Video Revolution has been in business a long time....

Video Revolution has been in business a long time. I used them years ago for tv repair and video camera repair. I recently took in a CD stereo for repair. This time the service was a tad slower than years back. They may have even forgotten about my item because it wasn't even looked at until I called about it. The store is a good place to compare televisions. They have more models on display than any other store in Tulsa. The prices are competitive. I like the fact that I can have an electronics item fixed at the same place I bought it. I am not comfortable with mailing electronics for repair. One suggestion I have for them is to have a few chairs up front for waiting customers. An elderly lady came in looking like the walk from her vehicle to the store wore her out. With a handful of customers already standing at the desk, if there hadn't been a box there for her to sit on she may have passed out.

Do not use them for camera repair. Lost screws that kept the body together, stripped out other screw, misplaced the mode dial, didn't mount the battery compartment properly. Over a period of 3-4 weeks, we had to continually follow up to find out about the status of the repair, and even the time they said it WAS fixed, when we went to the shop we were told that there must have been a miscommunication, that it was in several pieces on their tech's desk. Had to take it elsewhere to fix the damage they caused.

I was greeted by the nice sales lady then she was interrupted by the very short sales man with an attitude. The short salesman was rude to me, like he was to the sales lady. When he did decide to be helpful, he sold me the wrong product. I will never go back to this place again

I took an old open reel to reel Sansui to them for repair, they were able to isolate the issue and repairing a timely manner. I expected them to tell me they didnt work on old vintage equipment. I was surprised when they told me that they could repair it. Two weeks later working like new. Fair repair price.

We had a great experience with video revolution! They came to our house for an estimate. They helped us discern what we needed to make our speaker system work then they came and installed it exactly as they had estimated. We are really happy with the end result! Great people to interact with as well.

Dropped t.v. off in Oct 2017 called to pick up in ...

Dropped t.v. off in Oct 2017 called to pick up in Nov said they had been shopped the wrong part called a few times after that to see if they got the part in they told me no right before Christmas I called and they had got the part but it was the wrong one so it had to be shipped back then I was told that they had shipped the part back 3 weeks prior to me calling and still had not gotten the part shipped back to them from the company then I called week after Christmas and they said they had been shipped the wrong part again but the right part was being SHIPPED OVERNIGHT to them and I would have it by New Years I was able to pick up my t.v. on JAN 12 they gave me an invoice of 78 dollars and then he told me 239.00 dollars they said there computer had a glitch and printed out 2 invoices not sure what was going on but something is very unnerving about this repair facility and no one ever called me to tell me my tv was ready if you don't hound them your items could sit there for months and you would never know invoice dated completed on Jan 4 2018 almost 4 months of bs how can you be waiting on a part receive it and it take 4 weeks to get another one and then all of a sudden they ship it overnight this whole place is very shady keep up your invoice and stay on top of them or you may have am INDEFINITE REPAUR BECAUSE THEY WILL NEVER LET YOU KNOW YOUR ITEM IS READY AND YOU WILL GET 2 INVOICES FOR THE SAME REPAIR NEVER GOING BACK I FELL LOKE I WAS ROBBED IN BROAD DAYLIGHT

Garbage customer service...You can just tell that your bothering them by asking questions they dont want to answer. Talked to 3 different people none of which said by or thanks for calling. Absolutley no customer service real short with their answers.

We dropped off something to be repaired over two WEEKS ago. We were told it would be done within 5 days at the longest. They give me the runaround every time I call to get updates and refuse to quote me a price. They PROMISED to call today before closing but guess what? They're now closed and I never got a call.
I will be going to pick up my item tomorrow and bring it elsewhere tomorrow morning. Disgusting service.

Jeff, the service manager, and his staff, took per...

Jeff, the service manager, and his staff, took personal interest in helping fix an older piece of electronic sound equipment for my 93 year old mother who depended on that particular equipment for music and radio it was the only equipment she new how to operate. Although a low profit item for VR, it was very important to our family. They repaired it expertly and she is immensly happy. My thanks goes out to VR, Jeff and crew!!

VR converted my vinyl LP into CDs, and I'm so glad I paid you to do it and didn't try to on my low-end turntable. I shopped widely online to find this 1981 LP in nearly new condition, and your tech made CD copies with fabulous treble, bass, and mid tones. I am so pleased.

They couldn't find my parents tv and said we would have to come back monday. Then said it wasn't completed, and then finally they all of a sudden find it and it is completed?? Also it took 2 months to get it fixed....

I wish I had more money to spend in this place. I only wish they had more computer stuff like laptops and tablets. They have all the networking stuff you need like access points, cables, and routers just not the computers or devices themselves. They do have an 80" Flexible TV there that is about as thick as a sheet of paper! The resident genius in the back talks to you like your actually a person, which is a breath of fresh air, and has helped me solve several seemingly impossible problems just by answering a few questions. You can tell its a "tech place". Nothing like Best Buy or Circuit City was.

They have some video connections that are hard to ...

They have some video connections that are hard to find in Tulsa now that there are no more Radio Shacks. They were very helpful in trying to find the connections I needed. You can probably find less expensive connectors online, but if you need help and don't want to wait, these guys are great. I recommend that you try them out.

We have always bought our televisions from these guys. Great service. Hit one rough patch with one particular salesperson but, went in on another day and worked with Randy. Ended up buying a few extras including a sound bar for our new tv and a clearance sound bar for our old Sony. They set it up for us and my husband will get to watch the Sooners play on a new tv. :-)

Feel like they took advantage of my elderly father...

Feel like they took advantage of my elderly father. He got frustrated with his $300 universal remote, so he drove in from his rural home to get another $300 remote. The new remote wouldn't turn on his projector and we got a new satellite box that it wouldn't function. We drove in to have it reprogrammed. However, they couldn't do that in store even though they sold him and programed the new remote a few months back. Had to schedule a service call for it. They charged him another $208 to come out. $508 remote! He has given a lot of business to this company. Disappointed.

I was trying to get a rack mount cable management arm on a Saturday. After looking online I came across Video Revolution and on their site i found what I was looking for. I called them up and asked if they had it in stock and the guy on the phone told me that they did have a few different options in stock. I drove 30 minutes across town to get one and when I got there they were totally clueless and I had to explain 3 times what I was looking for and they didn't have any there. They were very rude and not very knowledgeable about basic equipment, and made me waste an hour of my time going there. I will never ever shop at Video Revolution for anything.

My daughter referred me to your store based on your customer service. She was definitely right. Craig installed my new Sony on Sat. I want you to know he went above and beyond in installing the old one in my bedroom and instructed me on use of the new one. You probably usually only hear from people if they have a complaint, so I thought you might like to hear something good about an employee

I dropped off a video to be copied on October 29, 2016 and was told to call back that afternoon and it would be ready. Called back and spoke to Travis who said that it would be ready on November 1. Spoke to Travis on November 1 and he said it will be ready November 2. I did this every day with Travis until November 7 - and it still wasn't prepared. The sales person at the front desk offered, "You could leave it here and talk to Travis when he comes in to see when it will be ready." Sales person offered no solution and no apology for the week-long delay and poor customer service. An undependable organizations - and beware of Travis' promises - he does not follow through!

Went in there with the intention of buying a Sony Smart TV for a bedroom. I had previously made several purchases from them in the past with no problem. IMHO the sales clerk was so abusive, condescending and sarcastic in the way he talked to me, I listened to all the nonsense he spewed (i.e. needed to buy a $250 piece of furniture from them for the Smart TV to work properly, needed a screen size larger than what was necessary, etc.) and left as fast as I could get out of there. I bought the Sony Smart TV elsewhere. I won't ever set foot in this store again.

Dropped a speaker off for repair (A child in my wife s class had broken the volume/input selector knob off) I was told 7-10 days to expect a call to see if the issue could be fixed. After 7 days I called for an update, they said they couldn t access my information. I wait till the ten day mark call again and am treated quite poorly over the phone. So after two weeks of hearing nothing I stop by the store and ask for an update and am told they speaker is non functioning. It was working when I dropped it off so I was concerned. I then had to inform them that the whole reason it was in for repair was because the input selector/volume knob had been broken off. They had no idea how the speaker they were trying to repair worked. That was highly concerning to me. So I took my speaker back and hope they didn t damage it further than it was.

I'll start off by saying that they need a little work in the call back dept. Haven't been called back on two different occasions.
What they're amazing in is figuring out the hard solutions and getting what you need for your project! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my project went well!!

They did a great job fixing my 55 inch Samsung LCD TV, but they took forever. Since we are in Tulsa you don't have many choices for TV repair and I would tell you this place is your best option.

EXPENSIVE to come out for 2 minutes to see the bar on my 75' Samsung could not be repaired by Video Revolution. I could have taken a picture of the problem and sent it to them if they would have allowed it and spared me $119.00 for less than 2 min visit. Robbery!! Basically, that's all he did was look at the tv and say it's not repairable, apologized and left.

Was told the cost to fix my tv would be cheap. Got the estimate to fix it and it was almost as much as what I paid for the tv new. 239 dollars to replace the main boat that's a 40 dollar part...200 for labor? Stay away

Dustin and Chase did a tremendous job for me. Dustin needs to be careful with his back but he did an awesome job. Chase was a trooper for listing all the heavy s. I will definitely get them for when I go 7/1 surround. I wouldn t ask for any other install guys! Thanks Joel for the help
