Jan 16 2014 passenger inside door handle broke off
Jan 17 2014 sent web request for service to URSE and got email response i would be contacted shortly.....
Jan 31 2014 14 days later sent email and left voicemail for service....
its now Feb 17th 2014 still have not heard from them.

Contacted Ron Lewis Jeep in Waynesburg PA, they are acting quickly and being very helpful
they will be my service center from now on!
