Very nice hotel with good breakfast selection and food menu. Bar is open late and good access to the business parks located around the area.

Good, but room was ice cold till the heating worked , we spent only 4 hours before our flight

Having been impacted by the antenna problem at Brussels airport on July 19, I was sent by Brussels Airlines to this hotel in which I had, according to them, a reservation. I was received by the manager in a very unpleasant way, the latter explaining to me (I quote) "that there are enough companies that send travelers without calling first" and that "it's been an hour that I 'took my service and I have already given 40 rooms and it is full, we have nothing left, I can do nothing ".
Thank you sir, for my part I had been in transit for more than 7 hours, it was past midnight and I was not only exhausted but incredulous in the face of this situation: had Brussels Airlines booked me a room or the hotel? had he given my room to someone else?

A flagrant lack of courtesy and professionalism, the hotel manager not even having deigned to help me find a room with partners. I looked for a hotel room in a nearby radius with a dedicated application

Very nice card in the restaurant. The dishes are very elaborate. However the service is not up to par. The service is very slow and the butler is very unfriendly. The presentation of the restaurant is not very neat (eg no tablecloth)

A nice hotel with good rooms. Both dine and breakfast are good. Too bad the shuttle service also must pass another hotel. This takes time and places

Magnificent rooms, excellent food and good room service

Modern hotel with dining room, restaurant and bar.
The rooms are not particularly remarkable but the facilities are.
They also have very curious services, such as renting a fish tank with a fish to not feel alone or bicycles to go to work.

Nice place for business meeting, training, etc. Parking facilities but unfortunately no public transport in the neighborhood. Good coffee, decent catering.

The hotel is modernly furnished. At check-in we received a glass of cava. We didn't take breakfast, because we thought that was very pricey. When it comes to dining, it is a bit confusing. The room is divided in two and the menus are different per part. We have apparently been in the restaurant section, so the choice is minimal and the price quite high. The vegetables we had were 4 small Brussels sprouts and some fried mushrooms! The room is nice and the soda in the cooling is free, as is the coffee and tea in the room. All staff were very nice.

The Brunch of the first day of the year 2017 was a huge flop. And it wasn't just for us, but others were of the same opinion. The mass colors are even too many to mention. unfortunately the name Vander Valk is unworthy,

We stayed as a party. The buffet meal in the evening was excellent, the rooms were comfortable and the staff were very efficient and friendly. The view from the sky lounge was great, would definitely like to stay again.

Was there for a conference. We were invited to do so in the Diamond Sky Lounge on the top floor. Beautiful view. The accessibility of this hotel is a very big plus.

The windows can not even be tilted, the parking situation is underground and the air conditioning can not be switched off, so unfortunately only three stars. Otherwise there is a cozy, modern bar, good breakfast and the suites are awesome.

Shuttle to the airport, clean large rooms, great breakfast options. Very kind and friendly staff. I did not realize how far it is from the actual city, but if you take the free shuttle to the airport and then take a train to the city it's less than 10 euro. A taxi is about 45 euro.

One of the best Hotel I have visited so far. Room quite comfortable. Near the highway.

Quiet and very modern hotel. I was hosted there by means of a tour package from Tomorrowland. Both the restaurant and the bar are excellent. Recommendable.

Tasty food in this restaurant, even without sleeping

Lots of overdue maintenance (meeting rooms / toilets). Lunch served late. Tesla supercharging is very handy.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, very clean. The breakfast was delicious, very extensive.

We had lunch chosen for the buffet. And this was really super bad !! 20.50 paid for leftovers and cold dishes super little choice. Totally not used to van der valk hotels. Talk to the manager and as a solution a hamburger of 15 euros for 20.50 and still use the buffet with leftovers! We don't come here anymore.

One of the best breakfast ever. You can find almost everything. Room service is also good.

Great hotel, reception very nice, large rooms very clean, breakfast great, easy parking. I was a coach driver here with a Japanese travel group, gladly again.

Very good address where you can stay the night before flying to your holiday destination or business, you can take the evening meal, have a good night and the hotel shuttle will take you to Brussel Airport, you Leave your vehicle in the hotel garage and on your return the shuttle will come looking for you at the airport, for a fairly competitive price ....

Decent staff and facilities. Comfy big bed and good size room.

Typical Van der Valk hotel known the beautiful spacious rooms and great breakfast buffet if you drag and flight formula takes should your car there two weeks remain and they drive you to the shuttle bus to the airport and they'll come back pick up after the journey

Annex location is inconvenient and difficult to get to from the lobby

The location is great. The facilities are good, the internet is fast but above all - when I felt sick and cold they really took care of me. They brought me tea to my room, and some cold medicine and sweet cookies, which is just what I needed.
I really appreciate it.

Unambiguously a great hotel with excellent amenities easily comparable with other 5* hotels in the greater area of Low Countries or even better. Super friendly and helpful staff ! Nice food ! Nice premises! I would suggest to stay there if you visit Belgium and you need to be pretty close to the airport. Following my stay there , VDV Brussels airport will be my priority while in need of a good hotel in Brussels !

Personnel is really awesome! Rooms are clean and all facilities at a fair cost. The shuttle bus for the airport is always on time!

Buffet was nothing compared to Dutch establishments.

For 4 stars outdated but otherwise very good. In the rooms no fresh air only via the air conditioning.

Hotel clean in a convenient spot for both airport and railway but the staff were very poor.quite apparent they were only there for wages not for the customers .the breakfast was a joke very poor and everything ran out not only food but plates bowls knives etc .I know it was a large group and a number of them complained.each one of them was told that they were the only one to complain and everyone else seemed happy.!!

Hotel is nearby the airport, 5-10min by taxi. the airline voucher includes diner at the buffet, nothing special but okay. The rooms are bigger than normal, clean and nice.

Charge for free your Tesla car and have a coffee in the garden terrace.

Great value for money. Great place for business meetings with people that come by car.
