I currently see 34 reviews for Geskus Photography ...
I currently see 34 reviews for Geskus Photography on Google, and about 30 of those 34 are negative. But then you have to think, how many satisfied customers go out of their way to praise a company for doing a good job??? Not very many, is the answer. So 30 people out of tens of thousands have complained about bad photos or unresponsive customer service.... not to shabby Geskus, not too shabby!
I, personally, had a very positive experience when an issue came about with my son's school photo. The galaxy-style background that we chose, based on the printed order form, came out looking like an overly bright and cheerful, 80's cartoon which will remain nameless (but you know who you are Care Bears). I sent an email to the company that evening, and had a heart-felt response (with a chuckle) early the next morning, promising to reprint the photos using the more subdued, standard background at no cost to me. Within a week, the new prints were in my mailbox. You can't ask for better service than that! (well, you can ask, but if you do, you're probably feeling way more entitled than you're entitled to feel... and you can blame society or your parents for that, not Geskus).
I'd give Geskus an A+ for the quality of their service and the photo itself... at least for this semester. Keep up the good work!
