The location is great and offered plenty of parking. The games were up-to-date and I did well leaving with a little more cash than I arrives with. The wait staff came by often to see about drinks and the Rewards Staff helpful and efficient.

Absolutely one of the worst hotels I ve stayed at. Usually never leave a review lower than a 4, but this was an exception. Cleanliness was a nightmare; upon entering the room around 4-5 women s hairs were visible on the pillows and covers underneath. The comforter had shorter hairs on it as well. Not to mention, the rooms were unavailable after the check in time, and they were still filthy. Bathroom counter had stains. The benefits were a clean shower and a decent enough mattress.

They pay at least 2x the points for playing slots. Some up to 77x. Then you can use those points to go eat lunch or dinner for free!

Hotel has great atmosphere. Stayed in other hotels while being in Laughlin, and this is my favorite. It has great service, great food, great entertainment(especially in the bar/lounge next to the El Rio Taqueria), and rooms are clean and comfy. I'll definitely stay here again! Recommended!!

I love this place mostly because they honor military and veterans. They just send us 3 days stay on them. Good energy here

The casink floor is great. Lots of machines to choose from. The rooms were good size with enough room for the four of us. It was a wonderful stay.

My husband and I have always stayed at another casino on the water. We wanted to try Tropicana and are sorry we did. The rooms are in a desperate need of remodeling and the cleaning staff needs to pay attention when they are in the rooms for all of 10 minutes. Our room looked like a child made the bed and two light bulbs were burned out. It's not my responsibility to report problems in a room. I really felt like I walked into the 1970's. Just not a clean feeling especially when the old worn out blanket that is sandwiched between two sheets touched me in the middle of the night. Yuck. Tropicana in Vegas is great but Laughlin as a whole needs a facelift.

It okay but I should have gone with my normal choices though, first thing I was that caught my eye is no complementary wifi or internet I know what people might be thinking well your on vacation you dont need it well some people do whether its for work or to watch movies before going to sleep sometimes its necessary, and final thing I want to mention is there was no fridge you would think this would be a must in a hotel especially when it is hot as heck out there anyways would i chose this hotel again probably not id rather stay on the river side.

Tropicana Laughlin is a great hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurants are also very good, great food and friendly staff. I usually visit about once a month and I always stay at the Tropicana!

Disappointing that they stop giving out swag at 2pm... We got there at 2:11pm :( Other than that, it's a cool place and the sandwich shop is AMAZING!!

They changed the menu at the cafe. Miss my green chili burger and the blackened burger.

Tropicana is a nice casino with a nice staff and nice rooms. To be honest, really only the dealers were exceptional with their customer service. The beverage servers you were lucky if you could get ones attention and then consider yourself super lucky if they decided to bring you a drink. Not real impressed with their customer service skills. The hotel part is just nice. Stayed in nicer places but it wasnt the worst. Like I said in the beginning of review the only remarkable part of my whole Tropicana experience was the exceptional, fun and friendly service I received from the dealers. Thank you for super fun atmosphere, otherwise it probably would of been a 2 star experience or less based on beverage servers or hotel room conditions.( Based on a previous stay I had never gotten around to review and I had the same service from beverage servers repeatedly. Not just a one time shot with them.)

The rooms were amazing. Very clean and i loved the view. Staff was polite and well organized. Will definitely stay again.

Very beautiful rooms, the service was somewhat enjoyable when it came to eating at the buffet was probably my only dissatisfaction, decent service okay food. It did take some time to get my beverages and it took an even more amount of time waiting for my actual meal.

Gambling. Nightlife was great live music and cover bands. Lots of things to do.

Very nice room. We had a room with a king bed in the Promenade Tower. The guy who checked us in wasn't the friendliest. I asked about a special advertised on the hotel sign and he told me to look in the entertainment magazine.
The Promenade tower is attached to the parking garage and casino. It is a much nicer room than we had at the Belle last year.
We got a promo in the mail about 3 free nights in December so we came here for a mini vacay. I'm not sure what they normally charge for a room. We would stay here again.

Very comfortable, very spacious. Been coming for a couple of years. Casino clean and lots to do.

No more buffet! And, no more car rentals! So sad!

A few years ago there was a breakfast buffet with unlimited self-serve coffee. And, was able to rent a Subaru Forester for the day.

Drove it eastward to old-west Oatman. Bought a $1 bag of carrots and fed the darling little wild burros that came into town from the surrounding hills!

Very convenient to get foods and beverages as well as relaxing music.

I just wanted to make an honest review of the hotel as some of these reviews seem to be dishonest of outright hurtful. We have been staying at Tropicana for years for our yearly family trip. The remodel has been a nice upgrade and frankly the Tropicana is the best in Laughlin. We had an easy check in, the room was clean and perfectly pleasant. The air cond is not loud, there is no smell, we have towels and TP and the staff have been a delight! There is coffee and water in room. They do not advertise a refrigerator or microwave so being disappointed about that seems redundant. Rent one. There are 8 elevators up to rooms, no lines. Thank you Tropicana for being consistent and always welcoming us back.

The free valet service is great!Thanks for that guys. The rooms seem a little outdated and certain thing were out of service but it didn't take away from the experience. Very appreciative of the gaurd that walked us to the elevators on our frist day there. Just good people.

Overall the stay wasn't bad and I would have rated higher but the servers were rude (that's if they came around at all). After the second day we just went to other casinos to drink and gamble.

I liked it, not too different from other casinos. One thing though I was there for about 2.5 hrs and wasn't offered a single beverage. I did find a machine that paid a few bucks though!

I attended the SlotFerno slot tournament at the Tropicana in Laughlin. The casino itself always has new games and is always a very clean casino. The buffet leaves a lot to be desired, but Carnegie's Cafe always has great food for a reasonable price.

It was a busy time during memorial weekend. We came for the crab legs buffet but found out the buffet is permanently closed so went to the Italian restaurant I believe it was Passagios. Waitress was not too friendly until towards the end. The busser brought my soda but had to remind him about my husband's beer. He forgot. It was pretty loud in there, floor was pretty dirty also. Food was descent

Nice casino. Recently added a bingo hall. Best boat parking area in Laughlin. Nice Rooms recently refreshed. Great ice machines on each floor. Like the food at the cafe. In-N-Out right in main parking lot.

I called them to cancel a reservation and they couldn't find my name and then the rude receptionist just hang up on me. Unprofessional and very rude.

WHAT A SHAME!! I WOULDN'T EVEN STEP FOOT IN THIS CASINO. I CAN'T IMAGINE HOW MUCH MONEY I SPENT AT TROPICANA LAUGHLIN OVER THE YEARS. THE HAVE COMPED MY ROOMS FOR MANY YEARS. BIKE RUN,CAR SHOWS.ALL OF SUDDEN THEY HAVE A BIG SPECIAL EVENT AND NO LONGER COMP ROOMS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS. IT HAS WENT TO THERE HEADS. I WILL NEVER EVERY SPEND ANOTHER PENNY IN THIS CASINO.

Casino is clean and well-maintained. Bingo hall is a bit small as it is currently in a temporary location. Did not stay here so I cannot comment on the rooms.

Stopped in to gamble. Machines were less expensive than most of the other casinos and pay-outs were much better. We will visit again!

As a general rule the staff wasn't that friendly. Pricing on food is average with every place else on the strip. The black singer in the bar that woman can belt out our song It's incredible! I'll go back just to hear her sing.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional. Didn't eat at any restaurants but I would NOT recommend visiting the Nathan's hotdog cart. Hotdogs were boiled. Sauerkraut was old and mushy. Horrible. Wasted my money there. It was gross. Gas station hotdogs are much better than whatever I bought there.

It is one of my favorite hotels I have ever slept at. And the view shows you how beautiful the river is and for such a small price.

This casino is centrally located in laughlin, so your not stuck at one end or the other, shopping and fast food are close. It's not one of my personal favorites because I dont win there. But that's just me everyone is different. They recently opened a new pub style restaurant and the food and ambience are great. The rooms were average and some of the staff a little stiff but overall it's a Casino that seems to take pride in itself, if that tells you anything.

Nice casino, one of the betters ones we visited during our stay. Cash cage attendant was very pleasant and cheerful. Really enjoyed our stay.
