Hi, we are about a 1-1/12 year customer with Ultimate Internet Access,
we started out before them with a T1 connection and experienced a lot of issues with lost of connection. since we moved over to UIA and are now on fiber Internet, we have seen a dramatic change with speed and great connection and have not had any down time issues with lost of connection. So far so good.
