I recently joined a company who had just converted to a VOIP system with UIA. The voice quality has been excellent and we've had no issues. We added direct dial numbers after the initial implementation and this was completed quickly and efficiently. Our Account Manager, Kathryn Tobin, is always responsive and provides excellent service. When we added two new lines and were unable to get them up and running on our own, UIA's System Administrator, Joseph Argueta, was onsite at 8:00am the following morning to troubleshoot. Joseph was able to resolve within a few minutes and had us up and running for a 9:00am webinar.
