I am relatively new to Ultimate Internet Access and so far my experience has been top notch the service top notch the people top notch. Mike the "phone guy" has gone above and beyond to make sure I understood the phones how they worked as Voip phones and was such a pleasure to work with. The owner was hands on, onsite during the installation ensuring quality service. They were head and shoulders the best provider available to me in my commercial complex and I have happily referred my fellow business counterparts in the complex over to UIA.
