Good place for family or adult entertainment. They have an Adult only tower. Gambling was fair and lots of new machines.

Slot machines are not paying need 2 loosen them up so we can win some money

Nice casino. Big big floor and some games we didn't see on other casino floors in the area. Big mix of both old and new slots.

I went a week ago I went to the hotel and the room tempetures were horrible. The tempeture of the room caused me to have a asma attack. The attacks were so bad that I had to leave the room at 4 a.m. Also the room had bad service because they were dirty when we got there and nobody went to clean it.

Hard to get a cocktail in this casino when your playing. Not pet friendly but otherwise ok.

One star for one word, Carnegie's cafe, their staff was awful and service was EXTREMELY slow, food was ok. I will say that the Italian restaurant was a decent place but couldn't counter the mediocre (at best) rooms and downright awful experience at the cafe. We actually had a spot right in the middle of our carpet walkway where there was some form of goop filling a gap...unsure if intentional or not but we certainly avoided it as best as possible. Requested extra towels and never were brought any. And the space around the beds simply feels claustrophobic.

Also "some" rooms have refrigerators although the marketing materials are unclear and frankly a little misleading on this.

All the hotels in this area seem largely hit and miss based on reviews, but if I have the occasion to return it will definitely be at a different hotel.

The Round house buffet food selections were not fresh, staff are not attentive nor do they take your drink(s) order. I wouldn t recommend this restaurant to anyone that cares for quality food and services.

Had a really nice simple one night stay. We lost what we came with but that s just how the deck is dealt. Clean room and good bbq right outside the hotel. We found a cool night market on the river walk between the casinos.

FYI: This casino isn t on the river but you can walk like 10 minutes to it and the other casinos.

Bathroom backed up and when I checked out I was due my deposit and the worker was trying to charge me more and her customer service was bad. I came down with 14 other people who had issues as well. I can understand the plumbing issues......but how I was talk to on my way out left a bad taste in my mouth.

You no I hit a 20.000 Jake pot here and they never compet me. A room never free play but I hit 1500 one at the river side and they wouldn't stop comps

Key for the room failed 3 times had to keep returning to the front desk and the same girl was rude! My son room had a water leak from the ceiling and was told he can still stay in the room?? But he said no! So the hotel moved him. Over all we may not go there again?

The Tropicana is bright with live music. The staff are friendly with clean casino. The machines kept me playing while everyone else seemed to be having a good time as well

Very clean and well maintained and a nice clean pool.

Not impressed at all I would not stay here again. Cleaning means towels n make the bed take trash out. They don't wipe down or replenish the shower products. If staying here adults only ask for Adult Tower..

The price was great but beware, Wi-Fi isn't free. And there's no extra mirrors in the room! Other than that, staff was friendly.

Stood in line for an hour and a half trying to check in overall the hotel is in good condition

I've been coming down to the Tropicana Laughlin for the last 7 years and I can truly say I've never had a bad experience, the rooms in both their towers are great, cleanliness is always a first, a large variety of table games and slots. The Roundhouse Buffet is by far one of the best buffets in Laughlin.
In closing if you're looking for a fun clean casino with great rooms great table games and slot machines and an all-around good time as well as top-notch variety in dining choices then the Tropicana Laughlin is a place for you.

It was awesome. The 3 bands there playing for the Happy Times car show event were outstanding. Balance, Harbor Groove, The Champagne band had the crowd dancing all nite. Good drinks, good food , gambling, what more can we adk for.

It is not dog friendly and even though I have a service dog there's not a sign that says service dogs welcome just no pets allowed which is very unfriendly towards service dogs in my opinion.

I really liked this casino....its a nice place to go have some fun

Love this casino. I read reviews and I decided to call the casino and asked questions. I found out that you do get want you pay for. People complained about rooms. Remember when you book on line you get rooms that are least desirable. I booked a room close to casino by calling and paying more but it was well worth it. Prices are alittle high to eat but right in front of casino is a in and out burger. Casino should have special through out the day at restaurants. Bingo is small but fun. Limited buffet specially salad bar.

I had taken a small black pouch with gold earrings 3 pAir and hid them in my clothes and it was stolen. I got home and the pouch was never found! I called hotel and left message no snswer.It was a filty place don't go there!

I love Laughlin... Tropicana is one of the cheapest ones with upgraded rooms

Amazing service checking in, however the rest of the staff with the exception of the bartender was standoffish and at times downright rude. Hotel was a bit outdated but cheap and comfortable.

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. Customer service was awful from the time we walked into the hotel. Waited over an 45 min to check in, paid for an upgraded "Resort Room", which turned out to be the same as their non re-modeled room. Squeeaky beds, leaking toliet and sink drain that did not work. Asked for extra pillow and blanket (since the blankets seemed to be from 30 years ago). Room service had to be asked to make up the room since still not done at 4 pm. The restaurant downstaris the Brew something, would not bring one extra chair to accomadate our large party in the patio. So they had to leave and eat elsewhere... In retrospect, we should have all walked out.

Fun place to stay at,great food to. The winnings could be better.

Clean, friendly and good choices of places to eat. Center bar is fun and attracts a good crowd. Rooms are clean and hosts are on top of everything and anything you might need.

About to gamble but go stuck in the parking lot elevator. They got us out. This felt like a bad omen. Went somewhere else to gamble.

My husband hit a straight, so did the dealer. The dealer checked with the pit boss who confirmed my husband should be paid on his ace small straight over the dealer's straight. Ten minutes later the casino came back & said they made a mistake & demanded $40 back. Casino doesn't seem to care about its customers. Bad attitude!

The housekeepers are the real MVP. I enjoyed the comfy relaxation. And I had the best server always cheerful and helpful while at the slot machines. I loved the mexican burrito and Margaritas downstairs at the restaurant. The Bar/lounge was so much fun listening to the live band jamming each night I loved it so much.

I stayed there last Thur thru Sun. in room 256 and our maid service with Cecilia was excellent! The 5 star is for Cecilia.

There is only one coffee shop pasty shop there, and not even another place to get coffee only. The lines are long, the large coffee is a med.I think what would be very helpful in the morning is open up that hut you have outside by the pool where you serve alcohol and sell coffee only in the mornings, and then after noon alcohol. Also people like myself could not even find a coffee shop. I had to ask and several times when I as sitting next to the coffee shop outside many people ask where to get it?

While I was in Laughlin for the 4th of July, the Tropicana Laughlin didn't appear to be open. I wish it was though because the other properties on the "Laughlin Strip" were mediocre at best.

Everything was fine considering it was after they opened up during the covid-19 epidemic. Our room was a smoking room with no ashtrays, I got woke up at like 3 am because I had 2 bug bites on my cheek that welted up, and our toilet wouldn't stop running.
