Originally, I had used Treadstone for the mortgage on the initial purchase of our home. He was thorough, kind, meticulous. Jump to years later when I decided to refinance into a lower rate, Wade was my first and only call. Wade knew that I am a working mother with a busy schedule, so he got right to work and made my refinance seamless and effortless on my part. From the beginning to close, it was just over 2 weeks. I just have to say how AMAZING Treadstone is! You will normally never hear the words Amazing and Mortgage Lenders in the same sentence!! However, Treadstone is the exception. Brendan went above and beyond to help us refinance our home loan when everyone else wouldn't. Long story - We were told by numerous lenders that they could not help us refinance our home because we never re-affirmed our home loan after bankruptcy back in 2009. Actually most lenders didn't even know how to deal with our tricky situation and pretty much just blew us off. We were ready to give up. I called Brendan and he actually CARED about us and our situation. He wasn't afraid to tackle our tricky case and he did - head on! Any email, phone call, or questions - He answered THAT day. I can not say enough about the unbelievable customer service from a mortgage lender. We have a special needs child, which makes travel and schedules almost impossible, and Brendan even came to our house TWICE to sit down with us. If he was unavailable, Ashley was just as amazing!
