Wait to long for drinks staff was r you rude as hell

Went to play bingo, and it was excellent. Slots much more generous than at Harrah's

There are a lot of different variety gambling machines. I love it here

House keeping not up to par, unprofessional, checkin staff not freindy .

Good gaming floor with up todate games. Also ha e a non smoking area.

Check in was slow but room was nice and bed was comfy.

It is a nice place but the ac barely blows in my room and WiFi is not included. But the staff is nice and the rooms were clean

The better place in Laughlin. Tremendous air handling system, wipes out all but traces of cig smoke.

The Tropicana was a great place to stay at. The valets and the bellhops were great as well. In the Tower we stayed in was quiet, so it was no problem for us to sleep at night. Even though it was a very busy weekend the bellman and the Valet were both on their toes keeping about 95% of us happy . We will stay there again. Thanks for the great weekend people. See you all soon.

5 of the 7 restaurants were closed - the sushi place has been closed for over two years we were told so why is this still advertised on the website? The front desk gave us the wrong room key, cleaning staff told us we would be charged for an extra cup of coffee in the rooms, wifi was only free for the first day, the staff overall both at the hotel and the two restaurants were lazy and unhelpful, and two of the lamps in the room had electrical problems. The resort fee was for what purpose if nothing was open and everything cost an additional few dollars?!

The room was nice & clean but the air did not work! It was so late that I didn't want to request another room. Plus I would have to wake up my baby and move rooms. Also, one of the restaurants had really bad service and the food tasted awful. Was definitely disappointed.... Will not stay there next time I'm headed home from New Mexico. I will try another hotel and hopefully it will be a better experience.

Plenty of restaurants, parking is good,usually a live band in the evening and of course there is plenty of slots

Everything is nice with the renovations that was done but now they need to do all the rooms & they'll get 5 stars definitely.

The employees are very courteous generous and always helpful the place is clean very little smoke and very spacious to walk around. Whether you're in a wheelchair or not it's easy to get around

We had a blast! Thanks for the comp rooms. We had a mini Family Reunion. 3 generations under one roof. Hotel was great gave us connecting rooms. Makes my Heart so HAPPY listening to our Grandbabies laughter. Ate at the Carnegie, good food, love the waitresses. Our Grandbabies are part fish enjoyed the swimming pool. Soon we will be back.

My first time there and i loved it the italian food restraunt was amazing the food was so fresh and delicious the breadsticks served were melt in your mouth delicious hands down the best italian food n pasta i have had and the casino well of course was awesome aswell even played the roulette table forbthe first time ever i didn't win but the experience was great definately want to go back but actually want to stay in the hotel for a weekend visit soon

Pasagiano was delicious. Mary served us and we had the family meal. Only open on Friday and Saturday after 5.

Hotel was priced right and hotel was nice, and clean. It's a bit confusing getting around the place though.

We always have a great time at the Tropicana. It's always very clean the rooms are great, and the service is fantastic.

Doors to rooms are very heavy. Food at the diner and italian restaurant were amazing service is great!!!

Lots of food, games. Clean safe place to spend hours relaxing. Outdoor views of the Colorado river. A nice place to take a stroll, walk, or run.

Clean rooms and casino. Awesome pool. Expensive food and not so great tasting.

Long lines for the hotel elevators .Waited 2hours in a check in line no social distancing standing in line . Tiny tv in the room , ice machine out of order . Old Furniture no view of the pool just shutters and a roof view . Room wasn t clean . Jacuzzi was a Roman bath tub you had to take a shower in . No manger ever called ? Never Again .

Love the Tropicana it's our go-to place every time we go to Laughlin we go about twice a month love the cocktails love the service love the cleanliness just love the place must go to

Very clean great job done by housekeeping but I didn't care for the pillows should change more often or ppl bring your own.

played bingo... the person taking my money didn't tell me i needed to sign my receipt for the powerball... would have been pretty upset if i had actually won and missed it because she wasn't helpful... also, the most lethargic callers... wouldn't return to this bingo parlor...
