Expensive, nasty pool, bad information had to pay double fees....checked as never come

Unbelievable WIN! Had a great time visiting family in Laughlin.

Went to passagios and our waitress was Mary. The food and service were Excellent we will be going back.

Horrible experience i pad for joining room for the wife and kids they gave our re reservation away then our new room were totally outdated and to top it mine and the wifes room had no ac.have to say ruined the whole weekend .I got to say never coming back to this hotel i would say i one star rating is to much for this hotel. Even the carpet is dirty

Was really impressed with the steakhouse for dinner. We have been to most of the 'fancier' restaurants on the strip and will say this is now my favorite.. Definitely will be back!

They were very stricked on how I threw my dice they would not let me set my own dice. And were very rude . I will never play here again.

Nice place lots of casino action for everyone good food restaurants lots of fun

They recently renovated their rooms, and hallways. It looks amazing! Love the shutters in room with the pull down blinds. It was a bit noisy in the hall early in the morning, but what do you expect it's a family hotel. Service was good, everyone seem friendly. Diego in the pool area was very friendly and helpful. Cons: Registration wait needs to improve!

As a very frequent player of three card poker, the table wasn't open. There were three of us ready to play. The pit boss said they would open soon. We waited for two hours! Very poor judgment on her part. Casinos and dealers rely on us as frequent players and our generous wagers and tips.

We were there meeting someone, then left. 10 minutes inside then left back working. 3 stars for now

Great place to gamble I just wish they would allow pets in strollers.

Dirty linens, clogged tub, broken sink plus a musty smell that just permeates everything and reeks of a much MUCH needed time for improvement... Will NOT be staying here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My family and I enjoyed the room size and cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. My only complaint is that Checked out over two weeks ago and I have yet to receive my deposit back and when I call to speak to someone there is no answer.

Nice clean open slot areas with a great variety of machines. Slots pretty tight so hard to play much. Rooms very comfy and quiet

Cocktail service is very poor while gambling. I sat at a slot machine for over 40 minutes without a Cocktail Waitress coming by to take my order. I got up and left the establishment.

Loved it! Watched a band outside on their patio, it was a lot of fun.

A great place for a getaway ...good food and excellent customer service.

Brew brothers fish and chips was delicious. The slots, not so much.

Went to Brews Brothers. The fish and chips were acceptable. The waiter didn't know if they had IPA on the menu. Of course, they do.

Always like Tropicana casino /motel, they just need to upgrade their food

Old needs remodeling ac didn't work the second day I was there had to pay for wifi

I love love love the Tropicana, I have been staying here since it was Ramada Express. The employees are always great, Richard,Dwayne are awesome bartenders. The buffet has always been good. I am not a big fan of the diners food it's just not that good, but the staff is always friendly!

Loved my stay, but the bathroom needs to be upgraded. The shower was wonderful, but the shower head could be bigger. Overall I had a wonderful time there in the Tropicana. I will return soon.

It needs more entertainment very slow on drinks and the trop employees seem very unhappy

Is definitely one of the best hotels to stay in laughlin. Updated amenities, pool is nice, staff is nice. Great for family, friends, or romantic getaways.

First time here,and the hospitality is great, from the waitresses in the Passaggio, the helpful girl at Marshall's, the floor people in the casino. Here for my birthday, have a great time.

The hotel and rooms where very clean the beds where very uncomfortable. The pool was closed due to a water line breaking in the city. There was also no hot water to shower with. I might stay here again one day

Nice place to get away from home for a couple nights. The food is ok. Good selection of slots. Rooms are the average room for a casino.

Had great experience offered wife free dinner and a suit for her birthday

This place was absolutely the best ! Waited on time and time service was extremely excellent definitely going back.

Enjoyed our time there. Relaxed, clean casino and restrooms.

Across the street from the other Casinos and the river. Smaller and older. Good buffet but not fancy. Their Karaoke great, nice music bar.

They need to srep up their cleaning of rook ms, halls and elevators. Very busy ck in and out. Not on the river side. Staff very nice. All in all it was a nice stay

If you ever wanted to feel like a night of the living dead extra here s your chance. Imagine stale cigarette smoke, cheesy decor, tremendous crowds, and body odor. Welcome to the party! Decent steak with Mr. Geno at the steak place. Great parking garage too

This is a lot better than Colorado Bell. Clean and comfortable with employees who like being there. Full 5 star's. Thanks Tropicana, we will stay here next time. Hey Colorado Bell, BY FELLISHA! !

The sandwich shop is Amazing!! Fresh, made to order and the service is note worthy. We really enjoyed the pool side view, the atmosphere and the dessert snacksl cakes!

The Tropicana is one of our favorite places to stay when we go to Laughlin. The newly relevated rooms are absolutely beautiful and the beds are really comfortable.

Cigarette smoke was pretty bad on the casino floor. The non-smoking area had smokers all over.
It was ok , but nothing that would bring me back.

Great gaming rewards system for first timers. I definitely plan on going back to play at this casino here again. Nice and clean environment to hangout around. Friendly employees always make a big difference as well as the prompt drink service as entering into gaming floor.

Beautiful room but no full length mirror..Cannt see how you look . poor toilet paper..

Stay here once or twice a year, have always loved it. Not so much this trip. No valet outside, cars backed up in the drive way in valet and hotel registration lanes yet no one was in the registration area? People where complaining about waiting 10 minutes for a valet. Went to register in and was told my upgrade for a Jacuzzi suite was available then a manager (who was rude as hell) came over and said it wasn't available. Original clerk said well I have you a room with a pool view to make up for it.... LIKE THAT'S A BIG DEAL. worst room I've ever had when staying here, with the worst view. Black mold in the bathroom, holes in the plaster etc. Steakhouse only open 3 nights a week? Really? Will probably try the golden nugget or the riverside next trip. Big disappointment. Same on you Tropicana. UPDATE Manager called and thoroughly apologized. Promised to make my next stay my best! We'll see. Props for the call.

Rooms and bathroom are large and spacious. Looks clean, could be a bit better decorated. Get a room high enough and have a view of the river. Casino has many restaurants to choose from.

Waiting in line for an hour to check in. Two people working the check in line. Both on the phone the majority of the time.

My husband and I love the Tropicana Our host Ginger is soo wonderful, the Steakhouse is our favorite place on Casino Row and it's always a clean comfortable room to look forward too!

Love staying here! The rooms are all remodeled and the pool has new chairs and cabanas! Great food in the restaurants as well!

The Isles wer easier to get through and the game chairs for a comfortable

Nice hotel, everyone is really friendly, and the staff is accommodating. They've been doing new upgrades that look nice too!
