Where to start... Horrible service and RUDE! They treat you like you don't have another option. I had service for two years but had a 3 year contract, the service was hardly consistent. Slow and had constant disruptions.

When I went to cancel the service around the two year mark they wanted to charge me $1900 because I was leaving early, after many back and fourths with there team I got no where and they wouldn't back off the charge saying it was in the contract. They then and without my approval charged my card the $1900 the next day.

The service here sucks. Don't make the mistake I did. There are other options and I suggest to explore those instead of UIA.
