I cannot gush enough about Tynan's. I have been a customer since 2013 when I leased a new Jetta from them. The sales team is wonderful, but it's the service department that always makes my day. Today I went in for a repair (factory recall) and not only did the work take half the estimated time they told me, they also did a multi-point inspection, topped off all my fluids, washed my car, cleaned my mats, and printed out an estimate for follow up work that needs to be done (but did not pressure me to get it done right at that moment). No charge. They are so professional and so friendly that I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else for maintenance/repairs, or buying a car from anyone else!! Thanks, guys :)

As a first-time car buyer, working with Victor and Ian at Tynan's was an awesome experience. They spent about 7 hours total walking me through every detail of buying and leasing a car (it only took so long because of how many questions I had and how closely I wanted to scrutinize the numbers). They spent almost a full work day making sure I got myself into the best situation possible and I can't say enough how much I appreciate it. Great service and great car! I normally absolutely hate to go into the show room and do the whole negotiating the deal thing. But, Larry and Jim at Tynan's VW really took care of me and I was not there all day. It was pleasant and I was not put into a closing room where you are beaten up over your trade in. I like the Tynan's dealership and would recommend it to others.

Jessup PFeifer helped me in the Express Service along with Betsy Nobles for the replacement of a new battery and they were really helpful and they had the tech's check out my car and found I needed to have my air filters for the engine and inside air changed and showed me the filter. They also checked my air pressure for the tires and then another member checked to make sure my blue tooth was connected correctly. I feel like everyone takes pride in their jobs and wants to make sure the customer is satisfied, which I truly am.

VIN : 3VW4S7AJ8FM277302. This is a Volkswagen Jetta GLI 2015. I originally bought this car a year and 9 months ago for $21,000 with 2 year warranty. I traded it in for a different car for $11,000. If anyone is buying that car just be careful, on Kelly blue books it's only worth around $10,500 not even close to $17,500. Just helping you people out.
My family has been buying or leasing cars from Tynan's for over 20 years. in that time we have leased 7 or more cars. we certainly don't come back because it is close to the house, we come back for the excellent service and respect we have gotten from Jim Tynan and his very knowledgeable, friendly and first class staff. plus we know there is no reason to drive around town comparing prices because we know we are getting the best deal possible. I just helped my 84 year old mother lease a 2014 Tiguan and they did everything they could to make her feel at home, including making sure she had a comfortable chair and something to eat or drink. things went so well the salesmen Scott Jacobson went out to lunch with us while they prepared our new car. we invited Jim Tynan but he was to busy to leave the dealership. My wife and I bought a Passat from Keith Peer at Tynan's VW. We had an exceptional buying experience and wonderful customer service. Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. We had to take the car in for service for a couple of issues 3 weeks after we bought the car. The staff bent over backwards to take care of us and fix the car. If you are buying a car, ask for Keith. No games. He gave us everything we asked for in the way of information and treated us with respect. If you go in and ask for Keith, I'm sure my information is in their system. Have Keith call me and I will personally talk to you about the experience we have had. I know they have a referral program but I don't even care. I feel strongly about the Tynan's, the experience we had and our sales person.

I brought in my beetle. It needed brakes. Service was excellent! Tech found another problem and knowing that I couldn't afford to have it fixed until April was honest with me and told me it would be o.k. to wait until April. It's a wonderful experience when you find a tech you know you can trust to keep your car operating smoothly and also a tech that knows his customers well.

Eh.... its really a hit or miss... iv been here a few times for parts and recalls.. the first time it was cool they got me in and out but told me my tires were about to pop because they had no tread... they had plenty with only 10k miles on them... i got the inspection just ignore that.... parts.. well good luck. I dont know maybe its just car dealers. Sometimes parts are cheaper here than amazon so give it shot.. good luck

stay clear of this place sales and service we bought are car from another dealer great experience this was the closest service center for said car the shop always had an excuse for the issues rarely had a fix under warranty in fact we found out that things we had brought it in for had not been documented into service records when brought to another VW shop three tires later and a sunroof that would not close at 21k on the ODO we sought out another dealer who told us these guys are clowns and gave us six month warranty extension at there cost after they correct tynans problems. so lets talk about the sales one owner is a lair fact i caught him in one a friend was looking at a car which he said his wife had owned since day one X3 BMW when i asked why the rear quarter had been painted he said it had never been wrecked or painted i had no idea what i was talking about once i pointed the tape line in the jam dirt in the paint and incorrect molding he said well maybe she never told me about and stomped off like a child caught in a lie. we also had are own sale experience here hows your credit down payment yada yada can we just see the car are you sure you can afford it oh that one we don't own that one but if your still paying cash here is something less don't leave. McDonald Volkswagen might not beat there price but worth it
They won't give pre scheduled maintenance and lie about their calculations. Make sure you use a loan calculator if they say they are giving you a certain rate. They act like they care but they honestly are trying to trick you to make as much money as possible, more than other snakey dealerships. Btw don't ever deal with Hayes burton.

Ever wonder why their vehicles sit on the lot so long? What could have been, what should have been...just wasn't. After several communication emails to Tynan's Internet team prior to my visit, I decided to stop by today. The person I was working with from the emails forwarded all of my information into the system so it was easily available to staff. Once test drives had commenced and a decision was made, I applied for the actual financing for leasing the vehicle of my interest. Not only did the number come back absolutely obscene from the advertised "Sign and drive" numbers, they also failed to look into all of my emails beforehand to get a general feel of what I needed. My hard credit pull could have been avoided all together knowing that they weren't going to meet the price point I needed monthly. I have "B" credit which is fantastic but they treated me like I barely qualified with the numbers they presented. The dealership advertises these crazy good deals, well what should one know when something is good to be true? IT IS... very disappointed and the only good thing I can say about the place is the salesman Preston was very nice. He tried to "help me out" but I was too upset to continue. I will not be returning back to Tynan's VW due to false advertisement and now pulling my credit when it was unnecessary.
A warranty issue was handled promptly. Tom Tran was professional and understanding. We have 2 Jettas from Tynan s and won t go anywhere else.
Tynan's Volkswagen Aurora always has my business. First of all they scheduled me for an appointment on a holiday weekend I am impressed. My car was in service for five hours total not bad at all. Tynan's had the part in. Secondly Xsavier Shawvanzandt was awesome as my tech today he showed great customer service and was very friendly. Finally I would like to compliment Dan the Shuttle driver. He is a fine gentleman. He is safe driver and is very welcoming and friendly to his riders. Homerun again Tynan's I am very pleased with you. Keep up the excellent service! See you next time.

I found the salesman condescending. He asked no questions, didn't even seem interested in a sale. I've never treated like this at a dealership. I also called twice today to ask about inventory and both times got sent to voicemail. Unprofessional.
I leased a new 2019 Jetta SEL Premium from Tynan's VW. I decided to go to Tynan's VW because it is close to our new home. I was not sure what to expect, but WOW! I am very impressed with their professionalism, customer service, and hospitality. From my sales representative to Jim Tynan, Drew, and John, they were all fantastic. If this continues I am confident that Tynan's will be my dealership for life. They have gone "above and beyond" to make my leasing experience a positive one. My compliments to everyone. I would highly recommend Tynan's to anyone looking for a new car, especially a VW.

So, let me start my review by saying several family members have bought cars from Tynan's not the VW side but the Nissan. They were happy hence why we went there for our car. To start we came into the dealership saying don't come out with a outrageous financing option. (Which they did! Should have known right then and there not to buy from them!!) Anyway we buy a car from them and everything is ok for a month or so! Then my husband takes the car up skiing he in snow and freezing conditions and the tries the windshield wiper fluid ITS FILLED WITH WATER AND FREEZES OVER HIS WINDSHIELD! He is on I70 and has to pull over to try to scrape the layer off. We immediately call Tynan's say hey WHAT THE HELL! They tell us it was a fleet car from Florida and they had no idea! Needless to say they had to replace the tank because it cracked. Then the parking brake starts to fail for no reason I take it in the cannot reproduce it! I tell them it happens often. They say I am sorry there is nothing we can do to help you unless we can reproduce it. Ok fine I say. Then my husband is driving the car and the seat starts to fall back. It won't go back up! We take it in they fix the motor in the drivers seat. (That was May of 2012.) Just two weeks ago I was driving on C470 and the seat started to lean back. Well it was 5:15am and I had no where to stop and that point. The seat ended up full reclining as I drove to work. I call them they say oh I am sorry but your out of warranty. I said no the vehicle is supposed to be covered until 70,000 miles( Which it does not have!) They said no only 24,000 miles or 1 year. I said that is ridiculous. The seat is in the car all you do is sit in it. They said we can look at it for $125.00 bucks! I said forget get that ( a different word was used!) Pulled up my paperwork they only covered the vehicle to the the factory warranty. NOT THE ONE THE TOLD AT SIGNING OR IN THE PAPERWORK!! I called to speak to the dept. responsible for the warranty and have YET TO HEAR BACK!!! I am driving 100 miles round trip to work with no chair. THEY WONT HELP AND THEY ONLY WANT TO OFFER TO GET ME IN A NEW VW!!! This place is a JOKE AND RIP OFF! These types of cars do not retain their value and unless you get a great deal you will end up upside down on your loan! (Even if you pay extra each month towards the principal like I do!! ) Overall I am disgusted with the treatment and with all these issues hence the horrible rating!!
I had been to a few other dealerships, and was shown cars that were not even close to what I wanted, or expected for the price they were asking. When I went to Tynan's, the experience was just what you want the car buying experience to be. The sales staff and management were extremely friendly and very honest. They were able to get me a car that was within my budget, but also the style and color that I wanted. My sales lady took the time to listen to what I wanted, and got me into a car that I love.

Even for car salesmen, these guys are shady. Asked them a specific yes/no question about a detail in the contract, got a definite answer which I then realized to be a lie. And it happened several in one conversation
No stars (it made me select 1). Absolutely the worst experience getting a car. Hmmm, where to start. First off we walk in with a pre-approval from RoadLoans. We pick the car. They want us to come back so they can try to get us financed with their vendors instead of RoadLoans. Whatever, so we let then try. They can't do it so they finally say we can come get the car. The salesperson has to "look" for the car. He takes me for a joy ride between their two VW locations, driving up and down the rows of cars "looking" for the car. After an hour, he gives up and says it must have been sold. So we leave again. A few days pass and they call us up and say they have everything in order and we just need to come back up and sign the paperwork. We settle on a car, sign the paperwork and drive home. We live in the Springs, so driving up to Denver 3 times has been a major pain. 2 weeks pass and they have a "mistake" on the paperwork and need us once again to drive to Denver from the Springs to sign the paperwork. So these mistakes with the paperwork occur a total of 3 times. Now it has been 2 and a half months and we get a call that they have given up trying to submit the paperwork to RoadLoans and need us to drop the car off. I call RoadLoans and they say the dealership has submitted the paperwork wrong 3 times. Tynans says they don't want to work with RoadLoans and refused to submit the paperwork again. These people are completely incompetent. What a huge waste of time. So I take the day off work to sit here and let them come pick the car up. The guy calls me, identifies the wrong address he's heading to get the car at and calls me by the wrong name. Have I mentioned how incompetent they are?? I emailed these people my address and it's all over the paperwork. Yes, the paperwork we submitted 3 TIMES.... they still can't get it right. And also remember... a Pre-Approval from RoadLoans which they can't get right either. So if you are wondering where to go to get a car, make your selection carefully. If you start getting any of these bad vibes when you are at Tynans, it won't end well for you. Avoid them and go somewhere else.
Horrible company to lease with. I leave a 2017 Jetta and when my lease was about to end I tried called to see if I could extend it and no answer. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and then the call would cut off. I ended up giving up on trying to extend the lease and turned it in. The car was in near perfect condition. I turned it in with 10,000 miles under what my lease was. I had an oil change, oil filter, air filter replaced at a shop a week before turning it in. They also did a curtesy inspection for me letting me know there was nothing wrong with the car. After I turned it in about 2 weeks later I received an invoice for the final payment. They charged me for a tire when I know the vehicle was in great condition. I have been trying to reach the end of lease department and again I am experiencing the same thing as last time. No one picks up and have been on hold for over 30 minutes. Do not lease from them. They do not care about anything other than receiving their payments and charging extra things when the lease is over no matter how well taken care of the vehicle is.
I've been coming to this dealership for several years now and the purchasing process has always been less than desirable. I just recently leased a new VW and had the pleasure of working with Chris and Andrew in sales and they made my experience extremely pleasent. If you're thinking about this dealership definitely let them help you with the process! Outstanding service.

I stopped by for an oil change without an appointment. I was told it would be an hour or a hour & half wait. I ended up getting a couple filters replaced, oil & fuel treatments, tires rotated. Brandon was great & very helpful. Couple hours later I was outta there with my car ready to go! Brandon & everybody in the service department, from the guys at the service desk, courtesy driver (twice), cashier, lot personnel, & sales staff greeted me! Great staff, great environment, great team! I appreciate the military discount as well.
Bought my second car in as many months from there - my first purchase was enjoyable enough I brought my son back as he needed a new car. Teresa in sales works hard to make sure the experience is good, Chris in finance makes the signing process quick and as painless as he can. Definitely recommend this shop.

Just got my oil change done. Forgot to reset the Service Now message, screwed up my front license plates and windshield wipers. Told me they are not responsible for the windshield wiper damage and not going to do anything about it.

We were at another dealership to buy our VW Passat and was treated very poorly so we went to Tynan's and from the moment we got out of our car we were greeted and Justin our salesman was beyond excellent. I really needed a car, but didn't have a huge budget, and the team at Tynans, especially Lirim Avdili, made sure I got exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted. There was no messing around, no games, I told them how much I wanted to spend and they worked with me till I was happy with the deal, and I walked out with a new car. The employees were all very attentive and friendly, the office was clean, and Lirim answered all of my questions directly and provided me with the necessary information about my purchase. While they were working on the paperwork I left the office, and Lirim remained a point of contact, updating me as things proceeded until it was time to pick up my vehicle. I recommend this place to anyone looking to lease or finance a Volkswagen without hesitation.

i had a delightful experience in buying a used car from a salesman named Derek. he knew exactly what car to show me and it was a perfect fit. he was patient with explaining all the details of my car. He is such a gentleman.
While I admit that I got a great price on the car we purchased, everything else has been awful since. When we got the car home, we realized that someone had a pen out while detailing it and there was a pen mark on the seat. We called the person we bought the car from and they said to bring it in and they would take care of it in ten minutes. We live 45 minutes from the dealership so this isn't an easy task with a three month old baby in tow. They tried for almost two hours to get the mark out and were unable to do so while I was caring for my crying baby. They told me they were going to have to wait for a specialist to get the pen mark out. Now my car smells like every chemical they tried to use and the pen mark isn't out.
To make matters worse, a couple days later the woman who sold me the car called and asked why I hadn't brought the car in to get the pen mark out. She told me to use a magic eraser and that it would come out. After I told her the detail shop already tried that and many other things I insisted she talk to the detail shop before talking with me anymore. When she did, I could hear the detail shop verifying everything I had just said and apparently this wasn't the first time she had done this to a customer.
Jon Tynan followed up with my husband after we wrote in to say that we didn't want to work with this woman anymore and he told me to call his cell phone directly. My husband called the number that was left many times over a week and no one ever answered. He finally called into their general sales line and left a message for Jon to call him back stating that we didn't want to work with the woman anymore. Five minutes later, the woman calls us. We could not be more frustrated with this process! So now we have a brand new car that smells like chemicals that we don't want to drive because we don't want our baby to breath all of those chemicals.
Update: Once Corona settled down, Lori called again to let me know the fabric detailer was there. I tell them I will be in at 11:30 and they say to come in. I drive almost forty minutes and ask multiple times to not work with Lori. They take the car and I wait for ninety minutes. At this point they decide to let me know that the fabric detailer isn't actually there and hasn't been at any point. So who comes out to bring me my keys to the loaner car? Lori! I don't know how many times I have asked many people to not work with her but apparently it doesn't matter what the customer wants. Wish I never would have stepped into this dealership.

I love Tynan's, however the only reason why I will give them 3 stars instead of 5 is because as we say in my line of business everything Matters... Everything.
1. Called on Friday to set an appointment on Saturday for an Oil change and was told first come first serve.. fair.
2. At what time do you open? I was told 7am.. sure enough I arrived at 6:55am... surprise on Saturdays they open at 8am.... ok lets wait and be the first one... surprise not the case....
3. Saw mechanics arriving, door being opened and I was happy I am the first person this will be easy... even thought my car was running, lights on etc... all of them pass by my side and completely ignored me ... so decided to ask if they were opened?
to my surprise the answer was NO , without eye contact, without even greeting.
4. When the door was opened there was no greeting or anything... just unlocked, turned his back and walked away. ... I guess I can come in....
5. Once inside the store the Express desk people were outstanding in every regard.
6. However I was already pretty upset about the earlier experience and there is no reason to be so cold with customers.... at the end of the day my presence there contributes to pay their salary... they should all be reminded of that.
a greeting and a welcome takes you a long way..... that is the difference between 3 stars to 5 stars.
This is my 5th Volkswagen purchase and by far the best experience I have ever had. Christoper was my salesman and he went above and beyond to make sure I got in the perfect vehicle. He did not pressure me at all, was very patient, and was able to get me a great deal on a fantastic Passat!!! He even gave me more than what I was expecting for my trade in!!! I was even introduced to John Tynan who treated me like family. Matt, in Finance, was extremely polite, did not try and up-sell me, and thoroughly explained all the paperwork. The finance process took no time at all!!! The entire experience was efficient and I felt like Christopher was more concerned about making sure I got a car that I loved versus trying to make a sale. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!!!!
I will begin stating that I have purchased over 25 cars in my lifetime, with that being said I can honestly say that I had an amazing experience with the Team at Tynan's VW. Xavier Trembly was my sales associate. He was polite, kind, understanding, and listened to my needs. I also met with Adam (unknown last name) who was also helping me with my purchase and was equally helpful. I would recommend the VW products, Xavier Trembly, and Chris Myers to any of my friends and family. I could not be happier with my purchase, my trade in, and the finance help! I REALLY appreciated every step of the way at Tynan's! Thank you all!

I came into the service area today to get touch up paint for my VW. I knew the name of the paint color and I told the gentleman at the service center desk that, then very rudely he replied that he needed the vin or he couldn't help me. This wasn't a big deal I just ran out to the parking lot and jotted it down and came back in. He then told me he had to order it and it would take a week or so, which i didn't mind. While i was paying for the paint I overheard the guy behind me in line asking the man for help buying something and he was rude to this customer too. Everyone else seemed friendly enough and helpful, it was just this one man who was being rude. I don't know if he was just having an off day or something but it just soured my whole experience.
Chris Dellinger was a joy to work with. He was patient, accommodating and very knowledgeable about the process/car.
Called to talk to a tech for a simple question, and they got me through to one! A few other VW dealerships in the area stonewalled, transferred me to voice-mails, or straight up told me I'd have to pay.

When I bought my first 2020 VW Tiguan R Line SUV. I didnt know setting up the vehicle features I would run into a problem. I called the dealership back I was transferred to the VW Service Department 9/24/20. I was scheduled to bring my car in by the most Professional, Courageous, Terrific Guy once you meet him in person Cauther!!! He was a great Listener concerned about what my vehicle needs were and reassured me he would be able to fix the problem. They had to ordered the part needed so on 10/6/20. I dropped my car off. Caruther had a loaner car ready not just any type of car. I mentioned to him my wife originally wanted to test drive a VW Passat and never got her chance but Caruther made it happened not only a test drive we kept car over night til next day. The car had full tank of gas it was first time at a dealership like I felt they really went out of their way to make sure I and all my needs were taken care of. Returning back to Caruther his Excellent Customer Service I mentioned to his Supervisor How well he took care of me and my family.If you wanted depending service you dont want to go anywhere else go See Caruther at Tynans for whatever your volkswagen needs are.

I just would like to say my experience as being a new Volkswagen Owner couldn't be more satisfied with Caruther in the Service Department. I just bought my 2020 Tiguan R line 3 weeks ago and since I had I been looking over it carefully for imperfection. Well the other day I went out to the vehicle to leave my house and notice someone had ding my New Tiguan it just wasn't anywhere it was in the body line of driver's door,when the sun reflected off the paint it showed it was becoming an eye sore even 10ft to 15 ft away you could see. I went into see Caruther he recommend Caliber Collision I took it over to Jake from Caliber he looked it over and asked me to bring it back in the morning when he had one of his Dent Specialist look it over and see what he could do with it. Got a called about 9:30am this morning 10/13/20 to bring it in. Once I arrived Jake took vehicle into back asked me to give him 1 hour so I was up at Tynan's Volkswagen waiting for it Jake pulled up I met him on driver side and dent was gone. This couldn't of been possible without the help of Caruther and Tynan's Volkswagen. I am so happy that the networking people that Tynan's knows has the same professionalism, excellence in Customer Service and went out of their way to get my 2020 Tiguan back on road dent free. I like to thank Caliber Collision on the property of Tynan's Volkswagen and the Service Department making all this possible !!! There is no other dealership or body shop I will use other then Caliber Collision.
Service is good, staff is pleasant. Prices are a little more than I think is reasonable for service, but a good place.

My experience with Tynan s goes back a couple of years when I began having my 2011 Tiguan serviced there. I have always received exceptional treatment from the service side, prices were reasonable & repairs & maintenance were above average.
After my older Tiguan had reached a point of mileage that it needed extensive repairs, my husband & I decided on a newer purchase.
Lorrie Morgan assisted us with a lease purchase on a beautiful 2018 Tiguan SE.
We were very well taken care of, the transaction was quick & painless and the price of our new car was well within our budget.
