Wade Monsma was wonderful to work with! My fiance and I were first time home buyers and Wade made the experience an incredibly positive one. He was always reachable and extremely prompt and kept us on track through the whole process. He answered all our questions (even the stupid ones) with clarity and honesty and broke down everything we didn't understand about the buying and financing experience for us. I especially liked that he filed our grant paperwork and tied all of our payments into one while explaining every fee and how we could save money.

On the whole, it was an extremely positive experience and I would highly recommend Wade and Treadstone to anyone buying a home, whether it be their first or their next.
