Horrible careless new manager "Roy".. went there to buy my son a new car, even though I've been going to this dealership for the over 12 years to service my cars and bought my last 2 cars from there and I was getting VIP treatment by previous managers.. this new manager "Roy" didn't even bother to negotiate the unfair price tag.. he was like " take it or leave it".. their customer service has gone down the drain.. they just lost my business and they will lose many others
