I went here to look at a used car with financing in hand. The car I was looking at, was severely overpriced, KBB had it valued at about 2.5k less, and that wasn't even taking into consideration about 1k in things that it needed done.

Test drove it, said I wanted the car at what KBB valued it at and that I had financing. That's when the lies started. I was told that the financing I had was bad, and that they could get me a better deal, and that the lender(Capital One) required a ton of money down, which astonished me as Capital One never mentioned that.

After spending 5 hours at the dealership, I was showed a cryptic piece of paper where the numbers made no sense. I was told they were giving me the car at the price I wanted, but it didn't add up. I asked what amount I was actually financing and found out that they were tacking on a mandatory warranty that Capital One required.

I called Capital One, and find out that, A)There is no down payment required and B)The warranty isn't required to be carried.

Do yourself a favor, buy a car somewhere else.
