I bought my 2016 RAM at a different dealer but chose to service it at Village Chrysler and I'm so glad I did.
Going above and beyond to keep the customers happy is the how this dealership operates.

Direct honest approach
I recently had a complex issue with my vehicle that could not be resolved right away . The service department kept me informed and up to date of all the steps they were taking to resolve my issue. The service manager (Josh Poori) went above and beyond and gave me his direct cell number so he could be in the loop as to the progress of my diagnosis and repair.
I don't know of any other dealerships that would go that far to ensure I was taken care of .
The problem was fixed methodically and efficiently with virtually zero down time.
GEAT JOB!!!!!!!
I will always deal with this awesome group of people and buy my next vehicle there.
