I am leasing a new car from this dealership and I am happy to say I love this new Passat GT and Devin Jones made my shopping experience very pleasant, he made sure I loved the car and he helped me getting a good deal.

Lirim and Matt went above and beyond to answer all of my questions over a period of a few weeks and helped get me into the right car for the right budget. I appreciated Lirim's sales approach and that he was not pushy at all and gave me time to think over my decision. We used to go to McDonald VW, but Tynans is our new home. Thanks again, I love my Tiguan! #vwfamily
Bought 3 cars there in the past several years and just bought our last! Love our atlas but Tynan's was unwilling to cover a $68 shortage on the payoff they sent in, and we were assessed a late fee at our credit union because of it. And when most dealerships would just cover the difference for the sake of a long term customer like us they refused--simple as that. They were willing to die on the mountain of $68 and unfortunately will never get our business again.
The car buying experience is decent, but having to use this service department is AWFUL! They are terrible, untrustworthy, lazy and not helpful. Since I bought my car here I am obligated to get my service done here. They take forever and the woman manager has a terrible attitude, they have cheated me out of warranty parts, and they take forever!!!! This place needs a facelift, until then I'd make your decision with a location that has more integrity!
Worst service ever Brought my car and they informed me to change the bulbs after I paid and left the dashboard lights went on again and when I came back they said it s another bulb lights they literally ruined the bulbs to make me pay twice the first bulbs was working fine and there was no dashboard light on. And also the engine light I will never deal with them anymore and I won t buy VW again
Excellent service and attention. The customer service was awesome. Great help throughout the process. Team at Tynans, especially Andrew Miller, made sure I got exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted in less than 30 min. There was no messing around, no games, I told them how much I wanted to spend and they worked with me till I was happy with the deal, and I walked out with a new car.
My girlfriend introduced me to Robert and my experience was great. He helped me pick a car that I wouldn t have even test drove if it wasn t for his guidance. Overall amazing experience.
This is my 3rd purchase/lease with Tynan's Volkswagen. My experience has always been great. The staff there has always been very helpful. I would definitely recommend Tynan's to friends and family.
0 Starts. Was sold a BRAND NEW car for a PRICE OF BRAND NEW CAR with defective tire and dents after hail. No-one told me about hail damage on that car and no-one offered discount. Please make sure you CHECK everything before doing any business with this place.
John from Tynan's Volkswagen contacted me and in a few days he was able to resolve all my issues and concerns. It was pleasure to work with him. 5 stars.
Amazing experience! I was offered a highly competitive price for the vehicle with the first quote. The service at the dealership was the best I have experienced at a car dealership!
I recently called Tynan's and left 3 voicemail messages regarding purchasing my leased vehicle. One message was even to the manager. No one returned my calls! Their sales customer service is horrible! I'm going to another VW dealership to do my transaction. I guess they don't want my business now or in the future.
I've been a customer for 3 years and I must say Jeremy, he works in the VW service has always been a great help!! I really appreciate his honesty and knowledge. Thank you so much Jeremy!!
Brandon Phifer thanks for your kindness Saturday morning while working under pressure. I appreciate your help and customer service thanks a bunch!!
Brought auto in for service without advance appointment. Auto had engine code light as well as other problems. Tech accurately diagnosed problem. Replaced battery without resetting various defaults (very nice). Service was quick, complete, and accurate. Am very pleased with them.
Very easy to work with. Did everything online prior to entering showroom. Connor and Tom were a pleasure to work with. Definitely refer to friends and family.
They were Great, they Kieth was excellent, I told him what I needed and wanted and he walked me through my options. And was very , very helpful, I also feel that even down to the finance, and Store Manager Steve, I had first class service. Give them a call you will be impressed, I sure was.
Tom Tran is the best. You can trust his direction and integrity. I have owned my VW for 14 years and I would buy another VW (if I can't afford a Porche :) ) if Tom is still a service advisor when I am ready to buy my next vehicle.
Took my VW here for service on a rear diff leak last Oct 2018. When talking to them after dropping it off they said the drain plug was leaking. So was like OK fix the drain plug. Then get a call back saying the threads were stripped out. Service guy call back all panic about what they found or caused? So they said they were going to put in a thread repair kit or said a new diff was like $7000. Was like well need the car back. They did the repair but did not even last a month or two before it started to leak again. Guess paid them $400 for nothing. So I get under the car and drain the rear diff myself with metal shaving coming out from what repair they did. Wrong type of washer used. Long story short is their repair techs many not be up to par on the repairs they provide.
I have never been to a dealership, where the sales management. Thinks it is ok to insult and mock customers the way they do. I was told he was upset because sales were down. I can see why customer service should be #1 priority in a customer driven business. Very disgusted.
I will say that my experience is always great with Cauther, I appreciate his candor, transparency, and overall energy at the service desk - high customer service.
My 08 Rabbit was serviced properly, and in a timely manner. It s a dealer so you will pay for such pricing for service but overall I feel having gone to every VW dealer in this area that Tynans is whom I trust most.
Amazing dealership and staff. The service department truly sets the bar for all others to meet. Shane was absolutely amazing and made me a priority even though I didn t have an appointment. I love this dealership and how it treats its customer.
Always offering great service. Bought my VW back in 2010 and will continue brining my car here for service. I live an hour away and will not go to any other local VW dealer because Tynan's customer service goes above and beyond thanks to Tom T.
This is the third car we have purchased at Tynan's and I think the repeat business should speak for its' self. The experience is always easy, painless and fair.
Horrific service and worse follow up. Initially my husband and I were both interested in purchasing Jetta's, when my husband decided he wanted a Honda Hybrid our salesperson Jeremiah began to spew lies about it being impossible to lease 2 vehicles at once at different dealerships. He changed the price on us at least 6 times, promised us a ski rack then took it back and then attempted to extend our lease terms to get the "incentive deal" they were offering. His manager Tim called us later and apologized and told me he would make things right, to "stay by my phone" 8 days later still no call back. I then emailed Pete Tynan himself, and no response. Considering I have had four family members purchase cars here in the past they apparently do not appreciate repeat business, because of this my Mother is purchasing a Jetta from McDonald's VW this weekend.
Very helpful and freindly people here but it is a bit pricey for a auto repair check they charged me 250$ just to take a look at what the problem was nothing was done though
I went in for a recall on my 2010 VW GTI and was recommended to work with Tom Tran. He was able to service my car quickly, and also accommodated transportation to work and back. The whole experience was top notch! Tom is an excellent advisor and his team is very experienced and quick. I will gladly return my business to Tynan's and would recommend them to any local VW drivers in the area.
We leased a vehicle from Tynan's 2 years and 9 moth or so ago. Lately the vehicle has not been starting. My wife got a jump from a guy that happen to be a mechanic, he told her it was the battery. Last Monday I called Tynan's to ask about coverage for the battery, I was told it was 3-36 and pro-rated at 50% after that. I took the car in to the service department, I explained the problem to guy that appeared to be the Mgr. He told me to leave the car and that it may be the alternator. I left the car there around 9:30 AM right about 3;30 I got a call from some one in service, he said to me it was the battery and it would cost me $180 and that I had not warranty coverage. I explained to him that I had call the day before and I was told it was under warranty. I got no where with him. He charged me $125 for telling me the battery was bad. I made a big mistake by taking the car over to their service department. If I just had gone to a parts store I would had gotten better service for free.
Teresa was the best sales person I've ever encountered. Teresa is very personable, accommodating, knowledgeable & easy going. Truly a refreshing car buying experience. The first thing I told Teresa was I'm not going to make my buying decision until I compared the Honda Civic. Teresa wasn't pushy & did not try to close me. She was very professional & explained the advantage of purchasing the Jetta versus the Civic & the advantages os purchasing a vehicle from Tynan's Volkswagen, all within 20 minutes. She allowed me to go to the Honda dealership to compare the Civic. Immediately after five minutes of talking to the Honda salesman, I was unimpressed as the comparison between the Honda salesman & Teresa was the difference between night & day. I went back to Teresa at Tynan"s, and informed her that I was going to lunch and gor her to start the paperwork. Received a call from Teresa in 30 minutes that my car was detailed and ready to go. I love my Jdtta as much as I loved the buying experience with Teresa. Its been a few weeks. No buyer's remorse, on joy, happiness & complete satisfaction. If you want a stress free car buying experience, and want to purchase an excellent car, go to Tynan's Volkswagen and ask for Teresa. You will be thoroughly satisfied to satiety. Thank you Teresa. Love, respect and appreciate you with all my heart.
I love this dealership. Their salespeople are nice and down to earth. They are not pushy, and give great deals. They really made a point of getting to know my family in order to fit me into the right vehicle. I bought a tiguan and am absolutely in love with it.
This is the 3rd car (all Jettas) that I have purchased with Tynan's, in the past 5 years. This 3rd one being a lease with the option to buy. The last 2 Jettas were both the SE models, however, this one is from the R-Line, and I must say, this is one beautiful and sexy car. Jaqueline Goldsboro was my poc and she did a phenomenal job working with me and I was able to score a great deal. Coming back for a 3rd time should tell you something. Once again, kudos to Ms. Goldsboro and the entire Tynan's Team! God bless and keep up the great work.
It started good but went downhill when we began the financing. The only good experience was with Joey, their salesman. After we agreed on the price and stipulations (because we are self employed) they tried to get additional documents 3 days after we signed all the papers. After that was resolved they said they were working on getting us the second key but when they couldn't find it they told us they were not required to give us the 2nd key, so now we have one key for a 2015 vehicle with less than 6k miles. I wouldn't complain if they told us up front there was only one key but we were lead to believe there were two keys. Also, they must have just thrown in a 2012 owners manual for the 2015 that we bought but at least they are sending us the correct manual. I feel like they used a couple of deceptive practices so it's hard to give them more than one star and I won't be recommending them to a friend...
5/21/12 20,000 miles service for 2012 VW Golf TDI was two days or total I lost 6 hours. Second day was engine oil leak and bring back car. No good organization. They do not appreciate the customers' time.
My father and I came in to look acquire a car and ended up with a fabulous 2017 Jetta SE, driving it is a thrill I drive around with no destination in mine a lot now and it's all that's to our salesmen Andrew Miller. He was extremely accommodating to our needs and deserves the highest regards. He also showed us the wonderful wold of leasing and much of a deal it is, I plan to do business with wolkswagon long into the future now. Wolkswagon is a business and a family .
I'm active duty military and figured I would treat myself to a new car after several deployments. I was sold the VW Jetta GLI "AUTOBAHN edition" (WHICH DOESNT EVEN EXIST ANYWHERE" at $34,000 with taxes AND A $5,000 trade in. I was assured this was the best price that i could get.3 months after purchase, i find out I have to deploy and move over seas for a total of 5 years. I go to Tynan's VW on Havana and ask for my options. They keep me waiting for 2 weeks of my time to tell me they would GLADLY offer $16,000 for the car i JUST paid $34,000 for. The car is actually worth $19,000 wholesale. Then they bragged about an old man who couldnt see over the steering wheel and had to return it and how they made him lose $20,000 on a luxury car as if they were proud to @#$% over the little guy as he shook my hand. Now I have to sell this car for over $14,000 LESS THAN WHAT I "JUST" PAID FOR IT. Not to mention they lied to me saying that the lot had "too many" of my car on the lot. I asked a new guy and posed as a buyer to find that there were NONE on the lot like mine. Lied and tried to destroy me even further on veterans day! They are the worst kind of people. Never do business with these people. They saw me coming a mile away and jacked up the price to completely destroy me financially. I have never imagined that people like this exist. I hope karma finds its way to them and gives them painful slow acting cancer. How is this legal? They should be in imprisoned, wondering when the next attack from behind will come to them. CONTACT ME BEFORE EVER TALKING TO THESE CRIMINALS. Unbelievable how much they lied to me, but that's how they treat a veteran.
Where to begin? Just moved to the area, called around to get pricing on 20k service. First place I called wanted $230!!! (for an oil change, tire rotation and filter).... Obviously that was highway robbery, so I called Tynan's. They said there was no need to schedule an appointment and I could just come on in for express service. There were ample employees waiting to help me and boy did they kill me with kindness. They even found an unscratched lotto ticket when cleaning car and left it on dash for me! I realize there will always be bad experiences and flukes, but this was easily the best car service experience I've had. Oh yeah and I was out the door for under $90! I can't recommend these guys enough.
I would recommend this place to everybody the salesmen are great they let you walk around pick the car you want try every car out let you think about it
Over the last 40 plus years, Tynan's Volkswagen has always given amazing sales and service to our entire family! Our last visit on July 6, 2017 was even more amazing. Everyone was courteous, kind and patient. We all want great customer service! You will find it at Tynan's and it will never grow old. They are truly a "cornerstone" in our life when it comes to meeting our transportation needs. We don't waste valuable time shopping the globe, when all we have to do is visit any member of their team and they will make it happen. Andrew Miller did exactly that and needless to say, we will indeed continue our relationship with Tynan's. We are thrilled with our 2016 Tiguan SE, low mileage, great price and all the toys including CPO and Maintenance Agreement! Walt and Sarah Johnson - Aurora, CO.
I have had a lot of bad experiences with dealerships but these guys have rocked it. Great service, communication and fair pricing. Also honest, they told me what could wait until my next visit without prompting.
Awful!!! Do not recommend it to anybody. I sent a passat 2006 3.64motion for pre-buying inspection and ohhhh my,how I regret it. I ended up buying the car based on their findings and 30 miles later check engine light come on,the car lost power...nightmare. It turned out that the head gasket is bad,the valve cover needed to be replaced due to faulty PCV valve which is built into the valve cover, just horrible... all cost me more than 2k.When i call and ask: " How exactly you didn't notice such major problems, they just said; Oh we found other problems, but since you didn't want to fix it at our shop we don't take responsibility!!! Period. Just don't go there under any circumstances
Went there with limited time to buy a Volkswagen Jetta, after having a bad experience at another local dealer. Tynans was great. Got me out of there fast with the car I wanted at a great price. The after sale customer service was exceptional. Recommend this dealer
Service department manager was rude and allowed me to leave with no coolant in my car. My car has been having a slow leak of coolant. Before I left my house, I checked to make sure the coolant tank was still full. I brought my car into Tynan s for a diagnosis. After declining overpriced work, I was given back my car with no coolant in it. If I hadn t pulled over within a block of leaving the service station to refill it, my car would have overheated. When I pulled over, I called the station immediately and asked if they let me leave with no coolant. The service advisor said that he was billed internally for coolant, so there should have been coolant in the car. He thought that maybe the leak had worsened and that maybe the coolant had already leaked out. But when I arrived home, there was still coolant in the tank, indicating that they had indeed, forgotten to replace my coolant. When I called to talk to the manager, Brandon, to ask for a refund, he said that because I declined service, they didn t refill the coolant, even though I brought in a car in with a full tank of coolant. When I told him I thought allowing a customer to leave unaware of an empty coolant tank was negligent, he asked me if he should have replaced the old, incorrect coolant. He was rude and intransigent.
My experience at Tynan's Volkswagen was fantastic everyone went out of their way to help me receive the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. great team involvement
Sergio and all of the staff there were very friendly, and worked hard to get me into a great vehicle. I would definitely refer anyone I know that is looking for a car to see this team. Thank you so very much for your assistance, and I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!!!!!
Fantastic experience with Tom Tran in service. He walks the talk and actually cares about customer service. Regrettably the sales experience was the typical car buying back-and-forth non-sense. We were lied to three different times within one hour, and the less than honorable tactics were defended by the owner......."simply a misunderstanding"..... the customer's fault.
Ed and Pete we miss you! But the family carries on, and does it well. Tom in Service is terrific.Very conscientious. Heath is a Master tech. Great job! Cody and the parts department are very knowledgeable and helpful. See you next week! Mr Donuts
I want to Thank the parts and quick service for helping me out on December 8 2020 when I had to have my car towed to their lot they had amazing customer service and helped me when I didn t know what I was going to do!!! So Thank you very much!!!!
Completely satisfied with our recent purchase, the entire staff was wonderful to work with, but Andrew Miller hit it out of the park, cordial knowledgeable, and respected our time. Thank You!
Great experience as alway with Tom Tran! He is alway efficient and honest when getting my vehicles in and out of service! Thanks for your great work Tom and team!
As what you may call a previous associate/employee, i can tell you a good amount of the 5 star reviews are fake and dealers pressure customers to leave a great review relentlessly to turn attention away from their shady business practices. You come here...you WILL be scammed. I've seen a GM of this dealership brag about conning an old man out of $20,000 in financial loss by convincing him into buying the most expensive sportscar on the lot and having to return it just 2 weeks later due to inabillity to drive via several medical conditions. The GM jokes and laughs about this story talking about the man was too old to use his seatbelt and and he bought it back for a THIRD of the price he sold it to him 2 weeks after purchase.
Went to get my battery replaced at Service Xpress. Walked in and 45 minutes later I left with a new battery and a clean car. It's always a great experience at Tynan's.
WOW, Tynan's continues to provide quality service. I bought my VW from them in 2007 and have completed all my service at Tynan's. I have never been displeased and always received the best service. Recently, Jessup asked if I was having any other problems and he followed through with the mechanics to determine the problem and believe it or not, it was covered by the extended warranty. It will be 7 years in March and I have always been pleased with their service. I would recommend them to my family.
This was my first car buying experience and they made it amazingly easy and found me the exact car I wanted. Shipped from another dealership to there because the one I wanted wasn t close by. They were more than willing to find the car and ship it to Tynans. Blake Hott was an awesome salesman who was very nice and wasn t pushy to get the car when I wasn t sure what to do. Jim Tynan (the owner) walked me through the car and made sure I was comfortable with the settings and ready to go! Definitely recommend this dealership!
We arrived late on a weekday and met with Keith. Who turned out to be a wonderful salesman. I was still able to test drive three different cars and talk about the ins and outs of leasing vs buying despite being there an hour before closing. They were able to get me out of a horrible situation with my old car and into a fabulous new lease deal. I feel like I was taken care of at every step of the way. Keith was very honest with me and he is a man of his word. Something that you don't find too often these days! I was also surprised to get a call from Jim Tynan, the owner, asking about my experience. If you re looking for an amazing Volkswagen I would stop by Tynan's!
We went in to test drive a couple of cars and found a great car at a great price. The sales staff is very friendly and not overly pushy. We ended up buying and could not have been happier!
What a great sales staff. My son belongs to a network group and recommended that I reach out to Lori Morgan. So glad I did!!! Not only were their quotes for a 2020 Tiguan spot on, they delivered what they promised. I only wish that all my former vehicle purchases were like the staff at Tynan's. Although I live in Littleton, it was sure worth the drive to Aurora. The sales force projects a small family business,, with personal attention to detail. Special shout out to John the Sales Mgr, as well as Chris in Finance! Don't consider purchasing a vehicle with any other dealership until you meet these folks.
We have been looking at a Tiguan for a few months and we were finally in a spot to buy. Found Dan and he was insanely helpful and knowledgeable. Got everything taken care of for us in just a few hours! Great guy to work with, and while they got our paperwork going we even had a chance to bond over sharing some good memes.
Worst dealership ever!!!! Do not waste your time. We have purchased 2 vehicles at Tynanns VW. Our first experience was ok at best. When we bought our 2nd new car from them they ripped us off... they sold us a "New" passat with over 800 miles on it. The car should have been in the used lot... Matt the finance manager is rude and tried to get us to sign the loan at 18 percent interest when our last purchase was around 4 percent interest. Took our New car in for service with a low coolant light on. They said nothing was wrong with it. Service was a joke and so were the sales and finance managers. We will never be back nor recommend this dealer to anyone...
I have had VERY positive experiences with Tynan's Volkswagen both purchasing and servicing my Passat wagon. In fact, it is the timely, helpful, courteous, professional service that is making me consider that another VW vehicle is in my future. I've been other places, and Tynans excels in these areas.
A special thank you to Michael, in service--and the team there.
Best place for cars even as a first time car owner. Evans and mindy were exceptional. Both were patient, detailed about my purchase, and made me feel confident in my purchase
I have a 2012 Jetta that I have never had a problem with. My husband and I are a military family who recently moved to Denver. I went to start my car and the check engine light was on, the tire gauge light was on, and so were a few of the other dashboard warning lights. I wasn t sure what to do and called the VW service center that I pass on my way to work. They were not only able to get me in same day but they were able to work around my work schedule. The man that I worked with was informative and helpful. He explained the service that was needed and preventative measures. He also informed me that there had been a recall on my car and took care of it while I was there. I was very happy with the service and feel very lucky to have gotten such great service that was quick and efficient on my first try.
Came in for replacement wheel lock key which they conveniently do not sell, service department wants $80 to remove 4 wheel locks and needs an hour to do it, don t have a choice and had it done, I have my 4 new tires in the car and asked if they would install as a courtesy with this services and they wanted an additional $80. Seems like this would be too easy and quickly walk outside and take off 4 wheel locks and put on 4 lug nuts. Don t think I ve ever had this type of treatment at any dealership.
Experience here is always outstanding guys in the service department always just make you feel good getting your car service. Direct shout out to Cauther Sekatawa he is awesome helped me a couple times & always do a great job calm and easy going, very easy to deal with no problem. A keeper
Good customer service, not pushy or aggressive like a lot of salesmen are. Shout out to Robert Cruz for helping me get into a vehicle that fits my entire family.
No one at this dealership will help me. I have called and left messages, I've called corporate. Only one person has called me back after 3 months and he basically laughed and said I could try calling back in order to talk to someone else that could help. I've never felt more taken advantage of by a company that we trusted to make a big financial obligation from. This is terrible. *Update. No one would return my call - not until I made this review. They called right after my review was seen and yes I missed the call, but called right back. They wrote their response right after calling me the first time. And they didn't call me, the lease holder, they called my husband, who is not even the contact and is not on my lease. Him not being on the lease was the issue from the first place, because he was supposed to be. So go figure they have his number even though they claim he's not on the file.
Matt the Sales Manager seemed to be attentive but ultimatum nothing was done and I will have to pay for the mistake that they made, which is not right. The solution given was not a solution at all. I can't say it's entirely on the dealership because I don't know, I was told the decision was made by corporate, so their corporate will not fix a problem a representative this dealership made on my behalf. So my review still stands.
In the 3 years I've been taking my car here, I've only had one minor, subpar experience and they were STILL very accommodating towards it. These guys are phenomenal, the communication they provide is top notch. I've worked several times with Tom and Cauther, and they are honest, open, and transparent about the work that needs to be done. I would tell any VW owner (or any vehicle, for that matter) to take their vehicles here. It's completely worth it.
My experience started off relatively positive, the dealer I was with knew a lot about the car I was test driving and looking to purchase. He was friendly and helpful with all the questions I had.
When I got to the time of negotiating my trade-in, things turned sour. I was originally offered close to $4000 for my vehicle and I asked if we can get that closer to $5000. My dealer said he needs to talk to the manager to see what he can do. When my dealer came back, he offered me $2000. I can't believe that I somehow lost half the value in my car when I simply just asked for more. My dealer then incorrectly told me that the College Graduate discount does not apply to the car I was looking at and he "did not know where I received that information." A quick search on the Volkswagen website proved him wrong, but this is after the deal was already dead.
Overall, they were very good with educating me about the car but seemed to not care and not respect me once we got to the negotiating process.
Most incredible service I have received. They were extremely helpful and I highly recommend going to this dealer. They gave me the lowest rate I found for the vehicle and did not make me fight for it either. Ask for Adam and you will have the same experience!
Great customer service experience. Tom T. In the service department is very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint a problem that we have with out Tiguan. The mechanic Bob, who worked on our vehicle was also knowledgeable and helpful. Will return and purchase a car in the future.
We had a good experience here and we've been to several VW dealers across the metro area to buy VW's. Staff was quick and friendly, VW is good like that!
The only reason that I even gave this one star is because of Taylor. Yesterday my boyfriend and I came into the store looking at the deal for the 2017 tiguan lease for $189 a month, we were told that this model does not have cruise control and some other features so we were talked into looking at another model and we're told that it was only $1,700 more ( this was not true, it was $4,000 more we later found out). We test drive it with Taylor and he was great. He completely respected that I was nervous to drive in Denver and let me drive on calmer streets- this made me feel really good about this whole deal. Then we get to the financial aspect and had to deal with Chris. Chris is the reason that we will NOT be coming back to this dealership. He did not even shake our hands when we met him and then judged us by how much we could put down and the payment we were looking at. We explained to him that we originally came in for the $189 a month but that we looked at another model because it didn't have cruise control and all we do is highway driving. He made a comment about how we changed everything because we wanted cruise control and made it sound like it was ridiculous. We then we're told by him that the car we had been looking at was $4,000 more than the other which was not what we had been told originally. And he gave me a number that was much more than we told him we were comfortable with. He then made comments about how what we could come up with was not enough and made us feel like he was not willing to look at what we could come up with and try to work with that at all. The entire time we talked to him it seemed like we were bothering him, like he did not want to work with us. He seemed to forget that we were going to be giving them our money and business and that was our choice- but now because of him and this experience we will not be doing ANY business here. Chris had NO customer service skills and that is a huge part is sales ( I work in sales, and if I had treated a customer the way he treated us, I would reprimanded.)
