terrible customer service experience. Called to see about having something very important converted to another video format. I was informed that only one guy does that and he isn't in today. Seems someone else should know how to do this. They offered no real solution to my issue.

Brandon + Austin did an excellent job installing my new t.v and sound system. Both were excellent is giving me instructions + informing me of the warranty etc. Would highly recommend Video Revolution + Brandon x Austin

This place is kind of a relic that the big box stores killed years ago. However, most big boxes are dead and Video Revolution is still here. They have to repair services, but that is something you do not want. Just buy a new TV. Video Revolution will be happy to sell you one. Major props to this place for recycling my broken tv for free.

My wife and I have had several in-home presentations in the last year, for both a new air conditioner and a new TV. Yours was the best by far. You didn't finish my sentences for me and you thoughtfully considered our comments and our wishes.

I worked here almost 20 years ago hard to believe! Ron has done a fantastic job of providing high end electronics, Amplifiers, THX certified receivers, High Definition TV s, when most people didn t know anything about 720p, or 1080i or 1080p and now 4K and above. Also providing video transfer services, on a custom built transfer station of his own design. Ron has serviced electronics when it was cost effective to repair them, and still offers this service today. From Denon, Integra, to Sony ES, and XBR high-end televisions, to home theater custom installations, and stocking a ton of accessories power surge protectors, along with a ton of HD and 4K video cameras, and offering video production. I ended up buying a SharpVision 1080p prosumer front projector the XV-Z20000 for superior home theater image quality that I enjoyed for nearly 15 years before it finally quit. In learned a ton about quality, and Ron tries to train all of his people in why you want to pay more for certain features as they make a difference, in either audio quality or video quality, and these guys who have been here for a while really know their stuff. I would have no problem paying more here to know that I made the right purchase that will last me for years to come. You ll find mid to higher end audio equipment that you won t find in a Best Buy or most local stores. This is a wonderful place to shop if youre a tech nerd like me, they have very competitive prices and know that they ve service everything they sell.

I was hired for a commercial shoot with them and was never paid, even after I continue to send invoices for my services. Their employee, Stevie Fernandez, scammed and cheated me after I drove across town in severe winter weather on the day of the scheduled shoot, and my company provided costume, hair/makeup, and talent for the shoot.

They have a technician there that rocks! His name is Cole!

I got a great deal on a full theater package of Klipsch. I will definitely be back when the needs arise! Highly recommend Randy. Great guy!

Great customer service. I always try to use these guys instead of Best Buy. They have much more knowledge about electronics.

These guys are the best! It takes a long time to get the job done, but it will be done right. They took my video projector when nobody else would and ordered parts from China. When I dropped it THE DAY I PICKED IT UP (facepalm) they fixed it again the next day for free! That's what I call real customer service. They are the real deal, they know their stuff, and they can fix anything! So grateful to have a resource like this in town.

Brandon was very kind and courteous. He resolved all issues I had with my electronics.

Staff is very knowledgeable about their products and services, and the installation techs were very professional. They even told the ATT guy that we didn't need half the stuff he was trying to sell us!

Took in my old sound system and gave me a free estimate on getting it repaired. Great bunch of people to work with, and they know what they're doing. Thanks.

It does not offer barbecue sauce but has good gourmet sauces.

I used them for a home movie project, making copies of a DVD, with on-disc printing. They did a great job with quick turn-around.

There was a mix up with communication that ended up with a 24 hour quote for time being 3 weeks. Other than that, the staff was helpful and gave us a 90 day guarantee on the part.

WORST customer service EVER. I would NOT recommend these people to anyone. There was a scheduling issue and when i called to work it out Austin answer the phone and was VERY disrespectful. I will not continue business with them and will tell others to go elsewhere!!

The team was courteous, quick, professional, and answered my questions well. I'm impressed. I'd recommend VR and we'd use them again.

Great Place for Electronics! Great selection, great prices, and helpful staff.

I came across them by looking for Tvs. I found them on google and I thought it would be better and more personal than going to a big chain like Best Buy etc. I went in just to browse, and the staff treated me horrible. They acted like I was uneducated and when I told them I wasn't intested in 4k they kept pushing for it. (I'm guessing to make commission or meet sales goals). I found the TV I wanted. I tried to ask about delivery and the guy was just rude! I ended up not getting it because I just wanted to set up an installation time and they were just intested in pushing a most expensive item on me when I specifically stated what I wanted. I will not be going back. I went to Best Buy at the hills, they got me hooked up and actually knew how to treat a customer like a customer and not money signs $$$.

Never again. Plus it's dingy in there, looks like you are going back 20 years.

I may be a poor college student, but I have invested the money I have into having a nice camera. I take pictures every day and when my $350 broke I was devistated. I took it into Video Revolution and all though the damage was not repairable, they had a huge selection of my favorite camera, helped me to get the same series, with higher mega pixles and optical zoom, that was two years newer than my camera, brand new, but just not the latest model for $119.00. I am beyond thankful.

Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Made it possible for me to watch everything i wanted to. Plus trained me until i was proficient with my newly programmed remote.

owner seems to be making a lot of excuses in regards to some of the "issues' discussed here. I too have been in there and it's like a time warp. Just weird. Weird people and weird vibe. Walked right on through and out the door couple weeks ago. Guess I will have to go spend that tax return somewhere else. Looks like it might have even been a cool place...... "in the eighties". Time to close the door on that place. Lots of unsavory characters also milling about around the store outside. Ghetto. 8'(
