Five years ago we were running a T1 line with very slow speeds in our rural area of LA. After exhausting every option with with all of the big carriers who would not provide service to our location, I reached out to UIA and John Haskell our account manager. John and his team were onsite immediately for a survey and provided us with a detailed plan to run wireless fiber for our computers and VOIP phones. Their professionalism and customer service is second to none and we cannot thank them enough for providing us with excellent service for the past five years.
