We started this process back in April with a different lender. Our appraisal came back $26k short!! We switched to Treadstone in July and were taken care of with a 19 day turn around from start to finish and signing WITH EQUITY. Treadstone saved the day!!! Shout out to Kevin s entire team from Jen getting me in, to John and Brad taking care of business. We could not be happier!
