If I could give zero stars, I would. Beware in dealing with this company. They refuse to answer emails and phone calls and owe people money for services rendered. They have delayed and lied about the services they offer and any customer service has been non-existent. They really are terrible to deal with in any way.
Where to start... Horrible service and RUDE! They treat you like you don't have another option. I had service for two years but had a 3 year contract, the service was hardly consistent. Slow and had constant disruptions. When I went to cancel the service around the two year mark they wanted to charge me $1900 because I was leaving early, after many back and fourths with there team I got no where and they wouldn't back off the charge saying it was in the contract. They then and without my approval charged my card the $1900 the next day. The service here sucks. Don't make the mistake I did. There are other options and I suggest to explore those instead of UIA.

Completely blows away greedy, scam-artist, mega corporation ISPs that do not care about their customers. UIA shows that they care about their customer by providing excellent communication and service. Their pricing is very fair for bandwidth and reliability that I was paying more than double for. We are a family of 5 gamers who all stream content constantly and UIA's network has no issues with keeping up with our heavy demands. Absolutely the best ISP out there!
Excellent service and support for 3+ years. Their support team is BY FAR the best I've spoken to. They are very quick to make determinations on where an issue is, and they can determine if it's my equipment or theirs. I have other options for high speed internet as I don't require much bandwidth, but I'm not going anywhere. UIA is rock solid.

I rarely take time to write reviews, however, in this instance it's warranted. Today UIA came out to install internet at my home and I could not be more pleased with everything! The two young gentlemen that came to install were both named Jacob. They were on-time, incredibly professional, and even completed the install in a little over half the time I was quoted it taking with no mess. Truly solid work from both of these guys. They were also super helpful in making sure I was connected and ready to go after the line-installation. All-in-all a very quick and easy install process! Thanks again, guys!
Our internet goes down at least once a week, causing everyone in the company to stop their production. On top of that the internet is very slow and their prices are outrageous. I wish we could switch but there aren't any options available in our area.

Joe at UIA has saved me from pulling my hair out twice when it comes to my internet. When I work offsite with my computer and come back home, I can never get internet connected without a few tears. Joe knew exactly what was wrong. My Google Mesh was not hooked up correctly and and once I listened to how to unplug and move things around it WORKED like nothing was wrong. Being a senior and not a computer savy especially, when it comes to this type stuff, Joe was very compasionate and understanding and had patience of a Saint. Thank you Joe! I got UIA phone and internet in 2019 and have received excellent service from the techs and the staff. I'm bad with names, but I have dealt with Byron, Laura and Jacob. The problems were far and few in between but they've been good at keeping us aware, giving credit, apologizing even when it was something beyond their control. I wish more companies was as great as UIA. We love ya!!!
UIA has been a great choice for our business ISP and voice services. We are in a section of Ontario that had been underdeveloped for Internet service until UIA delivered fiber to our complex. Prior to making the switch to UIA we had the very unpleasant experience of dealing with the TPx/Verizon combo and then even worse the TPx/Frontier combo. From the sales rep to the customer service reps, UIA has been a pleasure to deal with and the reliability has been exceptionally good. I think we had one service interruption that lasted less than twenty minutes in the eleven months we've been on their fiber network. We've been very happy with the cost as well, saving nearly 30% over the antiquated solution TPx was providing.. The competitor with the next best price was offering a Wi-Fi solution making the decision to go with UIA easier. I was not familiar with UIA and most of the their competitors were not that familiar with them, if, at all. It was somewhat difficult to decide to go with a relative unknown when it comes to something as important as Internet is for us. 90% of our business comes from data transfers between our customers and us and vice versa. Internet reliability is HUGE for us. UIA has delivered on its promise in a HUGE way. Ultimately, the decision to go with UIA was based on their people. They were easy to talk to; they were patient with us when we needed explanations and definitions for acronyms and phone product terminology and negotiated in a friendly manner. Our employees couldn't be happier about the decision we made to switch ISP's. Our top customers have noticed the increased transfer speeds to/from our order submission and file transfer tools. After nearly a year with UIA we are extremely happy to have them as our ISP in the Ontario area. There is one improvement they could make for us - offer service in the Colton area so we can dump "nameless" and go with them.
If you're within UIA's footprint do not hesitate to commit. Their service is exceptional, clearly next level above the Spectrum and Comcast offerings. They have a sense of urgency you will not find with the other providers that operate on a "We'll get to it when we're ready" business model. Well done UIA.

UIA did an excellent job brining my new fiber and VoIP phone system into my location. Their technician's installed and trained my staff on using VoIP phones.
We switched over from wireless internet to UIA 5 yrs ago. Never dropped, signal is steady. Recently we upgraded to 20MB/20MB and it is total awesome.
I can honestly say this company stands behind their product. I have had problems since I got UIA with slow access and a whole lot of buffering for the past year. I was told that I would be responsible for replacing the fiber but come to find out the fiber was broken deeper within the line. They came out a week before scheduled and FIXED the line and installed a GOOGLE MESH in 2 rooms and I can honestly say I had no clue how GREAT this internet service really was until now. I now had BLAZING SPEED!!!! THANK YOU UIA for standing behind your product!!!!!!
UIA is the best internet that I ve had since moving to the high desert. The service and employees are great. Customer service is always on top of keeping you updated with repairs.
I recently joined a company who had just converted to a VOIP system with UIA. The voice quality has been excellent and we've had no issues. We added direct dial numbers after the initial implementation and this was completed quickly and efficiently. Our Account Manager, Kathryn Tobin, is always responsive and provides excellent service. When we added two new lines and were unable to get them up and running on our own, UIA's System Administrator, Joseph Argueta, was onsite at 8:00am the following morning to troubleshoot. Joseph was able to resolve within a few minutes and had us up and running for a 9:00am webinar.
Our internet used to be so slow I had to start downloads at the end of the day so they would be done the next morning. Our internet was painfully slow. UIA installed fiber optic to our building and what a difference it made. It was one of the best things we ever did.
John H. has tried for years to get into our company to help us with our internet/voice needs, and we kept pushing him off because of our previous agreements, until finally we had the opportunity to sit down with him. We are so glad we did- he guided us through a setup for our company for both internet and voice, and we couldn't be happier. It was a quick, easy process, and John was on hand for any questions we had. But beyond the ease of the installation, what made this switch the best thing for us was the savings- we literally saved over 50% of our regular monthly billing, and our internet speed was bumped up to 10 times the previous speed we had. We are absolutely satisfied with UIA, and we highly recommend them to any company thinking of switching over to their service! Absolutely rated at 5 stars!
Called inquiring about Business services and treated me like I was some bum off streets inquiring for a job....Could only imagine what service and support would have been like if i did go with them.. Found another company with same service but half the cost down the street. Actually would have just gone through them and not searched for another company if they werent so rude. Like they told me " oh well".

UIA's Customer Service responds in a timing manner whenever we experience an issue. My neighbor unintentionally damaged our fiber optic cable, and UIA reinstalled the cable the same day to ensure we stay connected. Excellent service.
My phone is connected to this company Tower I guess, and we are getting PING ms 32 DOWNLOAD Mbps 0.30 UPLOAD Mbps 0.40 What is going on? This started in July 3rd and until now my internet connection has not went above .50/mbps - something is wrong. Please I just want my regular internet connection back.

My company had always had a problem with our internet. Most days it wouldn't even work and we had to let everyone go home early, but then I found UIA. They were able to provide me with internet and phone service which makes it so much easier than paying two separate bills. Their internet is quick and the phones have not given us any problems. Though sometimes the internet may not work, their team is always there to help us figure out how to fix it. Katherine has been a joy to work with as well. Always checking up on us to make sure that everything is working well and to see if there is anything she can do to make our experience better. I'm so glad that we found them and made the switch. I would HIGHLY recommend UIA to anyone who is running a business.

Night and day difference cutting over to fiber from hot spotting. Kudos to UIA for bringing fiber into our facility here (no other company made the effort). Price is high, but ultimately worth the consistent 20mbps up and down for my business. Install was quick and easy. John Haskell is the man to talk to and went above and beyond to get us up and running quick.

Mike the "phone guy" has gone above and beyond to make sure I understood the phones how they worked as Voip phones and was such a pleasure to work with. The owner was hands on, onsite during the installation ensuring quality service. They were head and shoulders the best provider available to me in my commercial complex and I have happily referred my fellow business counterparts in the complex over to UIA.
Every since Ultimate Internet Access introduced me to their new WiFi mesh system the WiFi signal within my home went from marginal to very good in all rooms. In addition, my WiFi speed has increased. Thanks UIA for coming to the rescue.

Customer service did a very good support job and the speed of the internet is very fast and stable. I had DSL service form Frontier which is very slow inconsistent.
We used to have a T1 Line that was 10 mbps (very slow) with another service provider. There was always issues and down time and customer service was horrible. Now, UIA provides fiber internet at half the price (100 mbps). We are going on one year of service & have never had any down time. Because the internet service and customer service is so great, we are deciding to switch our phone lines to fiber connection as well. John H. with UIA is very knowledgable and helpful. Thank you!
I have had different internet provider for the past year and have never been able to watch tv or steam anything without interruption. Jacob and Jacob were very professional and knowledgeable. Worked for hours to detect the issue and it was resolved.they went over and above in customer service.

UIA Internet for my entire town went down 14 hours ago and is expected to be out an additional 48 hours because they lack a replacement part, which now must be shipped to them from a separate provider..
Love UIA, switch from Spectrum and what a difference. Everything is very fast. Thought my daughters lap top had a virus because it was slow. Nope now it's very very fast! The techs helped me set up all my devices and took time, very professional and nice. I highly recommend UIA. And the owners are wonderful people.

It s a shame that all the negative reviews seem targeted and no one can really back up their claims. I can tell you that I ve never seen an ISP so loved and raved about as UIA. Search for UIA on Facebook and you ll find literally hundreds of positive reviews from customers like me who absolutely love the speed, price, and customer service UIA provides. UIA got it right.
Everything was perfect from Step 1 to the End. Our sale rep answered all my questions and more importantly, took the effort to find the answers if she didn't know. I didn't have to wait for a long time for the answers and she got right on it to ensure our company knew what we were getting. Prices are better than the other 3 companies I shopped and forever will be a customer of UIA!! Great service all around. Also, for companies that have trouble getting any type of internet service at their location, take the time to check UIA out. I explored EVERY OPPORTUNITY and UIA was the best fit. Nothing but professionalism from the sales to installation team. Give them a shot and you'll be surprised at what they can offer.
Still waiting... I was told how great this internet service is. I wouldn t know because I am still waiting for the service. The contract was emailed to the wrong address. I had to call to follow up with that. I was scheduled to have instillation today. I called to see what time I should be expecting my installation, and I was told it wasn t even scheduled. Now I am told today I have to go ask my neighbors permission to have a line ran over their garage in order for me to have service, all the while I am racking up my cellphone bill and missing calls due to no WiFi. I am not very hopeful that I will finally get service in a week, as installation was scheduled again.

Five years ago we were running a T1 line with very slow speeds in our rural area of LA. After exhausting every option with with all of the big carriers who would not provide service to our location, I reached out to UIA and John Haskell our account manager. John and his team were onsite immediately for a survey and provided us with a detailed plan to run wireless fiber for our computers and VOIP phones. Had internet service installed in our office. Company had to run conduit and cabling from the street. The installers were George J, Hector A, Curtiss K and Adam L. I highly recommend this company, they were professional, friendly and made sure I was happy with the install.

I used to have Hughesnet satellite internet and it was terrible, nothing but problems. Switched to UIA a few months ago and its been 100 times better. Only took a few hours to set up and been super fast with no issues. Customer service has been great as well. Definitely recommend!

As a resident of Silver Lakes in Helendale, CA I have personally witnessed the progression of internet availability in our community. From being placed on a waiting list to receive internet upon moving to Silver Lakes, to having Verizon (Frontier), and then Wisprenn...none of these experiences have been anything like what I've enjoyed once having UIA as my provider. UIA provides fast, dependable internet service. Their customer service and communication are phenomenal. I have received texts and emails directly from UIA as well as seen posts on our local Facebook page in regards to any challenges we may be having with our service. It is truly astounding the amount of time and effort UIA spends ensuring their customers are beyond satisfied. Considering my experiences with Frontier and Wisprenn, I feel incredibly fortunate that I can rely on UIA during these unprecedented, challenging times in which online communication and work-from-home situations are a necessity.
I work for a small local family business in Ontario.In our area, T1 from Frontier was basically the only internet available and they were only able to provide "10" megs up and down. However, this was not the case and we barely got 10 down and about 2-3 megs up. When UIA starting running their fiber lines, we were a little hesitant considering the issues we've had with the internet and phone services. After much consideration, we made the switch to UIA & could not be happier! We are now running at 100 megs up & down and it is constant. Our phone lines are now VoIP and the service is top-notch. The internet speed & upload is essential for our business as everything we do is online. If the speed & reliability wasn't enough, we are paying about 15% less and gaining so much more. UIA provides more of a business family feel than the "big" corporate ruthlessness that we have dealt with so many times in the past.
Misleading. On their front page it says they provide in Ontario California, but when you call they say they only provide to Helendale and Wrightwood. So if you're in Ontario, don't even bother, they won't help you.
Have been using UIA Internet Service's for my industrial warehouse through UIA for about 3 years. Fast internet, no issues with downtime, would recommend them to anybody that is looking to add a reliable internet provider.

I use to have UIA Internet service years ago in Ontario and I loved it then so when I heard they were installing wireless service here in Helendale (Silver Lakes) I signed up and it is so fast that I can connect to Amazon Prime and stream a movie in seconds and never have any issues with buffering etc. When I contacted them about an issue it was usually about me not understanding something but they helped me resolve my issue but I've only had two issues and very minor. I know now that if I ever have any issues their tech support will be there for me. I highly recommend UIA Wireless to anyone who has access to it. Nice employees also.
I called to find out if they service my area, which they do not, bc I am in a residential area, however, the person who answered the phone was very nice, and even though he knew I would not be able to purchase their services, he was super helpful, did not rush me off the phone, and ensured all my questions were answered.
We have had UIA for several years. This company provides excellent internet connection and customer service. Our representative John Haskell switched us to Fiber connection a few months ago and the switch was fast and professionally installed. The customer service is top notch. When I call I actually speak with a person, who does not place me on hold. The telephone technician, Byron is amazing with any technical issues. What a great company to do business with. In all the years we have used this company for internet, never once have we gone without service.
It's nice to work with true professional's these days. The job started on time and finished on time. We could have half of the Fiber Optics they gave us and still be ahead of the game compared to what we previously had been working with. No more excuses about the 3:00 P.M. internet busy blues. UIA is by far the best and fastest internet service we have ever had. They are also very responsive when contacted. Not anything like dealing with most internet service suppliers which can be incredibly frustrating. We have lived in New England, Alaska, Washington. NorCal and now SoCal. No one else even comes close to what we have now.

Hi, we are about a 1-1/12 year customer with Ultimate Internet Access, we started out before them with a T1 connection and experienced a lot of issues with lost of connection. since we moved over to UIA and are now on fiber Internet, we have seen a dramatic change with speed and great connection and have not had any down time issues with lost of connection. So far so good.
We were searching for an internet provider at our location for over a year because no carriers were in our area. We finally found UIA and they were very helpful from day one all the through the install and follow up. I would highly recommend this company if you are in a location with no alternatives, they will make it happen!

Spotty internet. Sometimes its good. Usually it has problems connecting, running TV etc. Im even hard wired in. Still issues. **Update** service still spotty.
