They fixed my Samsung 43" TV and I can honestly say they fixed my TV cheaper than anyone else priced it for! They are very cordial and nice people! Check video revolution when you need repairs on your Television! You won't regret it your decision!!

Beware!!!! If I could rate this place zero I would. What a JOKE! Worst communication ever. They had my home sub woofer for my entertainment center from 01-21-17 to 06-26-17 (that's right almost half a year)..... when I dropped off I was told it would be a few weeks before I got called for an estimate. I was called like they said a few weeks later and I was told it would be $350.00 and couple of weeks before they got parts. I figured it would be end of February before it was done. Months past and never received any type of follow up call. I didn't feel like I had to call I felt that it would be kind of pushy and I wanted it to be fixed right. Months into this ordeal I ran into an employee of there's 2 different times asking about my sub. He said he would check into it for me and both times I was never called. It wasn't until 06-21-17 that I got a phone call letting me know it was ready. I asked what they were going to do for me because I was very dissatisfied The service manager started giving me a speech about how they had issues getting parts (At no time was I notified about this issue) so then I asked to see what kind of discount he would give me and he said $50.00..... that was an insult! At this rate he should've just charged me for the parts which were about $100.00.When I went to go pick up the sub I told him I would pay $250.00 and be satisfied or just charge me the $350.00 and I would be on my way. He said he couldn't charge the$250.00 because he had way too much in it already.... that was a stupid mistake! I paid the $350.00 and left. Think what pissed me off the most was that the receipt even shows it was done 05-19-17. WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS Ron!

1st, I just wanted to say I really hate to leave a non-positive feedback, but I think it's fair and possibly help their management to improve their business.
I left my high-end receiver there to get a diagnose & an estimate. After over 30 days, I pretty much got my receiver back with absolutely no information. I had to make at least 2 phone calls every week. Nobody really knew what the status of my unit. I kept getting promised a callback but NEVER once got a callback. Kept getting different names for a person handling my unit. Finally after many calls, they told me the unit has to be sent away for repair, and it'd cost $150 for shipping and repair charge will be whatever! Anyhow, I wish they would tell me that they couldn't diagnose my unit after 10 days, so I can get it fixed somewhere else. It was a bit frustrating after over 30 days, and going back to square one again...

I purchased a Sony surround sound and a Sharp 65" tv in 2012 from Video Revolutions when we moved to Tulsa from Houston and built our new house. Everything worked wonderful until the last 6 months and we started having problems with Cox. It got so bad that I decided to call Video Revolutions to have one of their tech come out and see if Cox had it wired wrong. They sent a tech named Craig. He had it working perfect in less than 15 minutes. He left his cell # in case we needed help. So last Sat afternoon we had a power surge and our TV was out again. I called Craigs cell # and he was out of town with family but took a couple minutes to help us learn again how to operate the TV. I have 50+ years of sales before I retired so I appreciate a man and company who is this genuine. Will send all my friends there in the future.

Interesting place. Thoroughly loved walking around...

Interesting place. Thoroughly loved walking around every corner and seeing something interesting. I was able to find a particular product in their "close out" room for a great price.
Sales person behind the counter was a straight shooter, to the point type of person. So when I was looking for this particular product, it was sad to hear him say it was a dying product w barley no demand for this type of media anymore.
Definitely check this place out for stereo & tv needs.

These guys have a great selection and they know th...

These guys have a great selection and they know their stuff. Graham was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. He was able to explain all of the differences between each of the televisions and help me to understand the pros and cons of each. If your looking for a new high end tv this is the place to get it.

These guys are a joke. I've got a TCL TV just out...

These guys are a joke. I've got a TCL TV just out of warranty that (according to the manufacturer) probably has a bad mainboard. I called these guys and asked if they worked on this model TV. I explained the situation and told them I was looking for a "rough" estimate on what it would take to repair this model assuming the mainboard was really what needed fixing. They told me they don't do quotes over the phone, but I could bring it in for one.

I explained that I'd prefer not to lug such a big TV around and I wasn't looking for a legally binding quote. I said I realized it might not be the mainboard and they may open it up and find something else wrong with it, but *assuming it was* the mainboard how much would that part take to replace?

He asked me what the mainboard part was and I said I had no idea - part of the reason I was calling. His response was he didn't know either - how could he possibly know there are so many! Of course he didn't ask me the model # or anything, so clearly didn't want to make the effort to even look it up. Also they clearly don't do much work on these TVs (one of the world's largest manufacturers of TVs) if they aren't familiar with the parts.

Ok - fair enough - I'll take his laziness. I then asked what about labor? On average what does it take to repair a mainboard in a 55" TV? 1 hour, 2 hours, 5 hours? And what do you charge for labor on an hourly basis?

He laughed at me and said "you sure don't make it easy do you?"

I simply explained that I wanted to get some type of ballpark so I know whether I should throw in the towel and just get a new TV (this TV was only $350 and I suspected even a cheap repair would probably run at least half that). They couldn't give me a rough idea of just labor costs?

He then started laughing maniacally and screaming "We don't give estimates over the phone, We don't give estimates over the phone..." Over and over again until I had to hang up.

Said they'd look at our flat screen and quote us a repair. Brought it in, they looked at it (just sitting on the counter did not take the back off or anything) then quote us more than the tv would cost to replace. Guy says wait a minute goes in back and rolls out a tv smaller & older than mine and tries to sell it to me for the same price I could fix the other one for. I decline and start to take my tv back to the car he trys to get me to leave it. (I guess so they can fix it and sell it someone else). Told him no thanks, I would just throw it away at my house. Worst experience won't be back.

The products and coolness of everything in the store was super awesome. But the people working there are unenthusiastic and take all the air out of my balloon. When I left there my balloon didn't even look like a balloon. My balloon look like something entirely different from a balloon. There was absolutely no air in my balloon

Good super electronic device repair services.
I had a water damage to my 40" Samsung tv and many repair centres advised me to buy a new one instead of investment huge dollars for a repair.
As a last option I visited video revolutions and got my tv repaired at a reasonable price of $150.

I would have given them 4 start if they had delivered my tv as on promised date. In my case they took 4 weeks to get my tv repaired.

Bottom line : good service with reasonable price , but they may take too long time to get the service done. May be the long wait is due to other reasons being a technical reason.

The team at video revolution have gone above and beyond to help me out. If you want great after the sale customer service, which you will inevitably need, I would come here over the big box stores in a heartbeat. They actually know what about the products they sale and how to get the best out of the products. I couldn't be happier with video revolution. I will definitely buy all my home audio and video equipment from here!

Their "soundbars" turn your living room into a theatre. I've 2 soundbars in my liv. room & look forward to watching movies every night,what a treat.. .. .. ..

I just finished dealing with this place this weeke...

I just finished dealing with this place this weekend. I took my TV in 11 days ago for evaluation and possible repair. After 3 days and no word my wife called to check on the status of the tv, the person she spoke with told her they hadn't looked at it yet and basially hung up on her. 6 days later they called me at home and said they couldn't fix my TV despite much "internet research". He also informed that they knew what was wrong with it but couldn't get the part needed. After this revelation he promptly hung up on me. So after this I contacted the service department by email to ask for the part number or any information on the part to no avail. It's as if this place dislikes its customers. Rudeness from day one, complete lack of communication, and no urgency whatsoever. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

First time there, looking for a DVD player. The cheapest one they showed me was $69.00. But after I browsed around I found some on a shelf wrapped in tape, that said $29.00. Didn't inquire about them. They did have the flattest L.G.t v.. It was beautiful and beautifully priced at $9,999.

I can't say enough good things about Video Revolut...

I can't say enough good things about Video Revolution. We recently moved to a new house and the den was a long way away from where the Internet and cable came in. Now, I have long been a fan of TIVO and their latest technology works off the internet. I have Linksys wireless preferring that over Cox Cable wireless. I contacted VR about running a network drop to the living room. Cole & Marcus came out and got everything working smoothly without having to wire a new network run. I plan to purchase a new TV next week and it will be from VR! Great service.

The worst customer service ever. My bad experience with them is not simply a one-time occurrence. They weren't just having a bad day. It's in the foundation of their values that they do not value the customer, but only think in terms of profit. These are amateur video guys that consider themselves professionals, but they do not conduct themselves professionally. I've done business with them for decades because I don't know where else to go for DVD duplication. Unfortunately, they are one of the only games in town when you need tape-to-DVD transfers or DVD duplication. More often than not, it has been an unsatisfactory experience. They take forever. They communicate poorly with the customer. And the customer's opinion is not valued. Rather, your opinion is an annoyance to them and they won't think twice about telling you that you're not welcome there should you give them any direct negative feedback on their performance. This is truly a last resort to do with business with Video Revolution.

My girl, Karen, asked me to check into going without cable some fifteen months ago. I was quoted $350.00 for outdoor antenna installation and hook up by Video Revolution. Their guy showed up and did a job that simply DOES NOT WORK. He has been back in our home four times, we have now spent well over six hundred bucks, and his last call to me was that he can't do a dang thing about it! Worthless company with even more worrthless workers...especially Tom! Go away. Other folks, be warned. Money pit in your future. They are useless.

The worst customer service!!!

The worst customer service!!!
I rented a projector screen and as Im leaving in my car a guy(who refused to give me his name) comes out yelling at me saying I broke his screen. So I go back in the store and ask him what is broke. He shows me a piece of plastic that will not screw in because it's cracked. When I tell it was that way when I got it he basically calls me a liar. This is no way to treat a customer.

Called and tried to explain my problem with my tv over the phone to see if its be worth bringing up to get an estimate on repair. Was told they don't diagnose over the phone which is understandable. So I pulled the 75" tv off the wall and brought it to the store only to have guy at the front desk immediately tell me it's not repairable without even looking at the tv or letting me finish describing the problem. Sounds like something I could and should have been told over the phone if that really is the case.

Man I had a misdiagnosis from here but Vic which is a good dude hooked me up with a new TV and knocked over half the price down on it for me. I know some ppl may have had some bad experiences but they have really done there best to turn this place around. I think they were having issues with the techs there at one point and well... all I have to say about that is that they are a dying breed and some of them feel as if though they are invincible to job termination so they do what they please (some of them, not all) so video revolution just had to weed them out ;) Thank You for your help Vic, I appreciate ya Dude
