I used this company half a year ago,when was the nightmare started. They made mistake on my loan and promised to fix it. However, after they got my business they started to stop reply me or reply me only after I repeatedly strongly asked them to reply me. And they blame there mistake on me by not contacting soon enough which I did and I have proof. Every time I request them to reply me or give me confirmation they just say it and never do it!! Also the manager treat me like trash! Thank you for your horrible service. I shouldn t ignore the negative reviews before when I check it here! If you need a loan and want to be treated fair, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!

It took about 3 weeks from start to finish to refinance and am super happy with the outcome and would gladly use Treadstone again. I was impressed with Scot s YouTube meet me video linked below his emails that provided information and a personal touch to get to know him better. With most of my refinancing process being able to be handled online because of the current state of the world I felt safe and would recommend these professionals to anyone.

Very disorganized office. I was given false, and /or, miss leading information about options. They were very slow to process loan. Their rates were higher than competitors. They had a 'we dont care' attitude. Wish we wouldn't have taken the advice from our realtor to use them. We refinanced almost immediately with Huntington, so we could be done with them.
