I got UIA phone and internet in 2019 and have received excellent service from the techs and the staff. I'm bad with names, but I have dealt with Byron, Laura and Jacob. The problems were far and few in between but they've been good at keeping us aware, giving credit, apologizing even when it was something beyond their control. I wish more companies was as great as UIA. We love ya!!!
