First time home buyers, me and my husband and our experience with the broker from tread stone was not good. He started out nice and responsive but once we started the home buying process he would just send us paper work to sign without explaining it or anything. When we asked questions he seem impatient and short. I can t speak for the other brokers at tread stone but the one we had was not good .

We worked with Tim Meduna and his team a couple months ago for our most recent home purchase. We were at the end of our rope with another lender and thought we were going to lose the financing. Right before we were going to throw in the towel we thought we would try another lender. Tim's team saved the day with what seemed like half the effort. The other lender had us convinced that we needed all these crazy documents since it was an out of the ordinary loan but Tim's team let us know that the lender was asking for too much. After a couple standard paperwork requests from Tim's team we were given the approval and closed on the house. Could not recommend them more.

The KP Team has processed approximately twenty (20) loans for me personally, in addition to approximately one hundred plus (100) loans for real estate clients of mine. The service they provide is THE BEST in the industry. I have read some of the negative reviews about their level of service and it doesn't make any sense. Every loan has it's own challenges and there are definitely mistakes made, on rare occasion. However, this outfit is more knowledgeable, responsive and courteous than any other mortgage company that I have worked with. If you don't work with Treadstone, you'll wish you did!

Mortgages have become more and more complicated to obtain - requiring more information from buyers than in the past, but Wade and his time team are on top of every detail. I was a first time home buyer and had zero knowledge of the process. Initially, my loan officer was friendly during first phone call but after that, not so much. I was not given complete information on how FHA loans need to account for every penny of where the down payment comes from. This left me scrambling to work out down payment options and when I expressed my discontent about this, he was condescending and unapologetic. In fact most of my communication with him was abrupt and left me feeling like I was bothering him, which was odd because he kept saying feel free to call with any questions. Once the loan was turned over to Lina and Kristen everything was so much better. They were both really friendly and patient with me and all of my questions. I was extremely surprised and grateful for how quickly everything went to get me to close in less then a month. Unfortunately, it was a mostly unpleasant experience working with the original loan officer. I wasn t going to leave bad review about this but recently ran into someone else who used this same person and they felt they were treated the very same way so I changed my mind. I won t include the persons name on review but I certainly hope my feelings are addressed.
Other then the one issue I would recommend Treadstone to anyone and hopefully if they get the same loan person I did things will have improved.

Scot was very helpful making sure we understood everything and if we did not understand he would explain it for us. We had them run numbers several times for us and they were very quick to respond. Would recommend them highly.
I worked with them for a little over a month after finding a house I wanted, my questions were ignored, requests were disregarded. Less than a week before my closing date Neil Siebert told me that it was impossible for me to buy this house. Switched mortgage companies and closed on the house already. I know there are good people who work at this establishment, just not who I had. I recommend you do your research or go someplace else to avoid the ridiculous problems I was dealt.
Look no where else for a mortgage loan! Our offer for our now current home was accepted out of many others (some higher than ours) solely because we went through Treadstone and their value in the housing market. Awful customer service. I wanted to love this place based on the reviews. Unfortunately my loan officer was distracted, unavailable, and unprofessional at times. They lost out on a 225,000 loan and we will be closing with another lender anytime now. I picked tread stone originally based on their reviews and because we want to support local businesses. Do I think the reviews are true? I do. I think the loan officer I ended up with is sub par compared to the rest of the team. I'll leave her name out for the sake of remaining tactful. Sorry treadstone we went elsewhere.
