Horrible service department. Had my Jeep for six weeks. Left me on hold for several minutes or hung up on me each time I would call to check on it. Would pass the buck like little kids when I needed a specific question answered. Would argue with me on the phone when I did finally talk to someone. The fifth week, I discovered it was in the garage and they promised they would call when it was ready for pickup. The sixth week came and no call, so I decided I was going to call and not give up until I found out what was going on. They left me on hold for one hour! Here it was ready for pickup and nobody called to let me know. Did not stay with quoted price to complete the repairs. Drove down the road only two minutes after pickup when CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON! You can't give these people suggestions on where they could improve, because they just don't care. $3300 to pick it up and they are telling me if I bring it back in tomorrow to fix the check engine light there could be additional charges! The receipt said they corrected everything on the diagnostics. Great close on the estimate- they just did absolutely horrible following through with what they promised.
