Wonderful, stress free place to buy or lease a car! Andrew Miller was my salesman, who was very personable and helped me every step of the way. Also Tom in financing was Great! We were done with signing papers in record time. I will always shop at Tynans with Andrew Miller!

We purchased a 2015 Passat S Wolfsburg Limited Edition from Tynan's. It is the second vehicle purchased from them. Both transactions were courteous and professional. We were not pressured or harrassed in any way. We bartered on the price until a sastifactory value was agreed to for both parties. Our salesman Benjamin P. worked with us to resolved two small issues to our satisfaction. The service department helped with resolution of one of the issues and were completely professional in our encounter. In the end we couldn't be more pleased with our purchase and will recommend Tynan's to our friends.

I came by looking to trade in my old Volkswagen Beetle. The sales associate was very knowledgeable very willing to aid me in trading in my old car. They were very knowledgeable about the product and would've answered any question I had. They were very helpful by offering a test drive in both the kinds of Jetta I was interested in. We managed to work something out that benefited both parties and I'm very pleased with my experience at this Dealership and I would come back again.

Absolutely horrible service. The worst prices I have ever seen in a dealership let alone a VW dealership. Spilled oil everywhere and then claimed there was a class 2 oil leak. But it was just them doing a terrible job.
Don t buy a VW it will just break down on you constantly and these guys will rip you off.
I will do everything in my power to make sure no one else gets scammed by these guys.

I had a wonderful experience working with Tynan's Volkswagen. When my first Volkswagen (a spunky yellow beetle) basically broke down on the lot, the team came to my rescue to find the perfect replacement! Andrew Miller was the most personable, resourceful salesman, and Chris Myers helped me through every step of the financing. They have stayed in touch to make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase and have all the information I need at a moment's notice. Tom Tran in Service even squeezed me in when I got a nail in my brand new tire, and he fixed it within the hour. I am so happy I chose Tynan's for my even spunkier habanero orange Jetta SE!

We brought our car into their service department over a week ago. We were advised of multiple problems and given a quote to fix our car and a time frame of 2-3 days to fix our vehicle. Now, over a week later, we still do not have our car back and are being told that the quote was not to include an additional problem that we were advised of by the technician handling our service. Whether due to lack of communication or poor attention to detail from the service representative, I find this to be a very shady practice of business. It seems highly unethical to try to squeeze out an additional $1000 service at the very last minute when we were all advised of the problem over a week ago prior to our quote and the agreement of service. I will never bring my car to this dealership again and would recommend everyone else find an establishment with better attention to detail and honesty.

I went to Tynan's Volkswagen to just shop around for car ideas and I ended up walking out with a new Jetta that I absolutely love! The staff was extremely helpful and honest. I was in and out of there quickly, the longest time was for me to decide which style I wanted. But, they're deals were impossible to walk away from. I would recommend this place to anyone that I know!

The check in experience is quick and efficient. The waiting area is pleasant with comfy chairs, water, a vending machine, and a TV to watch. There is a readerboard that shows the progress of your vehicle. The BEST part is that a technician comes to update you when your car is almost done and THEY WASH YOUR CAR!!! My car comes out squeaky clean and I love it.

I've been taking my car here for routine service and oil changes, but I probably won't any longer.
They shorted me 2 quarts of oil on the last oil change, although they did manage to charge me for them.
They also seem to seriously struggle with properly and completely filling the AdBlue reservoir (an additive for the diesel engines).

I'd be very hesitant to trust them with anything significant.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. First dealership that cared about the customer needs and not about the sale. We had Ben who helped us and he was absolutely fantastic. He helped us and answered all the questions we had. Not only that but he showed all the vehicle we were interested. The manger there was also really nice and was able to get us in a brand new car. To top it off the finance agent was really nice and walked us through everything and explained all the paperwork before we signed. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and next time we purchase a vehicle I'm going straight to them.

I have been a repeat customer at Tynan's Volkswagen since 2004. Their sales staff, finance department, parts, and service departments have consistently delivered excellent service over the past 10+ yrs. The dealership delivers prompt, efficient, friendly, personalized service, and are honest and accurate in their dealings. They have an excellent selection of VW vehicles and a knowledgeable sales staff that are interested in helping customers to find the best solutions for their individual needs. The service writers have provided individualized care for my vehicles and have always been very helpful in fixing any problems, on the first visit. I highly recommend Dieter Hauser as a salesman, Ben Vavra, the Service Manager, Tom Tran, and the entire service department.

This place is a crooked dealership. They lie and steal money out of your pocket. You don't receive what you paid for, you aren't truly disclosed everything about the vehicle. I bought a car, they told me it had a minor hail dent. Low and behold the transmission fluid leaks on my 2012 Audi. Kidding, right? Nope. They refused to fix it. They've been nothing but rise through the entire process. And continue to be belligerent. So, my recommendation, buy literally anywhere else.

We purchased a Blue, Manual Xterra Pro4X. Jake Howard was our sales man and we think he did a fantastic job. We did know the exact car we wanted and have never met Jake prior to this. My very first contact with Jake was per the dealer website instant messenger chat and so began the great customer service.

Jake was open and transparent in chat discussion with me. I never felt as if he was hiding anything and he showed that he was truly passionate about wanting to help me. I know sales people are supposed to make you feel that, but I ve worked with many sales people and he displayed genuineness even through the chat. He had work to do to help me buy the car and he showed no complacency. Within the day, we chatted, emailed and spoke over the phone; his communication skills are excellent. He always stayed focused and the aim of his focus never faltered from turning me into a satisfied customer and not just means to line his pocket with sales commission. He wasn t vague in answering questions and he did his due diligence for us always acting with a sense of urgency.

Going over and above the call of duty; being that we are from Michigan, he drove 45 minutes to the airport to pick my husband up so he could sign the papers and drive the Xterra home. I hadn t met Jake in person; only my husband did. He was very pleased saying Jake and his team (Jeremiah Hartford & the finance manager) were also very nice. Jake kept the process going. He represents that dealership extremely well. As a salesman and customer service person; he is simply fantastic. Thanks Jake.

Every aspect of my experience with Tynan's VW in Aurora was excellent. They understood the type of vehicle I was looking for, what I was able to afford and found a way to make it work for my budget. In this place the sellers who speak Spanish take advantage of their same people they sell them cars they say a price to them and to the month that it begins to arrive your first payment it turns out that you have to Pay double of what they said to me they scam me 2 veses the same car the first time I was supposedly buying the car and at 7 months I found out that it was rented for 4 years and when I wanted to deliver it I spoke with the seller Roberto Cruz and he gave me the option to buy it and he told me that he would only pay 18,270 with taxes and financed and I would give my title and when I got the account number to begin to give my payments I have to pay double what he said and I went to claim and as always he and the finances were washed hands I think that I'm not the only one who have conned the contal salesmen to grab their commission they make you lies and already signing the contract you fucked

This was the second time we had done business with Tynan's Volkswagen. By far, this was the easiest, most seem less experience we have EVER had in buying a car. We applied online and by the time we had our appointment, almost everything had been taken care of and we were able to drive off with such satisfaction. Thank you for the great experience. I set up another appointment and they figured out that when the old battery was dying, it created a series of computer faults that needed to be corrected. Those were done on my second appointment and they didn't charge anything for that full day appointment. They made up for the earlier concerns i had.

Bought my first new car in June, 1972, this was the best new car buying experience I have ever had! Tynan's treated me with courteous, and respect. Delivered a high quality product, provided choices of finish combinations I found hard to believe. The paperwork was practically painless. And when the vehicle was presented, Jim Tynan went over every feature of the vehicle with me making sure I knew how each operated. Tynan's made the new car buying experience terrific! I have recommended Tynan's to family, friends and associates and will continue to do so. Did I mention what a great vehicle, my first German built car, the Jetta Sportwagon TDI is! Comfortable, safe and outstanding gas mileage! My daughter especially loves the sound system..:)

This was my first time getting a new car. All of the staff was really friendly and explained how the process worked in detail. Jim Tynan even called me a few days later to follow up and see how I was liking the car, which I really appreciated.

REVISION: 04/30/13 Changed quality ratings by one level and appeal and service by two.
After posting a review I received a call from the director of used car sales at Tynan's. He was very apologetic about the situation and and showed concern for the issues I noted below from 4/26. It was VERY nice to receive a call from somebody at Tynan's understanding the situation and that somewhere a few things were missed and he would try to make things right.

After this experience, my viewpoint has changed a little bit.
I feel the quality is good but needs work, as I had to write a review to have someone acknowledge the mistakes that were made. Also the fact that these problems should not have been on a car that was for sale on their lot. They reassured me that this will be addressed in the future.

The appeal is now excellent for me, all I needed was for them to recognize the mistakes and take credit for the screw ups. Any person or business that admits fault when its due deserves my praise and business.

The service rating changed because ultimately the issues were fixed and after being aware of the problems, they admitted fault for the mistakes they made on the deal. They reassured me they want my business and will do what they can within reason to keep me as a customer. In the end all I needed them to do was fix the problems and apologize for the lame service, which they did and more. For that and I am grateful.

To get things straight I bought a used Non-VW car at Tynan's. It was the only one in a 300 mile radius, so I literally had no choice to go elsewhere. Its my dream car and I am very happy I found it in Colorado. Overall the sales process was a little tedious but moved along and I felt like I got an okay deal, nothing spectacular. The salesman was great at first, despite some fishy sounding stories he was okay... at first.

Now the problems: After signing all the papers the salesman we had basically forgot about us. He told us to hang tight while he went to get a tool so I could remove the license plates on our old car. 15-20 minutes passed and nobody came by, we were tired and hungry so we used a coin to remove the plates from the old car and took off. I even had to go back inside to drop off the car keys to the old car, salesman vanished. We found an issue with a broken part on the new car and was told Tynan's would take care of it, no problem just come by next weekend they told me. Being proactive I scheduled an appointment with service a week later to have the part fixed and upon arrival was basically told to go to the manufactures dealership. Typically not a big deal, but I scheduled a time with service to have this done at Tynan's only to be asked why am I there and told I need to go somewhere else?? Had I been told they cant do anything I could have saved the 1hour and 10 minute round trip and gone to an OEM dealer 5 minutes from my work place. Sweet waste of my time and gas Tynan's. The car needs new tires, no biggie, some repairs are expected on a used car so I started looking for sizes and noticed the car has wheel locks. Tynans failed to give me the wheel lock keys. Called them and they don't know what happened to them, so I need to have the OE dealer remove them and bill Tynan's for the service. Really? A broken car part, a missing car part and cold shoulders once papers are signed. Tynan's dropped the ball 3 times in the first week I had the car. Customer service is REALLY poor here.

All in all, not a very good experience at Tynan's and I have trouble giving a recommendation to buy here. I have NO confidence they will be able to do anything to help me if the car breaks down or needs repairs (like my service contract says they will do). AND when you sign the papers and get your keys, don't expect anything else from them, you're just a wallet or a credit score. Its unfortunate but this location gave me a really sour taste, by far the worst experience I have ever had purchasing ANYTHING.

Cauther and the service team got my car back up and running and even advised me of an extended warranty that I had forgotten about, saving me a bunch of money. When future problems with my VW, I will certainly be going back to Tynan s. Thank you all!

Was totally shocked when I went to get in my car this morning and the car door handle fell apart and I wasn't able to get into my car on the drivers side without rolling down my window or opening the passenger door. I drove to Tynans and explained my situation and Jessup was really cool and helped me get in right away! I wasn't expecting a $300 purchase just days before Christmas but I am glad that the friendly staff was able to accomadate my right away! It took about an hour and I was out the door! Thank you Tynans and Jessup for helping and taking care of me on such short notice! Will be back for sure!!

Called to get more info regarding their Golf GTI, the fist person picked up the phone without saying hi or anything asked to direct my call and As I was saying that I needed to talk to a salesperson she transferred me while I was talking haha and then the saleswoman who picked up the phone had me on the speaker whole she was eating. The people here have no class. The management needs to shut down the dealership for a few days and re-train everyone on how to have basic professional customer service.

This is the second time I've bought a car from Tynan's Volkswagen. I'm very happy with the service provided. I definitely recommend this dealership. The salesman Suraj Aryal was very knowledgeable. He was very friendly and got the job done quick. It was a great buy. Special thanks to Steven Stern for being so patient and knowledgeable as well as being very helpful with picking out the right car. Another thanks to Ben Varva for explaining how all the modern tools and equipment in the car work. I'm very proud to have this dealership in my town.

I came in right at 7 a.m. for oil change and I didn't leave there till 8:20. I received a mail for a recall on my car but it wasn never mentioned during the service. I was given a receipt but not my credit card back which I had to drive back to get it. No one was at the express service to ask for update.
