I am an Occupational Therapist and former OT manager at RiteStep. My experience there was very positive. I saw patients from several different diagnosis and demographics, and loved every minute of being able to treat them in their homes, where OT had the greatest impact on their quality of daily life.

This company is a H1 B trap for home health. Horrible management, no benefits. They expect you to spend from your pocket for their business.
Beware of the contract, most of it is lie. Once you are on H1 B, you don't have a choice...whatever they offer you will have stick with them. TRAP TRAP TRAP....I don't understand how they are getting H1 B approvals!!

The owners of this business (Shafali and her husband) are VERY shady, underhanded and I would be extremely cautious with doing business with them in any capacity as I have learned. If they don t get their way they will ostracize you in a heartbeat and they only care about one thing...money. Do not be fooled by them in any manner.
Nicoletta, don t bother replying with your usual propaganda because it s just words that are not true. Do yourself a favor and go work for someone that truly respects your talents.

You want quality caring professional service staff than you should contact Ritestep Rehab. The owner and his staff are such wonderful caring individuals I've had the pleasure of working with.

All I can say is avoid, avoid and avoid this place. Very dishonest owners that put their own interests ahead of those of their own people and clients!
