I had an appointment scheduled for a Friday; they sent me a text on Tuesday confirming the appointment; so I made all the arrangements to work from home, and reschedule meetings to the following week....., now they call me 16 hours before the appointment saying that they don't have the parts...., why would you confirm an appointment if you don't have the parts?; I tried to provide constructive feedback to the rep who called me..., but she wasn't receptive...., poor customer service, not what I expect from Toyota
