose the items I want, I am told there is none available because they are still being made?? Is this because the owners are unaware that school starts in September? Is this not the same demand every year?? Really disappointed to go through the chaos and not leave with the items that I need. This is why people shop on-line instead, I had a wasted journey

I just wanted to say how amazing Claudia is! Claudia has helped me to source football kits for our school and arrange the printing of our sponsor's logo. She is professional, courteous and certainly goes above and beyond the remit of her job, including sending me e-mails at 10pm!!!!
She has helped me with school uniform for my 3 kids and I can honestly say that she does not miss one thing, she knows her stock and sizing of uniforms and has saved me a lot of time and effort. She is truly outstanding and I cannot thank her enough.
Absolutely delighted with the Embroidery I had done from Ace Clothing. I run a team for Old Manorians Football Club and we received 14 football kits that were lacking our club Crest.
It started with a email then 3 days later it ended with a very very happy Club Manager picking up
his embroidered tops

Queued long on a very hot day with baby in tow, but quickly in and out with 1 item
Poor quality clothing and i will not be useing again iv had to buy my sons sweatshirts from here and they are utter rubbish thin cheap material and after 1 wash the neck went baggy the others have shrunk on a 30 wash and gone lopsided and again neck and cuffs have stretched out. I buy the rest of his uniform elsewhere thank goodness and i will be sourcing his sweatshirts elsewhere in future also no way of contacting customer service on website.

Incredibly welcoming store especially during such a busy back to the start of a new term period. Staff are so helpful and accomodating. I can honestly say there is no better place to shop for school clothing in the area!
I have been to this place few times ,they deliver the best customer service and amazingly they helped me to take out my car key when I accidentally dropped in to the drainage. Great Staff thanks for your help and the coffee .i wish I could give you more than 5 star .

Hit and miss with this company. They are ok and get the job done when there are no queues and very bad customer service and low or no stock when it is peak periods like back to school time (August/September).

Place to buy the school uniforms...they do supply for many schools. Based on the Industrial estate. Pricey but some clothes are needed. With school emblems.
These people don't care about the end customers because they are preferred/sole suppliers to schools. I arrived 5 mins before close, they had shut early so then decided to ignore me and two other customers even though we knocked. Very rude.
There's no clear guidance on what to do when they are busy, you have to take tickets, which are on the opposite side of the queue, no posters informing you that you have to get a ticket before joining the queue , total chaos, and on top of that, some of the staff are completely indifferent to the situation when approached
The queuing situation is terrible, your expected to take a ticket and queue but this is not made clear by any sign postage, stores like this are why Amazon exists, if it weren't for the nice staff I'd generally thing they were trying to lose business
They had all the uniform essential that I required for my kid and very friendly staff. It's a bit far from the station and no seating place for people waiting outside
Amazing staff, good quality products and delivered on time. The shop is clean, staff as taken all necessary measures for social distancing and hygiene, any clothes tried are disinfected and the staff is amazingly kind and patient with the children. The lady that attend to us even created a hot spot on her own mobile so I could book a cab when I ran out of data. Amazing service.
What can I say, absolutely amazing, the service the staff, it s a professional outfit .
We have been getting our workwear for our sign company in Wembley from Ace since we started and they have grown from strength to strength.
The quality of our logo embroidered on to our t-shirts, hoodies and work jackets is unbelievable.
