I moved up my schedule on purchasing a house by about two years because of the projected rise in interest rates. I am sure I was a nightmare to work with because of this. If so, the staff (Mike and Andrea) never let on. They constantly reassured me when I hit panic points. They communicated effectively and promptly. Everything got completed and I am waiting for the keys to my new home.
