I went in to the service department and told them that my computer needed reprogrammed as per another auto repair shop. I explained I needed it done. Service person ran a quick test and discovered I needed two front air bag due to a recall. He asked if they could do it . I said yes... I went back several hours to check in my car and all that was completed was the recall work. The service Dept person said the tech could not locate any engine codes and therefore couldn t compete the reprogramming. I went over to the car and the engine checklight came was on. I believe that the service Dept was more concerned with they recall work then my onboard computer programming . I understand that the recall work needed done but if my car is still acting up and I decided to not drive it the air bags do me no good. I was very disappointed they the recall work was done before they looked at the real problem and I never received a call from the service Dept. If I would have not wasted a whole day I probably would have purchased or leased a car from you guys this weekend. Now I must say your guys didn t charge me for anything. But man I work for a bank and don t get a lot of time off. So now I don t know what I m going to do.If you service Dept would have called me and told me they couldn t find anything wrong. I was prepared to just talk to your salesman and purchase another auto.. but since nothing went right you guys will lose this sale and possibly future sales... I feel bad even writing this but someone needed to know that my car is still not fixed. Now I am forced to do something different.
