Traded my VW in for a Subaru. Bought a new VW and it was a lemon. Numerous issues for three years, will never buy another VW.
When trying to repair my VW under warranty, this location called me back two months after I called for repair, stating they now have a courtesy vehicle.

My VW was traded because of poor quality of a new vehicle and poor overall VW customer service. What a relief to no longer own an oil leaking lemon, or have to deal with horrible customer service, from corporate all the way down to service.

I purchased 2014 CC for my wife. It is my wife's first car. The experience was beyond my expectation! All of the people at the dealer treated me kindly with smile through out the whole process. They worked really hard to get us a loan. Especially, the sales consultant, Mr. Paviovich and sales manager, Mr. Steve! I really appreciate all your efforts! I never had this kind of experience before at the car dealer. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone!

I sat with my girlfriend with the finance manager. We agreed on everything so I left to sit with my son. After the car was in an totaled in an accident, I find out the finance manager talked my gf into $3000 of contracts. Sleazy, Sleazy, Sleazy. Good news, the contracts were refunded because of the accident. Today we get a check in the that was dated 2/13/2017 and posted marked 7/17/2017, 5 months later. It appears this dealership is having major cash flow problems for them to hold a check for 5 months.

Once again, Tom and the exceptional service department staff deliver more than I expected. This is a very conscientious and considerate group.

I drive 20 miles each way to have Tynans service our vehicles. They are worth every irritating moment in rush hour traffic.
Thanks again for a great job!

Andrew Miller very helpful and Awesome salesperson/friend did above and beyond with his sales approach. Couldn't be happier. Everyone at Tynan's are Wonderful. This is my 3rd Beetle from these folks. Thank You again for all your help.

Received great service, did not have an appointment but they were able to fit me anyhow. Great customer service, and the agents kept checking in to let me know the progress, shout out to Brian.

I bought a used car at the vw dealership and it was a great experience! Everyone we talked to was helpful and welcoming, and our salesman Stephen did a great job helping me find the right car.

First time at this dealer. Bandon helped me out with a recall, they did the service as fast as they can especially it being just a recall. Got some good advice on what might need to be fixed right away vs what can be put away for a little when while. Don't give five stars as they are not big on amenities when it comes to a service station handled by a dealer.

The service was exceptional, and Benny Hernandez did a wonderful job communicating the services recommended, was respectful when we communicated in-person and via phone, and didn't pressure me further when I declined some of the recommended services (this aspect is most important to me, and the primary reason I continue to return to Tynan's, it's great to see the consistency in all employees I've worked with.

Benny also showed interest in my personal business (mobile car detailing/washing) and asked a follow up question when I returned. This shows me he has a general interest in his customers, and made me feel welcome.

This most recent service experience certainly fortifies my loyalty to Tynan's, as I've had nothing but top-notch service from the very first time I walked in, to the wonderful time I had when I purchased my Passat TDI from Matt Shopes, and from how satisfied I am with the quality of the pre-owned vehicle that I purchased. I've put over 25,000 miles on my car since purchasing it about 8 months ago (over 3k miles/month).

The only thing keeping me from a 5-star rating is the cost of some of the services/parts, and this in no way reflects the customer service that I received, that was 5 stars all around. No other complaints were present, to any degree.

Thanks Tynan's and specifically Benny for the superior customer service.

I came in to the dealership not knowing what to expect. I was greeted with a gentle smile, he called himself Matthew Moody the 3rd. He was a very polite young gentleman and showed me new things about the vehicle that I have never learned before...things that no one has taught me before...It was astonishing to see his product knowledge which he new everything about...inside & out... I couldn't be happier with my new car purchase. Thanks you Matthew Moody the 3rd and thank you Mr. Texas of 1971 for making the deal happen!

"BUYERS BE AWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE / LEASE FROM THIS DEALER" do not fall for their schemes they do not tell you the true price for your vehicle one they have everything from you and agree on a price they try to push to get more money. They raised my payment by $50-$60 dollars after agreeing and signing contract.

Haven't had the best experience with service, unfortunately. While I have an older passat that had to be towed in, the tow truck driver knew how to handle my car's situation better than the VW mechanics. The quote came in too high, so I told them that I was just going to have the car towed somewhere else. I paid the diagnostic fee and when I went to get my car, they not only left my key in the ignition overnight, the mechanics left my center console and the front part of my car disassembled. When I asked them to put it back together, the mechanic came out, never looked at or said a word to me. I'm getting rid of my Volkswagen (that's another story), but if I still had it, I wouldn't return to this location. I dont recommend it. You honestly will find much better/affordable service at Midas.

I absolutely recommend Tynan's Volkswagen. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and I've had nothing but great care and positive outcomes. I recently had to have a tire replaced on my car and Tynan's got me in quickly and out quickly. The employees at Tynan's are respectful of their customers needs and are always ready to help. Thank you!!!

I never thought buying a car could be so easy, and painless. I worked with Keith Williams and he was amazing. He was a man of his word, I didn't have to negotiate, he gave me the very best price upfront. I shopped a dozen other volkswagon dealers and this, by far, is the best. Call and ask for Keith, you won't regret it!

So my review is based on my experience there after purchasing my vehicle from them.

I took my car in for its scheduled maintenance at 60K miles. They charged me @ $325 for the factory suggested maintenance. When I got the car back I noticed they didn t fill the washer fluid. This made me question if they did anything other than change the oil. The manager claims that all the other included services offered for the charge were performed and the fluid was an oversight. They tried remedying the situation by offering to recheck everything again for free, but due to my work schedule and their hours of operation not always lining up properly I have been unable to bring it back in.

Recently, I had an issue while driving on the highway. The turbo/transmission started acting up and I took the vehicle to the closer VW dealership. Upon inspection they found the filters that Tynans claims to have replaced as a part of the $325 service package were never actually replaced. They were dirtier than dirty.

This has left me with an overall sour taste in my mouth for Tynans. I like the car I m in, and the salesman was friendly, but everything else has been an issue. There is now multiple maintenance items their tech didn t perform. No washer fluid. Filters weren t replaced. Sunroof wasn t lubricated. What else was missed? Did they check my brake and transmission fluids? Did they check anything other than the oil?

I have everything, good job, good salary and more ...

I have everything, good job, good salary and more smart with money. What I didn't have was a good credit score because of bad decisions in the past. The manager and salesman put me in route to regain my credit power with an amazing deal that fitted my needs.

4 months now after, I'm seeing the results. My next car will be from this place.

I had a 2001 VW Beetle Turbo that I had to have towed to their shop. It needed some serious work. I had been through hell and back with the purchase of this car through another dealer and I was worried that it was going to cost too much to be fixed for what the car was really worth. Turns out I was right. I still owed money on this car and I didn't want to pay for a car that couldn't be driven. I was so scared about purchasing another car especially since buying this other car was a nightmare and I was taken for a lot more money than should have been paid. I didn't know how I was going to get out from under it. Matthew Moody was FABULOUS about the whole ordeal! He went over the numbers and how leasing was different than buying. I had never leased a car because of the nightmares I had heard. Steve Stearns was great at working with me to come up with a monthly payment that didn't scare me and Matt and Sean Tynan chatted with me for a few moments and even gave my boys some VW hats! I ended up leasing a brand new 2014 VW Beetle that had 23 miles on it! They let me drive it off the showroom floor! It was the BEST experience I had ever had! I will DEFINITELY send my family and friends to see them for their next vehicles!

Nice cars, but that's about it... Their garage is lacking in quality people.... It took me four hours to get my tire fixed since they couldn't find the tire in the trunk of my car... Sad thing is I'm not joking...

Earlier this week me and my mom decided to go look at new car and Andrew miller was there right when we walked in. I told him what I was thinking about and quickly knew what exactly I wanted. The first car he showed me I fell in love with and I could tell he was as excited as I was. It was a amazing experience getting my first new car and I will definitely be returning! Andrew really made the whole experience special. Definitely recommend.

I am always very pleased with the service department. They make me feel welcome and I never feel pressured into any services I don't want or need. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. They always take an interest in my needs. I can honestly say I am happy to be a VW car owner!. Keep up the outstanding service Tyan's Volkswagen.

After going in to simply get four new tires I came out with two broken hub caps and had to be taken back in a third time because of a new ticking noise from one of the new wheels. Turns out they put the weights in the wrong way so it would hit the rotors. It s very disappointing service. They had to of known the hub caps were broken because they had to of thrown out the rest of the hub cap when they put it back on. Also they knew something was wrong with the ticking noise coming from the tire prior to me getting in the car due to the fact it was making the noise from simply pulling out of the parking spot. Poor service. I ll definitely be taking my Jetta to a different dealer next time.

Had the service department replace the vacuum pump, brake pads, and rear seals. Two days after picking it up, the ' check engine ' light came on. Took it back to them and they discovered that a hose had come off. They fixed it free of charge but I had to wait 1.5 hours to get it fixed. It's so hard to find good help these days :-)

I went here to look at a used car with financing in hand. The car I was looking at, was severely overpriced, KBB had it valued at about 2.5k less, and that wasn't even taking into consideration about 1k in things that it needed done.

Test drove it, said I wanted the car at what KBB valued it at and that I had financing. That's when the lies started. I was told that the financing I had was bad, and that they could get me a better deal, and that the lender(Capital One) required a ton of money down, which astonished me as Capital One never mentioned that.

After spending 5 hours at the dealership, I was showed a cryptic piece of paper where the numbers made no sense. I was told they were giving me the car at the price I wanted, but it didn't add up. I asked what amount I was actually financing and found out that they were tacking on a mandatory warranty that Capital One required.

I called Capital One, and find out that, A)There is no down payment required and B)The warranty isn't required to be carried.

Do yourself a favor, buy a car somewhere else.

Honestly scam place. Do not do business with them because what they say and sell do not actually represent real things. Sales people are absolute 100% scammers. Will lie to you about everything just to sell their defective or purely fixed cars. Be aware they are the most dishonest place I ever been.

5 stars is not enough to describe Tynan's Volkwage...

5 stars is not enough to describe Tynan's Volkwagen. I have used other dealers before that didn't care who I was or what I needed. When we bought our first car from Tynan's I was shocked at the amazing service and the amazing employees; as small as this sounds it blew my mind that they wash your car and fill it up before you leave the lot. That is the reason we went back when we needed to clear out our garage and narrow down to only two car payments. We were in a tight spot and Tynan's did everything they could to take care of us. When we went back the second time the sales man (Keith) knew us by name and remember exactly which car we had bought from him the first time. At the other dealerships they couldn't remember who we were two weeks after buying our car. Needless to say I can't say enough good things about Tynan's Volkswagen.

I have had issues the past few times that I have been here with getting work done in a timely basis. The last time I brought my car in was for recall work, and it was at least four hours after the original promised time that I heard back. This time, I made an appointment, but when I showed up, I was told that there were three vehicles ahead of me and that the oil change would take up to two hours. The people are friendly, but it's clear that the process in place does not work efficiently.

I only asked for an oil change and I would be back...

I only asked for an oil change and I would be back in a couple of thousand miles for a complete service check. They did the complete service check making me wait longer than I wanted too. Of course I had to pay for the complete service check, which I am sure was more than a simple oil change.

Your service is always good but you don't always follow instructions.

I purchased two vehicles from them on the same day...

I purchased two vehicles from them on the same day, almost a year ago. A Touareg TDI and a Golf TDI. I just went to change my oil today in the Golf, finally hit 10,000 miles for the oil change interval, and I dropped the oil to find disturbing circumstances. The oil appears to have been diluted with fuel. And the oil filter was not changed when the dealer changed all filters before the sale. I ve had 7 different VW TDI vehicles. I strictly purchase VW filters. The oil filter I pulled out definitely was not VW, and was about to collapse on itself. My guess is, it had been in for 20,000 miles. I m seriously worried about the damage that has been done to my engine.

During purchase, we were left in the upstairs lobby for HOURS with our crying 1 year old. His patience had been depleted and the loan manager knew this. We were the very last people to leave the dealership that night. With forced service plans sold to us under the impression that was told to us, we would only get a certain interest rate if we purchased the service plans and extended warranty. We got the money back on the extra warranty/ service plans, so I thought I d leave them alone. But now encountering this blatant lie of service performed by the dealership, I cannot let this go. If you re looking for a fun to drive car, by all means, purchase a VW. They have been fantastic to me. But DO NOT purchase from this dealership. I wish I could post pictures of this oil filter I just pulled out. They should be ashamed of themselves. I tagged them on Instagram @tynans_vw if you care to visit my page and look for yourself.

Terrible purchase experience, terrible service department.

Everyone was extremely helpful and the customer service, sales experience and finance experience was easily a 5 star process. Like any car purchase time is what you give and the time was a bit longer than normal, however do not let this take away from you considering them for a new it used car. They won my business and I enjoyed working with everyone there including talking with the employees that were not even a part of my process. Kudos.

Awesome experience! We were first time car buyers and ended up with a VW Tiguan we absolutely love. We worked with Andrew who knew SO much about the cars he was selling and was extremely helpful. We spent a bit of time shopping around and this was by far the best deal and experience we came across. Highly recommend.

Would not recommend going here for any type of service. We went here for an oil change and had to go back because the car leaked a half quart of oil on the garage floor. To make it right they offered the next oil change for free. That should be the end of the story. It's not. Recently went back for the next oil change and no leaks this time. Opened the hood two days later to find that they never put the air box back together after checking the filter and we've been driving dirt roads in the mountains all weekend. Anybody think they'll foot the bill if all that dust and dirt burns up the turbo or the engine? I have very little faith they'll take care of it.

I was assisted by Andrew of Tynan's Volkswagen. He was a great help, super knowledgable on the car i was interested in. Andrew knew all his facts, and every little aspect on the specific car i was looking at. He could probably tell me the thread count on the seats. If your in the area and looking for a VW, stop in and ask for my man Andrew!

Jim is very nice, Mario sold us a great car, but Chris was rude when we discovered title paperwork was filled out incorrectly. We have been back and forth MANY TIMES with the DMV (and had to go there TWICE in addition to BACK TO AURORA to get a new temp plate) because the clerk/whoever is INCAPABLE of putting the correct address on paperwork.

I am so frustrated by this waste of time due to failure to pay attention to detail. We currently do not have our title or plates an we purchased the car 3 months ago. I am on the phone now, making my 8th (!!!!) phone call with the issue unresolved.

I know this is a business and thus they need to be...

I know this is a business and thus they need to be profitable, however this shouldn't be done at the expense of the customers. I purchased a used VW car from a third party that passed all tests required by law to be on the road. Knowing the bare minimum was not enough, I took my car here for a basic diagnosis along with their opinion on things I should immediately fix. They did this and suggested a ridiculous number of fixes, which was fine because I asked for this. I then narrowed down the "repairs" to what I thought were necessary but the final bill was North of a few grand which sucked but was expected. After taking my car out, a few weeks later my steering wheels were locked up with the error code "steering column defective," something i guess their initial diagnosis did not detect. I then towed my car to them as I was still foolishly under the impression that having dealers fix cars was the best thing. After telling them exactly what the problem was, along with the error code being displayed by the car, they performed another "diagnosis" without my knowledge just to print me a list of recommended fixes they had already diagnosed a few weeks ago (Each diagnosis is charged to your bill). They then arrived at the conclusion that I needed my steering column replaced, the service I already asked for as soon as I walked through the door. After this expensive fix, a week later while at my college in Golden, the same error of "steering column defective" reappears and puts my car in a no start condition. Now I was just frustrated because not only was I already charged for this to be fixed, I was now over 20 miles away from Tynan's which made for a very expensive towing bill. To make matters worse they charged me for another expensive diagnosis along with another charge to fix the same problem they had claimed to fix about a week before. Their explanation was that there were 2 columns and that I needed to replace this "second" column as well. I was shocked as not only did I think their service would be under a warranty of at least 1 week, I still couldn't figure out how this problem was not detected in the numerous times they charged me for a diagnosis, especially during the session in which they supposedly replaced the first column. I then payed my bill and left their lot just to discover that my car no longer responded to unlocking or locking through the remote, something that was not a problem when I took the car to them. The worst part is the fact that nobody felt the need to tell me this problem had arisen during their repairs. I then drove back to them to complain about the remote no longer working for any purposes but for starting the car. They then admitted that, after their services, my car stopped responding to my remote, that I'd need to order another remote through them which would be ordered from Germany for a few hundred bucks. Feeling I had not choice, I then payed for this order which took a few days. Upon arriving to pick up my car, they gave me my old remote along with the new one and stated that they weren't sure what happened but my old remote was working again. This annoyed me as they did not offer to take back the new remote that they had convinced me I needed for a refund. So if you've read the above, then you may have arrived at the conclusion that my experience with Tynan's Volkswagen has not been great. I now have the feeling that problems arrive with my car when I take it here. I do not plan on ever going back here and will never purchase another VW car once it's time to get a new one because I cannot tell if the issue lies with this place or the manufacturer.

Went in for an appointment I made online for an oil change and was told they dont do appointments for that. On top of that, I had ordered a coupon with my appointment online, but they wanted to charge me more than it shouldve been. I ended up just leaving because they didnt want to honor anything theyd made available online. Needless to say, it was horrible service, but finding an honorable mechanic is hard, but these guys arent one.

I went in and they were rude and unwilling to help, Andrew came over asked me where I stood in terms financially and then turned around and got me less then what was quoted.... Once in a life time but thank you Andrew Miller.

I went in here July 11th, to check out a 2017 white Jetta. I was prepared to comeback the following morning and put 10k down, until the women showing me the car asked me are you worried about making payments on this car. Maybe it s because I m young or maybe because I wasn t dressed professionally but I feel absolutely offended. If I couldn t afford the car why would I waste my time looking at it. Tynans has lost my business and I ll take my money elsewhere.

I was told by a staff member that I would be able to rent a key to unlock my VW rims so long as I left a $200 deposit. I needed this key in order to change a flat tire and have new tires installed on the vehicle by Discount Tire.

When I arrived at the dealership to use the part I was told they did no such thing even though the day before I was told otherwise.

I then asked if they would price match with Discount Tires(DT), who quoted me $198 to place two new tires on the vehicle, they said they did not price March with DT and the best price they could offer me was $378.

I then called Larry Miller VW who agreed to lend me the tool ($200) and offered me a much better deal.

Not impressed with their service nor their eagerness to help VW customers. If you re looking to lease/buy do yourself a favor and got to Larry H Miller VW.

While one of my clients was at another dealership getting rude aggressive sales treatment, i called Tynan VW and even with late hours, sales mgr Bill answered and very professionally offered to help her in the morning, and if he wasn't available, Matt would be happy to assist her. Other than being young, she had the money AND was even preapproved. Shame on the "OTHER" dealer. Customer service is a great value. Thank you Bill and Tynan VW once again!

I purchased a car with my wife from Matthew. He was phenomenal to work with and made the experience incredibly stress-free. I had purchased a vehicle from the Nissan side years ago and had a great experience but this was even better. I would highly recommend using Matthew. He was genuine and really helped us out.

We purchased a new Passat with cash. It was an in-and-out deal which took 12 hours to complete due to lack of inventory and motivation on behalf of the sales staff. After the sale the communication came to a halt. Any questions or concerns were shuffled under the rug and we never, not once heard back on the multitude of calls we placed about the title; which we still have not received after 8 weeks.

The place deceived their way out of another sale. ...

The place deceived their way out of another sale. I had leased two vehicles from this dealer in January. I had gotten 2, 2019 Jettas. I have stellar credit and I was going to put down $5,000 to pay all the beginning payments as Tynans was promoting a sign and drive event. Zero due at signing and 0% financing. Of course I didn't get either in real life even with great credit. I went in to get my first inspection / oil changed I was told would be complementary. And very specifically oil change I was told would be free for the first one only. I went in to get that free oil change on one of my vehicles. They brushed me off and did not even do the inspection. No joke I needed another car and was going to get today but because of their lies I'm keeping my $8,000. They would have gotten themselves another sale today but their greed keeping them from keeping their promise has prevented them from making another deal.

Top Notch customer service while buying my new VW Golf Alltrack. They had the exact car I wanted in stock and it had never been test driven. My online inquiry was answered within 10 minutes of submission. When I arrived for my appointment, there was a sales person ready to great me - Taylor. He did a great job in describing all the features of the car and during the sales process. My only negative comment is that he had another customer there at the same time, and it interfered with our process (took longer, his attention was split, etc). He is a nice guy though. I waited about an hour for the finance guy to finish his paperwork, before getting my very detailed final car tour with Tynan. Tynan's attention to my experience was what really made this review 5 stars. He owns the dealership and he is the real deal. I would buy from him again.

Fantastic and painless experience. Went to trade in my VW Passat SE for
an SUV VW Tiguan SE and Robert Cruz was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to give me a price in less than 30 min!
Jim Tynan was amazing and took the time to go over every single part of the vehicle so that I was able to drive away confident and happy!
The rest of the team who assisted with the leasing process (Mario, Chris)
were all exceptional as well. I would highly recommend Tynan's for your auto needs.

Worked with Miles M at this location. Super patient and helpful. Took a while to find the right vehicle for my wife but Miles was there the whole way. We wound up working out a deal on a Nissan next door also Tynan and wrapped up the deal. Highly recommend Miles and Matt at a Tynan Volkswagen!!!!!

I did my homework. I was prepared to by a new car today. I was interested in a Jetta Rline. Drove to Tynans on Havana, after walking the entire lot for 25 minutes without a hello, may I help you I decided to go into the showroom. Walked in watched many people doing there thing. Outside sales people to involved with their phones. Again no hello, can I help you. Long story short, I left. Tynans you lost a sale today and a customer for life.

Terrible experience. Late at night, in the cold, dark of winter and after not being able to give us any info INSIDE, the guy took us on a stroll OUTSIDE and couldn't find the cars. When he finally got the general area, they were packed in so close together, after walking through the lot, across the street and through another lot (seriously it was like, 8 outside, wind blowing, dark) we couldn't get in one and had to look through the windows. Yes, in the dark. He didn't have keys.... Seriously, was he the janitor?! Won't EVER go there again. We bought a Honda.

Called and got Nate. Told him I wanted the transmission fluid checked on my Isuzu. I asked how much and he said $125. I said "you want $125 to check the transmission fluid?" He said ya it's a diagnosis... That's all I heard before I hung up on him.

Brought my 2013 passat( approx 75,000 miles) to Tynans for an engine light that came on at the time of putting gas into my car. Originally I could not even get the gas cap off as it was suctioned on so tight because of the outside temperature. So when i dropped my car in the evening I specifically wrote to check the gas cap. Next morning I wake up to a text that my vehicle is complete and a report of the findings. Apparently 12 key turns ago my vehicles " brain" has decided that the throttle body is not corresponding to the throttle pedal. Can be fixed for 789.18. Also 12 key turns ago electrical portion of ignition cylinder has an internal short circuit. Can be fixed for 394.07. Had an oil change less than 2 months ago and now i need an additive because today they decided the time and mileage is a factor. Not at the time of the actual oil change. So I call Jeremy and his only response when i start to ask questions is that he is sorry I received bad news about my car. Please keep in mind nothing AT ALL was ever mentioned about my gas cap until I asked Jeremy who said nothing wrong with it. Really I cant get the darn thing off sonetimes to put gas in It! Apparently that is not a problem though! Ugh. So I call my valued larry h miller vw which was too far to drive to seeing as how my engine light was on...ask them some questions about these findings. They ask me if tynans cleared the errors, took my car out for a test drive and rediagnosed....so I call Jeremy back ask if they did. He replies no. So I say is that an option? He starts some song and dance about we can...BUT.....we only drive it 4 miles because we are busy and time constraints and that the techs time costs money! Hello Jeremy your asking for over $1000 of my hard earned money so all of that is not my problem as THE CUSTOMER. See what he is missing is that i am paying for services Jeremy not for your opinion! He was very short with me, talked over me several times and had the most generic answers. All and all...im making the hike to larry h miller where I will receive answers and probably even buy a new car rather than fixing this one! Sorry for your loss tynans vw....you can thank Jeremy for that as i am sure he is an asset to your company. I wouldn't recommend tynans be to my enemy....you guys are thieves! I could pay for these repairs as i was prepared to do so because nothing I need is ever cheap, but with the response I got from Jeremy I have a gut feeling that i was being taken for a fool!

Christopher was awesome! He was the complete opposite of what we expected a car salesman to be like and that was one of the main reasons we stayed and bought the car. We appreciated his easy going, friendly, and honest attitude. We absolutely love our new Alltrack! Thank you, Christopher!

I couldn't be happier with my new Passat or the service I received. Jackie was awesome. She had the car I wanted ready to test drive when I got there and the whole deal took about 2 hours.

Service was relatively quick, and I think that they were honest with me about what needed to be repaired. They worked with me to get the repair done quickly, and the cost of the repair was less than quoted. The staff was courteous, the dealership was comfortable and clean, and they even washed my car before they gave it back to me. I am new to Colorado, but this will be my new VW service center.

Having purchased many cars in many different states, I can say this experience was not the best. While the sales staff was nice, each part of the dealership is severely segregated and lacking the fluidity you d expect of a brand which was just so recently tarnished by the diesel scandal.

We started with a salesman who knew a lot about the Atlas we were looking at. When we got the numbers, we were very satisfied. Those numbers seemed to change a lot by the time the deal was signed, and not in our favor. Nevertheless, we signed and went on our way with the new car.

Not even a week later, it had a major malfunction. The service department was excruciatingly rude and unhelpful. They actually asked me to come pick my car up because of a conflict between their fix hotline and Volkswagen of America. Somehow, I got dragged through the mud and ended up picking up a broken car.

When Jim Tynan followed up about the purchase, he was completely aloof to the situation. Upon researching the situation, his response was so nonchalant that I was essentially speechless. Only once I completed my VW survey online did he try to call back and resolve the problem.

Avoid this dealership and go to Emich instead. My experience with them has been substantially better so far.

Today I went to tynans Volkswagen very happy because I was a return customer and was planning on buying a SUV. I was being assisted by Matthew one of the managers there since the sales person I was dealing with over the phone and in person wasn't there , and let me tell you he has honestly given me the worst service ever (Matthew) he looked into my credit and told me "our chances were low but that he could try running the deal with ONE bank and he would have it approved so he did and minutes later he came back and said the deal has been approved I was really happy ! I had to step out the dealer ship to go home down the street to get some paper work that the bank had asked for and as I'm leaving driving home i have gotten a notification from my credit app notifying me that my credit was looked and pulled from 12 different banks ! and immediately I got upset so I head back to the dealer ship and asked Matthew why was my credit pulled from 12 different banks and he smirked and said because we still haven't gotten an approval ? at this point I'm extremely mad and told him I want to leave everything as is I no longer want to continue with the deal to please give me all my information back (pay-stubs) and he refused to give me back my personal information and said we have an offer pending and I said I no longer i want to continue with the purchase of the car and he along with the sales lady in front of me smiled and Matthew said ok but I can't not give you back your personal information because it has to stay here in the dealer ship for up to 6 months .. I left very upset super disappointed and humiliated . I won't recommend this dealer ship to no one ever again because I wouldn't want for some one else to have the same exper like I did .

I bought a new Beetle Convertible from Tynan's and it was the best buying experience I have ever had. I recently took it in for a recheck and everyone from the sales team, parts and accessories and service department could not have been more service oriented. I highly recommend Tynan's. I love my Beetle!!! Thank you Tynan's

We specifically called and asked if the car we were looking at had hail damage as we were going to travel 2 hours to come and see it. We were assured by two people the car did not have hail damage. When we arrived hail damage was readily visible. Once seen, I stepped back and it was visible from 10 feet away, just not visible in the online photos. Disappointing experience.
