It was a great family casino. The pool area was a little crowded but decent enough to swim. They had plenty of great slots and good tournaments. It was like a family version of vegas. Most of the people stay there to go to the Colorado river. The room were spacious and sort of updated. The room cleaning could be better. Overall a great stay.

I always have a good stay here, rooms are kept up and clean. Still has the old school feel to it depending in what tower you stay in. Casino over all is great plenty of machines and tables. They have a couple restaurants, snack shops, and a cafe. Just a Walk away from all other casinos or stores.

No room service, you can order your room but have to pick it up. It was comfortable, staff is friendly, rooms are clean, couple of hairs here and there but I always have Clorox with me so that was no problem.

Its a pretty run down hotel. No housekeeping in 3 nights that I spent there. Toilet was clogged, and they had a shower curtain that allows water to go through.

It was clean, quiet, and accessible to anything in Laughlin. Check in and out was easy.

Our door to our room stuck and would have to be slammed to close, which was pretty loud. The view from the 18th floor was great. The water pressure and shower felt incredible after a long drive.

We would like to come back and see what it's like when everything is open.

This is a well-cared-for property with handy shops & services & restaurants right on the property. It appears to be the largest facility in Laughlin, with its own parking garage for residents. Basically, it is right in the center of town, on the west side of the highway (not on the riverfront). A great stay while in Laughlin.

Will probably never stay here. Needs a facelift.Finally did stay here.Really bad dirty place. Ridiculous pool. Sun blocked by buildings.will definitely never stay here again.

I have been staying here for a long time but I think about had enough... complained several times about the food service people. They have been rude to me and other Mexican American people that stay there. Including the restaurants where they tell us is going to be an hour wait in an hour to be served when there's only 3 or 4 people in restaurants. And at the poolside Bakery telling me I get what they give me when I ordered

Hotel was very nice....didnt get a 5 star based on no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms.

Trouble getting pet friend room. Book in advance.

Casino was clean had good air filtration. Casino workers were polite.

Power outage ruined the trip! Horrible! I was going to rate 1 star but the service is definitely better than Harrah's.

Nice hotel with great boat parking. The rooms are looking a bit worn out, so hopefully they renovate them sometime in the near future. Overall it's a nice hotel casino.

Nice, clean, mostly smoke free. Looks like it has been renovated since I last was here. Comfortable bed and air conditioner was not loud. I actually had to turn temperature down, it was running pretty efficiently.

Stood in line for 1 hour & 45 minutes to check into the hotel. The room had a very small tv, and no refrigerator.

Overall, it was a good experience. My wife and I went to the Trop to see who their live entertainment was for the night. The country western band was good. I tend to like beer with some flavor. Trouble is, the Tropicana doesn't have any.

Being the old ramada inn, I still miss the train but I did find the casino & comping system one of the best in laughlin

Decent rooms and comfortable beds. I really enjoyed the restaurants and wait staff. Didn't get time to gamble but maybe I will next time around.

First off, we requested a jacuzzi room weeks before we arrived and were told they didn't have any when we checked in. Also the pool was closed for a private party but were not told on arrival. We walked down after changing into our suits and we're denied entry.
We were put in a room that was all the way at the end of the hall in the prominade tower. The bell hop extention was busy and we had to talk to the front desk and still wait a half hour plus for our luggage, on a Thursday. We don't think we'll ever stay there again

Disappointed in the new system where you lose your points at the end of the year and I don't get any coupons for any free nights anymore so I'm thinking about going to another Laughlin Hotel period my sweetie and I have been coming here for years

Its Was My First Time There. The Rooms Were Super Clean & The Hotel Had A Great Atmosphere.

It's a good place to crash for a night. A lot of families with young kids and elderly folks, not really a place for young adults to hang out. The casino was decent and there was a decent selection of food options in and around the hotel.

Only visited to do a little gambling. Dark atmosphere, lighting is not very good.

Over powering smell of tobacco at the front door. It's hard for people with COPD to walk very far, much less when they have to walk through all the smoke

Very nice specious rooms. Attentive and quick to respond to requests. Our tub was not draining very well. We spoke to the front desk and they had someone to send up right away to fix it. Worked great after. Quick to bring extra towels. We stay here every year!! Love how the parking structure is connected to the hotel

Filthy carpet and extremely dusty room. The staff seems like they really didn't want to be there. I will not go back or suggest it to anyone. Not even if it was free. For the price of the stay you can definitely do better.

Not very good customer service. Ordered a drink and it was not what I ordered. Video poker machines most of the buttons were broken. Will choose other casinos over this one next visit.

Went to the Italian restaurant there and, wow. Stupid expensive for mediocre food.

Well everything was great Casino wise until I got up to my room and realized I was put next to barbarick neighbors playing loud music till 2 am had to call security they came and knocked on the door and left real quick and the party continued all night long the walls are paper-thin I could hear everything they were saying smoking talking showering and everything else terrible night

Second time being here over the years usually stay at the Aquarius. Both times being here have been pleasant. Staff have been friendly everywhere we go. best of all they have and ice cream stand inside. The only minor gripe I have is they dont have a fridge inside the rooms. Not to much of a bother but it is a bit of an inconvenience.
