This maybe a slightly long post but its imperative that i put it out for others to read and take into account before taking a decision in the future.
My inlaws leased a Toyota Corolla LE 2015 from the Toyota On The Park dealer and things went fine up until they had an accident on the highway and immediately proceeded to get in touch wid the Road Side Assistance company to carry the necessary procedures. They never realized that its going to be a vicious spiral of pointless hope and headache.
Departments did not seem to have a cohesive system of communication amongst themselves and they conveniently ignored to communicate with my inlaws, esp when it was a wrongdoing done on their part. The worst part is the highly offensive and rude attitude of management in dealing with customers in such situations. Yelling at them, banging his office door shut and passing derogatory remarks based on one's religion and things like "you wont get a penny from here" is beyond comprehension. I hate to take names but their so-called sales and management team comprising of Mr Chris, Ms Elaina and Mr Jure dealt with my in laws case in the most unprofessional manner.
They learnt their lesson the hard way and vowed not to do any sort of business with this dealership in the future. They chose to get their next cars from Nissan and Mazda and are extremely satisfied, esp with their customer service and always-ready-to-help attitude of both dealerships.
I strongly hope and wish that a) Toyota On The Park undergoes some serious changes in their management and customer service approach and b) no one goes through this ordeal with them again!
