If you ever want to buy a car from this dealership, beware of this financial manger Rui De Ramos. My friend bought a Toyota corolla last month, this guy was threatening him to get the extended warranty for $2000 and insisted that the loan would get approved until he gets it. Because we have already knew about the up selling techniques, we rejected his offer. This was an unprofessional sales technique and we have already complained about this to the head office. For a general information, extended warranty doesn t give any benefit while you apply for a loan .His loan was approved and this manager was not too happy with it.I personally would not recommend anyone to this dealership.
