I've worked with Mike on more than one occasion, and each time he has met and exceeded my expectations. He has always answered my endless questions promptly and honestly. I am quick to refer friends and family to Mike, and look forward to refinancing with him when rates drop even lower!

Brendan O'Driscoll and his team made our mortgage financing a breeze. We were especially concerned with appraisal issues given the hot market in GR, but we were told Treadstone is one of the best when it comes to that. Sure enough, no appraisal issues during close and we are all set in our first home.

My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Mike for our first home-buying experience. My family and friends told me to prepare for a long and stressful buying process, but that is not what I experienced at all! Mike and the Treadstone team were patient, knowledgeable, and very attentive and I felt like I was their only client. We just closed on our first home and Tim Meduna made it such a smooth process. He was great to work with and would respond quickly whenever we had any questions. He explained everything thoroughly and didn't judge when I asked stupid questions. He was very patient with us while we tried to increase a credit score and through his help, we were able to improve our interest rate. He was also great with setting realistic expectations and listening to what we wanted our monthly payments to be. His whole team was great and I'm so glad we were able to go through a local company.

UPDATE: So I do have to take them down a star. While the whole process on the front end was great, I've been a little disappointed in what's happened after. Our mortgage was sold to another company and we weren't informed until two days before our mortgage payment was due, which was very stressful for someone who likes to plan ahead. I was also told that our insurance information would be provided to the new mortgage lender and the insurance company would be updated with the new loan and lender info but it never was.

I can t say enough good things about Michael,Lina,and Penny! They were great to work with,very helpful.I would recommend them highly.There should be more then 5 stars,I would double that .Treadstone Funding was awesome.

Michael and his team were fantastic! They were the only lender I talked with that really broke down the process and helped me determine a loan amount based on what I was comfortable with...not what I could afford. They really had my best interest in mind and it was apparent through the whole process. Great work guys! Keep it up!

While I appreciated the quick response time of getting the initial pre-approval all the way to closing on the home(28 days), the service after closing has been poor. When talking with our loan officer over how to finance our mortgage, she advised me to use the recast loan option, as we were buying our new home before selling the old home. Said it was a quick and easy process to give Treadstone/Neighborhood Loans the large principal payment, and the recast would be complete. Called at the beginning of December to apply the recast, and this process dragged out over 25 phone calls until March when it was processed. Each call would further push back the expected completion date. Our loan officer laughed and said it was absurd to request a credit back for each extra month where we paid $400+ in extra interest on the larger loan as compared to the lower recasted loan. Ended up with $300 as a credit, not the $1200 for Dec/Jan/Feb as requested. Be aware that Treadstone starts the loan, while sister company Neighborhood Loans manages your loan, so you don't have the benefit of working with only one company for your mortgage, and have to deal with two.

We were apprehensive, nervous, and on edge at the thought of applying for a mortgage for a new home after 14 years. Treadstone was suggested by our Realtor (Kelly Stein-Lloyd) and from that point on the burden was taken from us. To be honest, it was more like talking to a family member than an agency. Kevin, Julie, and Brad seem to take the ball and run...leaving only signatures as a requirement of us. We didn't even realize companies existed like this, and seemed too good to be true. As a result, all went smoothly from the first conversation through closing. Conversations have since continued with our partners at Treadstone. When in doubt.... Call Treadstone! No question is left unattended, and answers are understandable. Thank you again...Kevin, Julie, and Brad!

By far the best experience I've ever has with a Morgage company. Our situation was very unique and quite stressful, but with the help of Stu and the team they made it all feel so easy and a breeze. I couldn't recommend these guys enough for their dedication, hardwork, and willingness to go above the 5 customer experience!!!

Truly a 5-star experience with Wendy and Treadstone as a whole. I found that many local credit unions were seemingly overwhelmed within their mortgage departments. It took a couple of credit unions several days to even return a phone call. With Wendy she made it feel like I was her only client; I know she was busy, but Wendy always made time to answer my texts and phone calls promptly. They were able to work with my unique situation (new job starting after closing) when other institutions were unable/unwilling to help.

Wendy and her staff were very much on the ball in terms of gathering supporting documentation needed for the closing of my mortgage. And they were very helpful/accommodating when I realized that I needed to close much earlier than initially thought.

Having a great buyers agent and a lender with great rates and top-notch service can turn a very stressful process into a breeze. Thanks Wendy!

We recently refinanced our mortgage. The Treadstone Team was excellent throughout the entire process. Their rates were extremely competitive. The communication and the process that was used was top-rated. Great customer service! I mostly dealt with Julie Smith directly as part of Kevin Polakovich's team. She was great with communicating in a timely fashion. The team worked with us on our first home purchase and explained everything along the way so we felt comfortable with the decision. No pressure sales! We ended up with the house we wanted at a great price even in this crazy "sellers' market" and even closed a week earlier than we thought we would giving us extra time to make the move! This was my first experience buying a home. Stuart and Jackson were great and responded quickly with any of the million questions I asked. I had all these horror stories in my mind about buying a house, but everything was smooth throughout. If I had to do it all over, I would work with them again.

Within the second mouth of constant aggravation from quicken loan mortgage company asking me to get documents on top of documents, and then the aggravation of talking to 10 different people. We have been working with Kevin and his team since 2004. About 8 different deals. When he says he can get something done, he always finds a way. When we had an issue with a creditor, Beth on his team knew exactly who to call. When we did, it was fixed in 30 seconds -- incredible!! It was an issue that had bogged us down for months. He made sure he heard what we were trying to accomplish and then worked our mortgage into that! We did not find this company to be a good fit for us. Service was slow, and questions were not always answered or even acknowledged. We chose to switch to a different company prior to purchasing our home.
