They hide behind their MaxPower or MaxForce (Whichever it was) and sells their products cheaper on Amazon than what a dealer can buy for. We had a nice discount of standard dealer pricing too... Whats the point of being a distributor if they undercut what we're paying? Also, their sales reps are shady. Had an issue not being resolved, so I emailed directly to Rotary and the issued was resolved. A few days later the big ego sales rep manager sent in the local rep trying to tell us we must contact them and not directly. Hmmm....Sounds like someone got in trouble and didn't like it. Of course we told the local rep we'll do it again if issues are not being resolved.
