I was told by a staff member that I would be able to rent a key to unlock my VW rims so long as I left a $200 deposit. I needed this key in order to change a flat tire and have new tires installed on the vehicle by Discount Tire.

When I arrived at the dealership to use the part I was told they did no such thing even though the day before I was told otherwise.

I then asked if they would price match with Discount Tires(DT), who quoted me $198 to place two new tires on the vehicle, they said they did not price March with DT and the best price they could offer me was $378.

I then called Larry Miller VW who agreed to lend me the tool ($200) and offered me a much better deal.

Not impressed with their service nor their eagerness to help VW customers. If you re looking to lease/buy do yourself a favor and got to Larry H Miller VW.
