Went here with parents to eat at their buffet but can't say I was amazed

This is the hotel of my choice whenever I'm in Laughlin, NV.

Did not stay at the hotel. Just played at casino. Spacious and clean. Not much in hospitality.

I love this Casino. So far they have been good to me. I hope it gets better and better.

Everything you need for a short, not too expensive vacation. Fairly low key place with good food. Parking structure holds a lot of cars.

Was actually staying at Harrah's in Laughlin (BUT) was winning zero at that location. Got out to visit other casinos in area, won a little at Tropicana, won ALOT at Golden Nugget!

I like playing there they good machines but don't win very often it would be nice to win once in awhile the breakfast buffet was okay

Stayed early November, in a nice room high overlooking the river. Room large and bathrooms nice and clean.
Coffee pot plus coffee in room which is excellent for early mornings.
Lovely pool, lots of parking both open and undercover. Large, clean casino and the best buffet in Laughlin.

Every staff member was kind and helpful except for the lady at front desk when we were checking in....she was rude.
We have stayed here often and that was the only negative.

This is the first time I have ever been to a casino, and I actually wasn't winning anything for days... so far I have broke even .. but I have 2 moor days to go.. all in all....it's fun .. but I wouldn't come back

Service was number 1 , people very friendly only one problem the room was clean but where the refrigerator was , there was alot of dust n where the towels were placed

I stay here often I love the staff Christy and Rebecca at the front desk Robert in valet are top-notch

Great place if you need a super cheap room and don't care about quality. There was what looked like dog hair on one bed and dried blood on the other, the rooms don't have refrigerators or microwaves, and the water pressure in the shower was nonexistent.

IT wasn't what I thought machine too close togetter low pay out no smoking section was a joke slow service from the bar

Some areas under renovation. I went for the Bingo with a view but they had moved it into a closet - but it was still fun! Just wish I'd known in advance!

Great value, but the public areas have smoke filled environment.

Used to be so much better..closed buffet..machines not so great..disappointing

The Tropicana is always one of the go-to hotels for me in Laughlin. The rooms are updated (although lack an in-room safe, which should be standard in any hotel) and the beds are comfortable. The gaming floor is also fairly decent. Although it is located across the street from the other casinos, it is centrally located and typically a short walk to any of the other destinations.

I just stepped in to play blackjack, couldn't smoke my cigar, however people were smoking cigarettes not sure of the difference.

This is a well-cared-for property with handy shops & services & restaurants right on the property. It appears to be the largest facility in Laughlin, with its own parking garage for residents. Basically, it is right in the center of town, on the west side of the highway (not on the riverfront). A great stay while in Laughlin.

Everyone was helpful ND friendly. Great place to stay at.

I love this place. Rooms are cozy. Pool is fun. New bingo hall is awesome. Never lost money in the casino.

Decent, not outrageous. Tables are fun. Typical Laughlin casino. No complaints.

I like the trop they gave me free internet and it comfortable place to relax

Well, I really wanted to like this place, but alas, I was underwhelmed. The room, to put it nicely, was worn and dated, the carpet was worn out and had ripples all over it, maybe they need to re-stretch it sometime this decade before someone trips over it and breaks their ankle, never use the hotel shampoo or lotion because they source the cheapest that can be found this side of Mars and this place was no different. We didn't eat in their restaurants, but I did have a beer in the bar before we went elsewhere to eat. The beer was fine. The parking garage is the weirdest thing, you park your heap, take an elevator to the casino from the garage and then get another elevator up to your room, in any case your going to the casino. There was no wi-fi in the room, which is an abomination in itself but the desk says that there is no "resort fee" so, no wi-fi for you! However, there is free wi-fi on the ground floor, but it didn't work, there was no refrigerator in the room or even a cheap-o microwave, but that's not the worst of this mess, the greatest affront was that there was no COFFEE MAKER in the room! How does one even function without coffee, first thing in the morning, no matter how cheap? I denounce this place as CHEAP! We have stayed at Harrah's, Golden Nugget, the Riverside and the Aquarius in Laughlin, I won't be back to the Trop. I'll pay a few bucks extra for a coffee maker, wi-fi and a 'frig.

If I could give a zero Star's I would. The room was terrible. The toilet ran constantly the bed sheets did not fit the bed (they were short) The upholstery was torn on the furniture and the counters were sticky. We had charges on our room we did not make. The manger at the front desk was rude to put it nicely when we question the extra charges. Hopefully those extra charges will be resolved soon when they are if they are I will update this review. Also while waiting in line in the morning for a cup of coffee the employees were moving other employees ( management) to the front of the line. There customer service is very poor.

Excellent rooms,friendly staff, the buffet downstairs is great

I checked in 03/01/2018 there were toenail clippings on the floor and pubic hairs in the shower. not to mention someone removed my last review I made earlier today. When I left and told the girl I was not happy and about the toenail clippings and hairs in shower she just asked me to sign and pay, no offer of refund. Also I don't doubt that the other reviews are fake saying this place is so great.

They told us there was a $50.00 refunded to your credit card and you will receive it back in 4 to 5 days. Which I was fine with. After 6 days I became concern why my money wasn't back in my account. So called them to find out what was going on with my refund. They had no record of the transaction. Even after I showed them my receipt. Won't stay there again.

Well this is a Casino in Laughlin Nevada nice Casino as well very clean and very comfortable beds

Lots of fun slot and game options and excellent bingo (when construction is finished on the new room!)

If your willing to throw your money away at the casino it's the perfect spot but Laughlin Navada is only good if your passing through. Not much to do there if you want your money's worth.

Always stay at Tropicana when I visit Laughlin. It's less packed then other casino.

Not bad,hard to win any money compared to other casino's

Clean and inexpensive but they charge you for Wi-Fi and it is per device. I went to a hotel in the middle of nowhere and it even had free WiFi. Oh well, it was still a good place to go and right across the river from Arizona.

My family and I enjoy staying at the Tropicana laughlin hotel. The rooms are clean and large. A great location to walk around laughlin and nice restaurants both inside the casino and around.

Very kids friendly. Has different restaurants inside the Casino. In n out is next door. Pool- a little small for the amount of Guest, but kids don't mind. Very clean. I got room closes to pool and arcade.

First of all, upon arrival the line to check in the hotel was almost out the door and they had three employees assisting patrons. No bartender at one of the 3 bars. Terrible service in casino. Steakhouse restaurant was very good. Our room was nice too.

Service horrible They need to hire more people call the front desk and you re on hold for at least 20 minutes restaurant waitresses in the morning charge me triple the price for a small coffee said that was the two go price LOL mattresses were horrible So old that they re literally caving in and falling apart and I would never stay again

Never win here. The bingo is way too expensive. You'll go through your money twice as fast as any other casino on the Drive.

I have gone there for many years. Always loved it. But. I was really disappointed this time. The room seemed to be stripped of everything but the basics. Bed was comfortable but no trimmings. Towels we're adequate. Not nice like they used to be. The staff was solumn. Not friendly and welcoming as you would expect. I had the feeling that something was going on

when i was exiting the pool, a very rude staff member came up to me and asked me where my mask was while i was putting it on. bet disappointed. not to mention he was rushing my 15 year old niece to leave the pool. i will NOT be visiting tropicana hotel again.

Have stayed here in the past and never had a problem, My mom & sister stayed here 2 wks ago in the adult tower on the 9th floor and got bitten up by bed bugs my sister said they were crawling all over the walls and ceiling they called front desk and security came up to investigate they seen them and put one in a cup, they moved them to another room on the same floor when I arrived in the Am I had them move to another floor 6th floor we inspected the whole room beds and all they were fine in that room but never heard anything from the hotel about the situation the room was comped free. Will not be staying there anymore.

Lady at front desk, with the glasses, I believe she is the manager. She was extremely rude. I was appalled at the lack of respect for customers that she had. Acted like she hated her job. Remember lady you are here to serve ME as a paying customer, not the other way around. She needs to be fired or moved to a position where she doesn t have to deal with customers because she has ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Before you stay here I should mention, you will be charged for a resort fee but it s far from a resort; small tv, no refrigerator, no microwave, no plugs near the bed. I stay in Laughlin 2 times a month, they won t see me again thanks to the rude lady up front.

Altho it was a short visit for us..it was great as well as the food!

I went to hangout at the casino for the afternoon. The staff throughout the casino is great. Near the back end of the casino where they do the slot tournament gets a bit warm and needs the air conditioning worked on. Plenty of machine choices too.

Worst customer service ever! If you re even considering booking here save yourself the trouble and book at another hotel. My family and I have been coming here for over 20+ years (thats when this use to be the Ramada Express) for our family summer vacation booking anywhere from 9 - 12 rooms and we will never come back to this hotel. As a Director of Operations myself I understand how to properly handle customer complaints and after speaking to their Director of Ops John Difiore I understand why this hotel has so many views about poor service.

The place is very small and the drink service was rude or non existing.

Clean rooms, good restaurants, no noticeable cigarette smoke outside the casino areas or in the restaurants

Great atmosphere, seems like the odds of winning are alot greater than other casinos on the strip!!!

Going back to the Tropicana again on 7/7 for our anniversary. We love the room, the staff & housekeeping. Only gave 4 stars because I always have to request a refrigerator. My suggestion is to have more available or put one in each room.

Great room overall, very comfortable, small refrigerator, and even a small coffee pot.
Gaming floor good variety. We will be back.
