Nice non smoking area! Great food and open entertainment areas.

Nice hotel and casino. Not 5 stars had a funny smell in the air, couldn't tell what it was though. But it wasn't a totally bad smell

Not to be snobbish, but I'm accustomed to staying in a Vegas hotel and this doesn't even come close. It felt more like I was staying in an older Hampton Inn with a casino inside. In general, the service was good, the room was fine, not bells or whistles, and everything that we needed was near by. We were only staying in Laughlin because of a concert in the area, otherwise, we wouldn't have been here to begin with. I'm sure that by Laughlin standards, this place is great. I will say that the parking situation was a complete nightmare. We called ahead for our car to let them know we were coming down in 15 minutes. When we got down to valet nobody had been notified that we were coming and hadn't begun to look for our car. From there it took another 30 minutes to get our car and only after we complained 20 minutes into waiting for our car.

We always stay here it is very clean I never win though.

Dirty, grungy, outdated. We stayed here in February 2015, and the hotel was filthy. Elevators hadn't been cleaned in months, room was very dirty, carpet was thread-bare and soiled. The plumbing is in horrible condition. Bathroom floor was sticky, and corners hadn't been washed in years! Due to the general uncleanliness of the facility, we were reluctant to eat in any of the restaurants.
We were very disappointed with the Tropicana, yet they have the nerve to leave a tip envelope in the room for housekeeping!!!
Don't stay here, just about any of the other hotels in Laughlin has to be better than this..

We've been going to Laughlin for over 20 years we usually stay at the Harrah's Resort which is like our second home. We stopped in the Tropicana to have lunch one day and we'll definitely go back in the future there games and gambling machines were a little bit easier to win on and they send us lots of offers in the mail now because we played there. We will return every time I go back

The pillowcases were stained, the sheets were ripped, the bathroom floors were dirty.

Very out dated. Needs some TLC bad. Floor smells of mildew.

Given one price told another/person at front desk rude, and did not want to see my confirmation #. Or the price that was given to me when rooms were re-served. WiFi was extra. Just completely dissatisfied with room and personnel. Will I stay there again No.

I loved this place I didn't stay at the hotel but the room's seemed nice and really clean

This was a birthday celebration and the Tropicana took care of all of our room needs. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The atmosphere was very festive.

Its okay, I guess. Miss the train it had when it was the Ramada.
Only place I'll stay is the the "old" Tropicana now known as the Aquarius. Other than the Aquarius, theyre all dumps anymore. None upgrade or maintain their properties. Customer Service, whats that? Do your self a favor and spend a few bucks more amd stay at another property.

Always a fun place to play and dine-staff is very attentive

This isn't the best casino Laughlin has to offer. There isn't much machines to choose from compared to the other hotels. Their restaurants charge to much for the plate sizes. The food isn't good and they don't provide a vegetarian option.

This has been our happy place in Laughlin. Easy boat parking and walk to rooms.

The rooms were in great condition and the beds were very comfortable. The service was great our whole stay.

Staff was very slow waited over 45 minutes to get checked in and 20 minutes to get checked out.

Dated but adequate. After Tropicana bought the hotel from Ramada, they got rid of the narrow-gauge train that used to run on rails around the property. They also got rid of a very cool gift and shop, which now sells cigarettes. Laughlin seems less family-friendly than in previous years. We started coming here in the early 90s. This will be our last stay at this hotel.

People smoke to much in that Casino.Maybe you can make a smoking area.

Everything was ok. The only inconvenience I had, Was my iron did not work so I call housekeeping & they said I should be receiving one promptly. Two hours went by & no iron I went to the front desk for help they said the same thing. I don't know if they where short on staff or what the problem was it took another hour for me to get a working iron. By

I was put up at Tropicana for work in a classic non-smoking room with 2 queens. Upon entering the room a musty cigarette smell greeted me. The carpet was very old and frayed in some sections along the wall. It was very dirty. I saw some long black hairs in the bathroom floor. There was a black footprint on the side of the sink. Basically the room was very nasty and I didnt walk around without flip flops. The TV was 32" very small. It was very old and you can tell it needs a reno. I was supposed to stay three nights but demanded my company put me somewhere else.
The casino however was lots of fun! The food is good there also.

Spent two nights here. When I checked in the lady was very helpful and super nice. She was also very informative and gave information of events going on. Going inside the room it is not the nicest but it was good enough for the price. Actually for the price I paid, it was a steal. Inside of the hotel though, the restrooms are not that nice. It has everything you need but it's just not updated like the Aquarius hotel. If you're worried about tables they have some here and at a good price as well. I ate at one of the restaurants that is open 24 hrs and it was pretty good. The beer selection was disappointing though. Nothing but light beers. If you're thinking about spending the night this is a great place to stay. I would definitely come back.

It was ok but small buffet and so dissapointed they took out the train I had good memories of the train

If you're looking to be serve drinks while gaming forget about it or sit at the bar and play the machines the only way you get served a drink

One of the better casino floors in Laughlin that I've been to.

The bathrooms need a fan and they need to replace the shampoo and stuff when they clean the room.

Nice, high ceilings so not bad for smoke. Clean facility & rooms. We enjoy it, great layout, not overcrowded.

The Tropicana is my wife's favorite get away destination. They give her 3 mid week nights free. Rooms are not fancy, but always clean and comfortable.

Went for an evening session of bingo. The staff was not particularly helpful getting us set up. The place where the line started was not clear. Overall, the casino had a nice feel and was clean.

Players club was not well explained.

Great location. Pool is wonderful. Cabanas for rent for not too much. Rooms are nice with built in AC. Drink service and bar service on casino floor quick and accurate

It was dirty and we were on a no smoking floor and I found a cigarette butt in the hallway

The worst customer service, no extra house keeping for any of your needs, long A$$$ LINES TO CHECK IN , with people who know nothing of your reservation.

Spend your money wisely at a place you can enjoy , I do not Enjoy Bad dirty rooms, with dirty blankets, and pillows with no room service,

hotel when asking for extra pillows they say they have no more blankets or pillows to accommodate you when you are in upgraded room .

Showing its age. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Had to walk through smoky casino to get anywhere. Have some smoke with your food!

Stayed for two nights at Tropicana. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, rates are reasonable.
The live bands on Friday & Saturday nights were a lot of fun.
Travis at the Players Club check in was a HUGE help (and an overall nice guy). With employees like him on staff, we'll definitely be back.

The only store I visited was Younker's and they really didn't have much to offer as far as going out of business sales.

Had a great and relaxing time here. Good food at the buffet and restaurant staff were super friendly.

Went to the Tropicana because we wanted to stay there next time . It was Saturday the 23rd. Went to the craps table and the staff was very rude. We decided to leave and noticed everyone else left shortly there after. Needless to say we won't be staying there.

Rooms are comfy...I did not like that I swiped my players card at a kiosk and it gave me a $5 voucher for food. I had just had dinner and had only 5 hours to redeem it. Had I known I would not have selected it until I was ready for a meal.

Room was ok, nothing special. Could have been cleaner.
