I did not personally visit the store, but spoke with the service department about an oil selection. After calling three other dodge dealerships this was the only dealership that answered my questions thoroughly and properly. They service tech I spoke to I wish I got his name, but he spoke to me with respect and his knowledge was spot on. I would highly recommend this dealership if they will speak to a competitor like myself with such respect I can only imagine the level of respect the will show the average customer. This dealership will be the one I will deal with in the future for any of my needs, as someone with 8 plus years in the automotive field I was impressed at their level of professionalism and courtesy
