I thought that Thunder Works had terrible customer...
I thought that Thunder Works had terrible customer service. I wanted to try the product for July 4th for both of my dogs. After recieving a shipment notice it never moved out of pre-shipment. So I called and they said they'd research it. And get back to me. They didn't. When I called again the customer service agent said that they missed the shipment for delivery but now they're sending it out. I tried to cancel and she told me it was too late but I could send it back. 5 days later I still don't have it and it still shows that it's in Pre shipment. I sent them 2 emails and neither one was replied to and now I've had to resort to a dispute on my credit card. As for the product itself I've since received it from Amazon in a timely manner. And while I will keep it for one dog in the hopes that it will help on July 4th, my other dog was more afraid of the Thundershirt than she is of fireworks and Thunder!! She's not a dog that likes to cuddle and I guess with her disposition she didn't like that feeling of being hugged. All in all a very disappointing experience with this company.
