Joe at UIA has saved me from pulling my hair out twice when it comes to my internet. When I work offsite with my computer and come back home, I can never get internet connected without a few tears. Joe knew exactly what was wrong. My Google Mesh was not hooked up correctly and and once I listened to how to unplug and move things around it WORKED like nothing was wrong. Being a senior and not a computer savy especially, when it comes to this type stuff, Joe was very compasionate and understanding and had patience of a Saint. Thank you Joe! You are the best asset UIA has besides the internet speed. =)
