Never given an insufficient fact! Customer service really very weak!
No product knowledge, no idea what has been purchased! People just go shopping at the real stores ....

I got the most fantastic service when buying my new Ski boots. The guide spend all the necessary time to meassure my feet and understand waht my needs were before recommending me several good alternatives.

Good service ... Problems with the zipper of a jacket from the beginning !! They sent the jacket to Bogner and got it made back and this was free !! This year we also bought the clothes for our daughter here and they look great on the slopes !! The prices are higher than other stores, the service is also very important !! We always like to come here !!

Been to the Skihut last week. Really a beautiful store with the most beautiful brands. Want to ski succeed, then this store is worth a visit.

Entire store renewed, become seriously beautiful! I'm a fan of the huge range on the new ski department. I have also been helped with the purchase of my winter jacket, which is great that the saleswomen really know what they are talking about. As far as I'm concerned, definitely recommended, nowhere seen so many beautiful brands in 1 place.

Hugh store. Lots to choose from but prices were not competitive. Check it out.

The place is excellent for chilling out, the sea is only 5 minutes on foot. However, to party is not suitable, it is not worth it.

They have everything and in the sale corner the prices are good.

Incredibly unfriendly and arrogant customer service. Do not offer a solution to problems and make fun of you when you ask a question. I am never someone who writes a review, but I want to save you from this poor service!

Excellent help and successful again. Even after restart, certainly a place to come back. Small downside: asked for helmet from warehouse due to damage. However, at checkout, showroom model was still put in bag. Inappropriate.....

Very nice shop with the big brands in winter sports

Super friendly and helpful staff! Had good experience and excellent guidance throughout the store to find the right products. Bought winter coats, hats and gloves for the whole family.

NEVER ORDER, nothing is what it seems, money is in and you will not get it back if you want to return, this store has a terrible service for taking back items.

I order a lot and often online but never experienced this.

If you want to trade something at the Skihut you will not get your money back but a voucher. Very poor service which is out of date

Very large assortment and stock. You can go here for your complete winter sports equipment. Even a relax corner where you can watch TV at a bar.

It is a shame that the friends and acquaintances of those behind the bar are provided with cans of coke, coffee etc etc and if you spent more than 1000 this morning asking after 30 minutes at the table if you might if you are allowed to drink, you will be looked at strangely, we have no cola, so I say do it a cup of water and a glass of warm water is given. Then lady walks away, another employee comes and conjures up cans again. There are nice staff but unfortunately also arrogant who pretend to be the owner

Super large store with an immense winter collection. Especially in winter you can indulge in the large amount of winter coats! That's how I already scored my new Parajumpers jacket!

Excellent help from the people at the Skihut in Scheveningen. Well passed a great winter sports outfit. There is also a wide range for children. Nice place with knowledgeable staff. I recommend everyone who finds it expensive here to shop in the sale.

Nice shop where expensive designer clothes are for sale, but I still have to recover a bit from the prices. It is typically a matter for the large wallets.

Messy shop, full of winter coats and thick sweaters in the middle of the summer. More and more bad brands (small collection of surf brands and many wanna be seen brands) and what a meddlesome, intrusive and uninterested staff. Better to go to the Heart Beach!
